Yesterday me and my Partner got married here. I can not thank all of the staff, some I didn't get the name of, Jane (especially as she literally done everything!), Sarah, Claire, and Cain. Everybody went above on beyond for everything and I can never be thankful enough for how smooth and perfect the whole day went. I cannot recommend the Rochford hotel enough for you wedding. They make it personal, not generic. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

AVOID!!! Used to use this place all the time but had obviously had a change of ownership and has gone downhill. We had ordered, the food had arrived basically on time but still somehow stone cold. The food tasted absolutely disgusting and not fresh at all (chicken kebab, which we ordered chicken doner wrap which was £10 alone and it came with literally 4 pieces of chicken shish in instead, the chicken was chewy and horrible and the burger and lamb doner tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 days and microwaved) so have thrown in bin and ordered from Turkish mangal down the road as they are a lot better. Food quality and service terrible never going here again.

Was looking forward to visiting here. Had checked the vegan options before going and it looked pretty good. However the vegan mushroom and ale pie was not available so we had a beyond burger and chips (which was delicious) but we were looking forward to the pie. On the desert menu they had vegan cheesecake, however, again this was not available. I asked if she would check whether the apple and blackberry crumble was vegan, she went away and said she could not say, I was amazed as surely they should know the ingredients of what they are serving. She then suggested Eaton mess when I immediately corrected her that this was not vegan. We therefore did not have desert. We then said we would have a coffee, however, no oat milk, so no coffee. We still enjoyed our lunch as we were with lovely friends, but a shame that we were let down by their menu options especially as we had checked beforehand.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IVE LOST MONEY AS THEY ARE SHUT BUT STILL TAKING MONEY ON THE WEBSITE. Phone not connected so went down tonsee where my delivery order was and it's shut down (apparently a passer by said this)

Great value for money. My friend and I had the pea and mint risotto with prawns. The peas 🫛 popped in our mouths. Very fresh. Ladies serving were very accommodating with suggestions. The service was great.
