Often get orders wrong, pizzas not as good as Domino's, expensive too. But, food does taste good

Not really bad - I ate everything but honestly - the van on Link Road is streets ahead, and they're doing business from a van! Cash only so be prepared although there is an ATM next door at the post office. All somewhere between bang average and below that. I wish I could score it higher but there's so much room for improvement it wouldn't be accurate. If it's a kebab emergency on a Sunday or Monday when Balaban isn't there and you've got to buy locally then I guess....

We have been getting takeaway delivery from Sawston pizza for years and have never had an issue. The cleanliness is excellent and you can tell from the quality of the food. Highly recommend their pizzas, kebabs and Southern fried chicken. Delivery is also prompt, even on very busy event days.

asked for jacket potato not to be burnt but took no notice it came burnt and then they come flying round to your home if you say something which is not needed and force you to take another one

Never get portions correct, all portions are never the size you want them I.e dough balls are smaller than they should be and come in different sizes. You ask them for a special request for you food they ignore you. they never listen. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. They are rude. No manners when it comes to sorting a problem. Stay well away if I was you!! We live a few minutes away and get charged for delivery!! Shocking...

Absolutely awful service charged £1 for sauce separate and did not say on the phone got my order wrong and did not want to fix it for me or help just said that's what we do. Don't waste your time here!!

Husband just ordered from here, 45 minutes later it turned up it was cold covered in grease tasted horrible! £27 worth gone straight in the bin. Really bad!

Simply delicious pizza and sides. The staff were polite and I highly recommend this place.

Ordered a 7inch veggie delight spicy. There was a get one free deal but as I was alone I just went for the one pizza but they did give me some free potatoes, which was a nice surprise. Pizza was really good, lots of topping and the potatoes were yum too. Thank you, will be back for sure.

Kebabs came with no salad n cheap mayo looked like someone had sharted on it.. spicy tatswas a day old n cold.. shocking lost a regular customer today ... Gone down hill use to be good

Large chicken kebab. It had a good amount of chicken but despite asking for garlic mayo and a "little chilli", it was drowned in a sauce that was kinda sweet and vinegary like a chilli ketchup.

Friendliest service , amazing food every time we visit , always order a selection of food , tonight we had a pizza , chicken kebab , chicken strips , sausage chips and cheese and mozzarella sticks and not a single item had any faults. It is a shame this place is rated low on google god knows why, also very good value for money we feed our family of 3 for under £30 every time we visit and as said above the food is always served hot and fresh. We will be back regularly.

Don't normally like to leave bad reviews but can honestly say that was one of the worse most bland pizzas I've had in my life (and I'm fat so I've had a few) I don't think the pizza had any sauce at all Chips were REALLY good tho

As consistent as it’s always been. Specials on Tuesday & Wednesday. Way better value than its immediate national pizza rival. Recommended as it supports local business.

They consistently underdeliver and ivercharge at the door. £63 came £80.Deluvery short 2 dinners. Friend went round. Called her a b&£ch and pushed her out of store. Police called.

Best kebabs around! Good price, good customer service! Also the kids meals are great value for money! Always order from here! Can't fault it!

Often not got much in. Best to go into shop as delivery service poor because orders are often incorrect. Overpriced too. Pizza's not a patch on Domino's.

Absolutely love this place. Find the negative reviews strange as ive never had a bad experience. Food always excellent Spicy potatoes are delicious. Loved my kebabs and burgers. Salad always lovely and crisp. I much prefer their pizzas to domino's.

Ok I don’t normally do reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion . Our first time ordering from Sawston pizza , having always gone with Dominos , Kaz’s (best ever Indian !) & Mayflower. However , thought we would try it, big mistake ! Our mini pizzas arrived ,7” mmm debatable , chips (approx 10 in a box) lamb kebab , ok (not a patch on kebab van in Sawston ) The main problem we had , is that the whole meal tasted of chemicals , as though it had been near disinfectant , was awful ! All food went straight in bin ! very disappointed as we paid more than dominos and got a lot less food which turned out to be inedible ! Phoned the manager who said he would issue a refund . I never got this refund and when I phoned to find out where it was they said they changed their mind ! Avoid guys , not worth your hard earned cash !

Had 30 pizzas delivered at a party. Pre arranged everything 2 days before, order arrived exactly on time, all the pizzas hot and delicious, would highly recommend!
