11.59 on a Wednesday morning/afternoon very busy time and only one ignorant member of staff serving,order took 15 mins for me to get my food,no please or thank you etc just thrust my food in my face.More staff needed at peak times preferably with some manners.

I wait 25 min of 4 Zinger salad box on no busy time . One of the box was like empty . Maybe is finish green salad . Other one was with no salad sos . I am never use again this KFC . Food was cold !!!

Poor Service By Front Staffs girls. They were clearly ignoring customers, while customers standing there and asking questions and asking for mayo and sauce after purchase. It was not a pleasant experience from KFC

Went in today and it took 26 mins wait time for 2 mini bbq wraps. I spoke to someone after 20 mins and they said 1 sec and never got back to me. The staff were mainly either standing around or speaking to their friend who was waiting in the collect area. My partner ended up speaking up and said has the order been forgotten and the man suddenly was very quick to get it after he mentioned how long I’d been waiting and that we are about to get a refund instead.

I order food from here occasionally because it's close to where I work, this time i got a gravy mega box which should come with two wings, only got one. On a previous occasion I ordered a snack box and only got a small handful of chips in there. So just be sure to check what's in the box before you leave. The girl at the counter was also very moody, asked her for a bag and napkins and she walked away in a hurry so I left without them. The chicken is ok but chips were soggy, so I can't give them more than 2 out of 5, i wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews to be fair...

Awful services, car chargers didn't work and the KFC has no veggie or vegan options.

Worst KFC experience ever!!! Completely useless staff. The lady in the front even forgot my order even though I personally requested her twice to make my order a bit quickly as we were getting late.

Try prepping the food before open, good thing there is a McDonald's near by.

Stopped here for something to eat but when I went to the ladies loo, I was disgusted at the state of them. The floor was wet, it smelled bad, it wasn't clean. Needless to say I couldn't use them and had to wait another 2 hours until I got home. I doubt very much I will come back here.

I had an amazing experience with Sneha and Shilpa. Their customer service was truly excellent and went above and beyond my expectations.

I dined in today, lots of seat options as it is a service station. Overall the staff were very friendly and was sure to smile at all the customers. It was quite busy and they sold out of mash but were very polite and offered me their over options available and the food was prepared quickly (was also very tasty) Then went up to get krushems and the woman had very good customer service skills and was very patient with me as I was deciding which one to get. Very friendly staff, nice looking dining area, food prepared quickly- would definitely recommend . Only gave four stars on food as they had ran out of mash.

Be good if the staff could do their job, got home and looked in the bag to see the 6 hotwings I ordered weren't included so that's £3.98 down the drain. It shouldn't have to be my job to make sure the staff have gotten my order correct

The staff didn’t now what their doing and I’ve waited at the counter for 30min for a staff member to help me with the order and they kept saying someone is coming and no one turned up so I gave up. The staff aren’t trained well and they just don’t care. Worst service ever. The food was up to the standards but the service was not up to the mark.

Had to wait 31 minutes for my order. In a fast-food!! Absolutely ridiculous. No apologies either. I’ve asked for my money back.

Food was very nice but chips were just thrown into the bag upside down which was annoying. The main counter always looks dirty and they hardly ever have napkins available. Asking them for napkins seems to be a huge inconvenience to the staff too. In general the staff seem to lack basic good manners. Decent seating area in the middle of the services. It's good food, but poor service.

Kfc now double the price. Find that the food isn't like it used to be. Much better chicken restaurants now in my opinion

Stopped here before a work shift, I thought there was a piece of chicken missed on my order and although I hadn’t seen it, when I said I can I just double check there’s a chicken fillet inside, the response I got was “what’s in the box” I so actually taken back by this that I said “sorry” and the girl said exactly the same thing again… my order took 15mins to receive. Will not use again after this experience

Very slow service, if you’re looking to spend 20mins waiting for one meal then thats the place!

The girl behind the counter looked as though she hated everyone except her manager. The service was incredibly slow, and the way she chucked the food into boxes was like she had a chip on her shoulder. Absolutely miserable. Also an effort for her to put anything in a bag. Every person collecting their takeaway had to ask for one. The food felt like it had been sitting there all afternoon and the gravy was like water. Appalling for the price of it in my opinion!

This is supposed to be a fast food outlet. It was so slow and the staff were lost. You have to order at one of 2 screens and the queue was 10 people long which meant it was also very slow and it took 10 minutes to get to the ordering screen. Really very poor service. Not enough staff. Waited for 10 minutes after we ordered. Then the food was cold and not very well presented.

Very slow to get food which is not ideal for a motorway services. Sold out of half the menu including gravy. Not recommended in spite of friendly employees.

The guy who served me today had dreadful attitude. Piece of Chicken was tiny and wasn't fresh. Told me drink I picked on self service wasn't available when I collected order. The quality of KFC food in the U.K. has really gone downhill. What a rip off.

Won't serve me at counter told to use the board hadn't got my glasses so couldn't shove your chicken where the sun don't shine

15 minutes late opening, then after queuing the machine to order the food didn't work. I reported it to the staff to find they didn't care. One to avoid.

I got myself some chicken😋so good but i went there again for desert and they put the wrong things on thereso i told them they again put the wrong things and they said the machine wasnt workimg so i got the origional stuff they put on there which was more money then i paid and they then say that mavhine isnt working so they gave me a refund and i went to mcdonalds

Bought some chips, wraps and chicken. Took 10 minutes, only one other person waiting. Slowest kfc ever. The food tastes terrible. Chips had no salt and were cold. Chicken was chewy. Never again

The shop was 15 min late in morning opening, supposed to open at 11. A queue of people were waiting. The food was hot and delicious. This is the only kfc in Cambridge with free parking.

SO SLOW!! Been a few times and the service is always so slow! It takes easily 25 minutes from ordering to receive the order. Definitely not fast food and if you’re in a rush. Food is okay when it arrives.

Good services, big parking, KFC, McDonald's, Costa, toilets clean and tidy.

Turned up at around 7:30pm on a Sunday night on our way home from Stansted and I think it must have been 'training night'. The staff were clueless and we watched our order appear and then disappear off their screens without any sign of actually being served - which seemed to amuse them just as much as it annoyed us. Always enjoy a bit of KFC but can't recommend this place other than to say it's very close to other food outlets!

Always check what you got in the bag as they're making mistakes more often than I would expect (like 6pcs of chicken instead of 9). Zinger tower burger seems much smaller than in the picture in the app (deflated)

This branch never opens at 11am as stated on Google and the KFC app, can easily be made to wait over 30 minutes

Currently writing this as I've been stood waiting for our food for 40 minutes, still no sign of it. "fast food", what a joke.

The past two times in a row they have missed several items but has happened several times before. The way they stack it means its hard to check so you only notice once you get home. Even when you get them to repeat what's in there there is still things missing. When you call no one answers. All you can do is drive back. No refund, no replacement items. So by the time you have everything and you are back home the rest of you food is cold. Quite a bad choice, AVOID when you are only stoppIng in as you are exhausted after a busy week and wanted to get a easy treat for the family. More hassel and agro than its worth.

I had a soggy bunned filet burger and ate out

Computer self-ordering "checkout" where you're then given an order number. The order number is displayed on a screen by the counter and when it's ready you just go up and collect it. Really easy to use and the food is fresh and good quality.

Came here on the way down south. Just a quick stop for a quick bite. A sunny day and we had our Bulldog with, so we took a table outside in the picnic area. It was busy, so ordering took a while, but still fine. Had a combo with two fried chicken burgers, wings and two kinds of chips. Two cokes with that. We were happy with the standard here. It was nice and hot. Still crispy and crunchy. Felt freshly prepared. Prices fair. All we looked for and all we expected. A nice quick meal. Would stop here again.

every time i come here they lack something, last time 3 things. they cannot refund because the manager is not there and add chicken and potatoes, which we clearly have already, forcing us to have things we don't want

Didn't expect to give 5 stars to a fast food joint in motorway services. There was a mix-up with the order and they were extremely generous in making amends, no questions asked. Good on you! Food's great too...

Slow, painfully slow, one person working front of house. Nothing fast about KFC

Went last Sunday and Was highly disappointed. Food itself was ok but what I witnessed from the staff in the back was horrific. Small quite slight ginger teenager who’s was either called Tom or Tim couldn’t make it out, was yelling singing and throwing food. The poor chaps out front were waiting ages for him to stop messing around and actually give them the food to package.😡😡

Absolutely useless the last three orders I am missing items a pain when you come all the way home and you’re missing half your order I rarely get my full order when I order here very slow All I order is a boneless banquet with extra popcorn and chips I’m missing every time the extra popcorn and The popcorn that should be in the box it’s not a hard order to do but they get it wrong every single time

I got food poisoning from here, one of my friends got a tiny box of popcorn chicken instead of big for the same price, and another friend got completely scammed. He literally ordered and payed for his food, and never got it. not coming back here ever again.

Very busy and noisy. Ok for a short pit stop. Lots of waiting for food. Recycling is confusing as I watched people struggle, to figure it out. Abundant choice of shops and fast food.

We do love KFC but in all honesty the jewel in the bucket this is not...! Very slow and inefficient. We didn't order much at all, and the 3/4 people working just seemed to be aimlessly wondering about most of the time. Food was average and not overly warm. Also as this is a service station you pay extra (compared to normal high street KFC) for the privilege of it taking longer! My recommendation is to use one of the other multiple food outlets at this service station - especially if you just want something quick so you can get going again!

Food edable, service is shocking. Not enough staff to serve quickly. Refusing any cash orders and direct everyone to the self service screens. And very rude to customers. Complained lots of times then the branch at Swavesey refuses to use the voucher that head office has given to pay for the poor food previously.

Machine did not print out the receipt. The staff member had no manners, I didn't get offered a fork to eat my rice box meal, the straw for my drink was pretty much thrown on the counter without care, the rice was not that great and salad very basic

Would of placed the order on the app and then collected or got it delivered but neither was working. On arrival the only way of ordering was by the two touch screens which seems crazy, they weren't taking any orders at the counter, so had to queue and wait 15 mins to place my order on the touch screen. By comparison McDonald's have at least 7 touch screens and you can also order at the counter, and no surprise, no queues. 2 ordering touch screens and no counter service is absolutely abysmal! Some people do actually want to speak to someone and be served in person, and do not want to use the touch screens. ( which is a breeding ground for germs and no sanitizer in sight) But it seems that there is no option 😕 Whilst placing my order i tried to add a free reward from the app with the QR code provided. This also did not work and there was no receipt given by the machine, so had to take a picture of my order number for collection. Once I had placed my order I then had to endure another painful 15 minute wait for my food! To add insult to injury I was given Pepsi instead of the peach ice tea that I had ordered and the chips were cold and unappetising too. All in all a very poor effort from KFC. My advice is to either go to another branch or use McDonald's at the services instead.

I love this service station. It was my first time using it as I stopped to charge my car. They lots are electric charging points which you can use your bank card to pay to charge without downloading the app

Tried to use my forces discount card but staff would accept it and quite discourteous about it only pointed to automatic ordering where no way of obtain discount could not be bothered using the tills

They can’t keep up with the amount of people ordering, usually leading to a slow service with things missing/cold.

Not enough people serving leading to luke warm food.
