11.59 on a Wednesday morning/afternoon very busy time and only one ignorant member of staff serving,order took 15 mins for me to get my food,no please or thank you etc just thrust my food in my face.More staff needed at peak times preferably with some manners.

I wait 25 min of 4 Zinger salad box on no busy time . One of the box was like empty . Maybe is finish green salad . Other one was with no salad sos . I am never use again this KFC . Food was cold !!!

Poor Service By Front Staffs girls. They were clearly ignoring customers, while customers standing there and asking questions and asking for mayo and sauce after purchase. It was not a pleasant experience from KFC

Went in today and it took 26 mins wait time for 2 mini bbq wraps. I spoke to someone after 20 mins and they said 1 sec and never got back to me. The staff were mainly either standing around or speaking to their friend who was waiting in the collect area. My partner ended up speaking up and said has the order been forgotten and the man suddenly was very quick to get it after he mentioned how long I’d been waiting and that we are about to get a refund instead.

I order food from here occasionally because it's close to where I work, this time i got a gravy mega box which should come with two wings, only got one. On a previous occasion I ordered a snack box and only got a small handful of chips in there. So just be sure to check what's in the box before you leave. The girl at the counter was also very moody, asked her for a bag and napkins and she walked away in a hurry so I left without them. The chicken is ok but chips were soggy, so I can't give them more than 2 out of 5, i wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews to be fair...

Awful services, car chargers didn't work and the KFC has no veggie or vegan options.

Try prepping the food before open, good thing there is a McDonald's near by.

Worst KFC experience ever!!! Completely useless staff. The lady in the front even forgot my order even though I personally requested her twice to make my order a bit quickly as we were getting late.

Stopped here for something to eat but when I went to the ladies loo, I was disgusted at the state of them. The floor was wet, it smelled bad, it wasn't clean. Needless to say I couldn't use them and had to wait another 2 hours until I got home. I doubt very much I will come back here.

I dined in today, lots of seat options as it is a service station. Overall the staff were very friendly and was sure to smile at all the customers. It was quite busy and they sold out of mash but were very polite and offered me their over options available and the food was prepared quickly (was also very tasty) Then went up to get krushems and the woman had very good customer service skills and was very patient with me as I was deciding which one to get. Very friendly staff, nice looking dining area, food prepared quickly- would definitely recommend . Only gave four stars on food as they had ran out of mash.

Be good if the staff could do their job, got home and looked in the bag to see the 6 hotwings I ordered weren't included so that's £3.98 down the drain. It shouldn't have to be my job to make sure the staff have gotten my order correct

The staff didn’t now what their doing and I’ve waited at the counter for 30min for a staff member to help me with the order and they kept saying someone is coming and no one turned up so I gave up. The staff aren’t trained well and they just don’t care. Worst service ever. The food was up to the standards but the service was not up to the mark.

Had to wait 31 minutes for my order. In a fast-food!! Absolutely ridiculous. No apologies either. I’ve asked for my money back.

Food was very nice but chips were just thrown into the bag upside down which was annoying. The main counter always looks dirty and they hardly ever have napkins available. Asking them for napkins seems to be a huge inconvenience to the staff too. In general the staff seem to lack basic good manners. Decent seating area in the middle of the services. It's good food, but poor service.

Kfc now double the price. Find that the food isn't like it used to be. Much better chicken restaurants now in my opinion

Stopped here before a work shift, I thought there was a piece of chicken missed on my order and although I hadn’t seen it, when I said I can I just double check there’s a chicken fillet inside, the response I got was “what’s in the box” I so actually taken back by this that I said “sorry” and the girl said exactly the same thing again… my order took 15mins to receive. Will not use again after this experience

The girl behind the counter looked as though she hated everyone except her manager. The service was incredibly slow, and the way she chucked the food into boxes was like she had a chip on her shoulder. Absolutely miserable. Also an effort for her to put anything in a bag. Every person collecting their takeaway had to ask for one. The food felt like it had been sitting there all afternoon and the gravy was like water. Appalling for the price of it in my opinion!

This is supposed to be a fast food outlet. It was so slow and the staff were lost. You have to order at one of 2 screens and the queue was 10 people long which meant it was also very slow and it took 10 minutes to get to the ordering screen. Really very poor service. Not enough staff. Waited for 10 minutes after we ordered. Then the food was cold and not very well presented.

Very slow to get food which is not ideal for a motorway services. Sold out of half the menu including gravy. Not recommended in spite of friendly employees.

The guy who served me today had dreadful attitude. Piece of Chicken was tiny and wasn't fresh. Told me drink I picked on self service wasn't available when I collected order. The quality of KFC food in the U.K. has really gone downhill. What a rip off.

Won't serve me at counter told to use the board hadn't got my glasses so couldn't shove your chicken where the sun don't shine

15 minutes late opening, then after queuing the machine to order the food didn't work. I reported it to the staff to find they didn't care. One to avoid.

I got myself some chicken😋so good but i went there again for desert and they put the wrong things on thereso i told them they again put the wrong things and they said the machine wasnt workimg so i got the origional stuff they put on there which was more money then i paid and they then say that mavhine isnt working so they gave me a refund and i went to mcdonalds

Bought some chips, wraps and chicken. Took 10 minutes, only one other person waiting. Slowest kfc ever. The food tastes terrible. Chips had no salt and were cold. Chicken was chewy. Never again

The shop was 15 min late in morning opening, supposed to open at 11. A queue of people were waiting. The food was hot and delicious. This is the only kfc in Cambridge with free parking.

SO SLOW!! Been a few times and the service is always so slow! It takes easily 25 minutes from ordering to receive the order. Definitely not fast food and if you’re in a rush. Food is okay when it arrives.
