Have yet to have a dish from this place that isn't delicious. Highly recommend.

A great little food spot at Rayleigh station. The owner, Wendy, is so warm and friendly and the portions are far from stingy; for just £2.80, I got two thick slices of high quality granary bread, slathered in good quality butter (how I like my toast). The station grill is a staple to locals and it’s not hard to see why.

Went for a Friday evening was good they have two services 6pm and 8.30pm went for the 8.30pm. Service was good. I think the waiters can come across as a bit abrupt but they are friendly enough if you chat to them. Main thing is the food which was very nice and all brought out in good time. We were next to a large group of men celebrating a birthday so naturally they were fairly loud. But that's probably quite common with Friday night clientele. I would probably go elsewhere if I was looking for a more quiet meal or choose a different day. No probs for us though and we stayed chatting until we were the last ones there and didn't get asked to leave by the staff even though it was 11pm

Decent pizza. I had 3 thin based pizzas, all decent toppings at a reasonable price. I was originally ordering from dominos but they've gone cashless so I popped next door to pizza go go. Dominos loss

Very polite and informative on the phone and the delivery excellent too. The food AMAZING.... Only found this resturant because of the lock down.

Service wasn't very good at all, even though it wasn't that busy, with long waits unnecessarily. The food was really good but the prices were too high, comparible to a an independent higher end restaurant.

So I was out on the 21/12 on a works do, I have to say the door staff was absolutely amazing, not only did they send someone out they looked after the punters that needed help and I truly was amazed at there professionalism dealing with people, what a great bunch of guys it has to be said, I will recommend this pub to anyone that wants to have a great experience, my upmost respect goes out to them all

Been going for years. Never disappointed. Friendly efficient staff. Great fish and chips cooked to order. They do lots of other things too if you don't like fish.
