A great little food spot at Rayleigh station. The owner, Wendy, is so warm and friendly and the portions are far from stingy; for just £2.80, I got two thick slices of high quality granary bread, slathered in good quality butter (how I like my toast). The station grill is a staple to locals and it’s not hard to see why.

Watch this place! If the staff notices during the order that you are not from Essex, let alone from another country, then at best you will only face public insults, vulgar words, but you have to be prepared for a fight, I narrowly avoided being beaten, but the racist behavior of both ladies from the staff qualifies. on prosecutor's charges.

129 High StreetMy wife and I visited Gambero for the 2nd time last night, as with our first visit it was excellent. We hadnt booked but they found us a table for 2, the staff were attentive and smiling which added to the warm atmosphere. The food was terrific, from garlic bread with mozzarella to start thru to my wifes risotto and my meatballs it was all brilliant. We loved it from start to finish , its clear why this place is always busy..... they care, from food quality thru to service it was all spot on Thank you, we will be back.

Bradley Way, Rochford, SS4 1BU, United KingdomThe room we stayed in, is looking tired, shame really as it would be a beautiful place to get married. Also when we stayed it was windy, and everytime the wind was blowing a pipe outside was rattling and waking my wife and myself up.
