The best restaurants in Rochford Rochford East of England

Awesome food. Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour to prepare it, which was surprising due to there being just a few customers. The outdoor seating area could do with a serious clean-up. There was rubbish dumped around the place, which was starting to produce some unpleasant odours.

Everything about it is excellent - food, service, reasonable prices and opening hours. Genuine Italian atmosphere. Can’t fault it in any way

Cosy little space, great breakfast & coffee, really friendly staff.

We have lived n Rochford for a while and although we had seen the monsoon restaurant we had not visited it until tonight. Wow, we wish we had visited it before as the restaurant was very comfortable, the staff were so very friendly and the food was exceptional. This restaurant is the best Indian restaurant that we have eaten in and we will definitely be eating there as our regular Indian Restaurant. I can wholeheartedly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing to have an exceptional meal as they have with friendly staff the food is excellent value for money. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Had another bangin' take away from Jacko's last night! As usual, everything was perfect! Chips piping hot, Chicken too good to be true, the Mrs loved her Cod, and the guys are always a pleasure to do business with. Prices are the best for miles around too! Love Jacko's food so much!

For the price you can't knock this little pub. It's like having a pint in the 1890s

The room we stayed in, is looking tired, shame really as it would be a beautiful place to get married. Also when we stayed it was windy, and everytime the wind was blowing a pipe outside was rattling and waking my wife and myself up.

Didn't have half their menu, including all types of Sunday roast??

We love this restaurant, it is our favourite Chinese , and just a shame we live to far away for home delivery . We really enjoy eating in the restaurant, and have been for celebrations , with family , with friends , or just the two of us , as was last night . The food is always tasty and authentic , the staff are so friendly , and will chat with you which we like . I highly recommend to give it a try , if you haven’t .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IVE LOST MONEY AS THEY ARE SHUT BUT STILL TAKING MONEY ON THE WEBSITE. Phone not connected so went down tonsee where my delivery order was and it's shut down (apparently a passer by said this)

Lovely atmosphere. Clean. Exceptional service. The food was fresh and good quality. Highly recommend. We had the shepherds pie special, salmon fishcakes and scampi with berry crumble and clotted cream ice-cream.

Ordered a big takeaway, was offered 20% of or a bottle of wine. Asked for bottle of wine and never got it. Phoned up to ask about wine, was told he would make a note of it!
