Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel | Signature Collection by Best Western in South Cambridgeshire

The restaurant was advertised as open for hotel guests until 9pm but they decided it was going to close as it wasn't busy. We arrived at 7.40pm and saw a couple eating in the restaurant and waited for 10 minutes whilst different people were very negative and unhelpful and said it was going to close despite a large sign at reception saying 9pm. We went to bed without dinner due to the long drive we had. I often stay here but won't plan to eat here again. Very poor service.

Lovely place to stop off for a drink or something to eat! We were served by Seyf, who is always friendly, chatty, and happy to serve us! Also, the rest of the staff are always friendly

Great service, friendly and accommodating. Lovely food, both choice and taste. Dogs welcome. Clean. Parking. Great outdoor play frame for children.

Visiting family in the area and stopped in here for some lunch. They had a large table eating but were really accommodating for us and our dog, who was made a fuss of. The food was nice, I had the katsu curry and my mum had fish & chips. Would visit again next time we are around that way.
