Walk in off the street and order it has to be in cash , presumably off the tax records. Food cold, overpriced and sitting around ages as no loyal customers. I'm guessing the new pizza addition is to entice more suskers . Swerve this place at all costs .

Awesome food, plenty. I had a large Donner kebab with separate salad! In my opinion, it is one of the best authentic Donners I've had in my 57 years! Fabulous salad very fresh and crisp! 100% will be ordering again and again Thank you Bella Grill we are so lucky to have your quality food near us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service is rubbish. They gave a pick-up time 40 minutes later and then numerous people's orders including mine were delayed by more than half an hour extra. The man in charge asked quite rudely if I wanted my money back and I said I would wait since I had been waiting for ages already. His attitude towards me made a couple of people who were waiting ask for refunds. Avoid.

Food is fine but staff are rude, and their payment system is ridiculous. Can order online and pay by card, great. But if you go in to order they get snotty and want cash (which so many don't carry nowadays). We go out of our way to go to a chip shop further afield now

Ordered a takeaway for the family. The staff were really friendly and their customer service was excellent. We ordered fish & chips and both were superb. They also offer an online booking system which makes the whole service fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend!

Re-heated chips, very salty and greasy batter on the fish, funny tasting mushy peas. Eatable, but not tasty at all. Will not order again.

Poor quality food, pie was cold and chips weren't much better, chips were rock hard and couldn't eat them, heated pie up myself, expensive for just a pie. Won't return.

Fish was cold chips reheated to hard to eat man on phone when mentioned it he was very rude and put the phone down

We have tried most of the chippies in the area surrounding Cottenham, and the fish and chips we had here were the best we have had in a long time. Flakey fish with crispy batter and great chips. The other food (burgers, kebabs) looked great too. The brothers (I presume) serving were so nice, friendly, funny and passionate about their product. Can't wait until they open in Cottenham!

I had various food they served at the shop. Food is very good and portions are generous. Friendly staff.The shop clean and eye catching. This shop will be my regular place to get my fish and chips. Thank you for the good and testy food.

Just had large cod and chips with mushy peas delivered. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a while. Much better than faroz in longstanton and the chip shop at bar hill in my opinion Ordered online easy and driver bang on time will be using again and again. Had takeaway (collection) for the first time here with 2 friends. The order was ready by the pick up time recommended on the website. The cod was absolutely lovely. Nice and crunchy batter, not too greasy. Same for the chicken pieces. The chips were nothing to write home about, but the "potato wedges" were great and made up for it. I also really liked the curry sauce. Sadly the onion rings didn't seem fresh. Service was very friendly. Overall a tasty takeaway and my chippy craving satisfied. I would recommend it & will certainly buy again, but with wedges instead of chips.

We have a delivery to cottenham but although we now order half chips which is a lot better the fish was far to big for one and although batter nice the fish wasn't.

Had a large portion of fish and chips, the fish was well cooked with nice crisp batter. The chips were not the best I've ever had but certainly not the worst. Huge portion for the price.

£10.50 for this and a measly pot of salad. Now I remember why I go to Sam's kebab

Disgraceful, medium chicken shish kebab with only 4 bits of small chicken , my friend couldn't get her knife through the pie ,the portion of chips were cold. It all went in the bin

Hi, ordered food that was delivered. Must say for £33 I was very disappointed. Large doner kebab was like a small and we paid for a battered sausage that never arrived with order. Afraid we won’t be visiting again as missing food and price isn’t what I expected

If I could give a minus review I would. Ordered delivery at 7 for asap. Email said it would be here by 8.03. Hadn’t turned up by 8.25 so called only to be told it had left but I would get a complimentary drink.( how could that happen if order had left?) Finally order come at 8.50 3 pieces of medium cod and a can of coke costing 19.40 instead of medium cod n chips twice and a can of drink. Was very trusting and paid before I’d checked order. Shouldn’t of been so trusting

Tried many establishments around the area and venturing to nearby towns/villages. This place has definitely got the crown. Decent menu, clean, and good food. It's a mixture of Turkish grill and British fish & chip shop; which means expect chips with your kebabs, instead of fries. It's busy, which speaks for itself in terms of quality.

Good food, been there a few times now. However, I don't understand why my food is always given in plastic bags whilst all the other customers are given their food in special paper bags. Maybe I'm not worth it even if I spend over £20 every time. So my journey sadly ends with RF as I find the selective customer service is not as good as RF's food.

5 stars for excellent customer service and the food. Our order was delayed and when we chased up for an eta, there was an immediate offer to bring a fresh order personally. The food arrived promptly afterwards, along with a large free bottle of coke and was delicious. Exceptional customer service!

The rumbles in willingham is high quality food and the staff are really polite. Volkaan is really friendly. I go here with my friends all the time and we always have a great time. 5 star chippy. Would definitely recommend

Mixed review on this one. Been a few times here. Got order wrong one time, food was great though. Second time all cooked to perfection. Next time I've ordered batter was thicker than the fish and harder than a bone with, fish itself in places was hard and dry. Seems like orders here you never know what you're going to get and I wouldn't risk going again with issues as current.

What a mistake, the guy behind the counter was really rude, asking for cash when it clearly states on the website they take card payment. When I got the food home the fish was dry and overcooked and the chips were definitely second time through the fryer. Please do not buy the Chicken Burger you will get a burnt piece of cheap chicken in a soggy bun. If you are paying £30 on two meals you expect better quality food and service. Don't be unsatisfied with a night in go somewhere else.

Bedt fish and chip shop for miles !

Chips are usually really nice but not sure if they've changed their oil lately but something had changed...the chips are very very crunchy and we find them very difficult to eat. Hope they do change otherwise we can no longer eat from here. Shame

Excellent Fish & Chips. Very good kebab (Not personally a fan of chips-shop-chips with a kebab). Street parking can sometimes be a challenge. Prices on the higher side but not a deal breaker.

Only only gripe can't get a small portion fish and chips for the wife who loves thier fish but she can't eat a whole portion.

I love this place!!!! The food is fantastic. I used to go to a chip shop in Cambridge but since Rumbles arrived in Willingham I haven’t been back to town. It’s so brilliant now we have a fantastic local chippy! We’ve ordered the majority of things off the menu since it opened and every time it’s been delicious. The portions are incredibly generous and it’s excellent value for money. It’s also completely spotless and you could eat your dinner off the floor it’s so clean (staff might not appreciate this though!). The staff are some of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re always so kind,welcoming and just the best of people. I really cannot praise them or Rumbles highly enough. Get yourself down there and get some incredible fish and chips but don’t order too much because the chances are I’ll soon be in there behind you and will want food!

Best one around,next one in Longstanted is total waste. Any way, come back to Rumbles. Home made sauce's is very nice. Portions is very generously large and food is tasty. Definitely would recommend.

First but not last time - loved the kebab!

Ordered fish to be skinless. This has never been an issue before. Ordered online where all our contact information is available. They waited until we arrived to collect the order (and paid) to tell us that we couldn't have the haddock skinned. They were incredibly rude, muttering between themselves and told us a solution would be to eat it from the top down 🙄 They did say they would replace it with skinless cod instead which we were happy with, only to find when we got home that two of the fish still still had skin on. These are now in the bin and we are really dissapointed with tonight service. This was previously a really nice place to go, however we will not be returning.

The first couple of fish and chip suppers from here were good. The last two times we were served fish that had obviously been hanging around for too long. The fish and batter had dried up.

Friendly staff. Fresh and hot cooked food, cooked to perfection. The teens approved of watching what was going on, and they stayed away from their screens and the tv inside the take away. It was very clean and tidy. The portions were the right size for us all. Would be returning and will be recomending to anyone who will listen. Thank you for a quick tea.

Food was lovely and fresh, the ingredients were all on show through the counter and they looked so yummy! The salad was crunchy and fresh. Perfect! The staff were BEYOND FRIENDLY and so kind, they even gave my daughter a lollypop whilst we waited for our order. Will definitely be back soon!

Really imprssed with quality and taste of the food,. We enjoyed Medium cod & chips and medim doner kebab and chips. The fish, chips, lamb meat, garlic & chili sauce were delicious!! and well presented.The portions were very big. Will definitly be eating a takeaway from here again. Great takeaway to have a 5 minute drive away - Highly reccomend.

First time trying the food. The chicken was nice but ordered spicy and what I had was not spicy not sure if they gave me normal ones by mistake. The curry souce tastes soupy and the cheese on the chips tasted off. Chips were nice though.
