The best restaurants in Rochford Rochford East of England

Awesome food. Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour to prepare it, which was surprising due to there being just a few customers. The outdoor seating area could do with a serious clean-up. There was rubbish dumped around the place, which was starting to produce some unpleasant odours.

I love Italian so was excited to try a new restaurant. I had breads with oil and vinegar (yum) lobster ravioli (yum) and panacotta (my favourite). That was also yum. Service was good and I had a great time with my 6 friends. Would definitely re visit. It's at the top of my favourite Italian restaurants list!! X

Had a fantastic evening meal with a friend,we didn't book and they squeezed us in regardless. Atmosphere was buzzy and nice. Staff great, helpful and friendly and good value for money. Food was excellent only giving 5 stars as everything cooked really well, some dishes were a bit too sweet for me.

Meal was excellent, one of the best Indians I have had in a long time. Lamb Samosa was full of nice tasty lamb, Naan bread was hot, fluffy and stuffed with coconut and the Xacuti Chicken was very different but very enjoyable, savoury with a hint of sweetness with a large breast of chicken that was moist and well seasoned. And to top of the experience the delivery driver was very charming and cracking jokes! would definitely recommend!

Haven’t eaten there in years, had food tonight and the service was unbelievably friendly & the food was possibly the best fish and chips along with chicken that I’d probably say is better then kfcs and any other chicken shop I’ve had it from! The chips was faultless A⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was decent but ridiculously small portion. £14.90 for medium lamb shish and extra salad. They forgot the salad but dropped it off to us. Will not be going there again

Great place to stop, room was huge, think I had an exec room though, apart from the Iron burn on the carpet, was clean & comfortable with plenty of room. Staff were helpful and friendly, it’s a little dated as an overall hotel but would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to stay. Tips: use the local pubs for food, don’t be tempted by the Hungry Horse down the road it was abysmal, food was rank and the beer was off, the young barman had a sip and said he wouldn’t change it as it seemed ok to him! GREAT customer service! NOT! Try the Horse and Groom pub just down the road away, great family run pub food is good, selection of beer n booze is good too.

Felt very homey and good service !! Especially from our waiter Dan, me and my partner had a lovely experience. Dan is lovely !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IVE LOST MONEY AS THEY ARE SHUT BUT STILL TAKING MONEY ON THE WEBSITE. Phone not connected so went down tonsee where my delivery order was and it's shut down (apparently a passer by said this)

What a little gem this place is! We needed a dog friendly pub to dine with a friend but as we're no longer locals we had to choose based on reviews. Delighted with our choice. It was a treat to eat here. A friendly welcome, fairly priced and fantastic food (the fishcakes were delicious!) And our spaniel really appreciated the dog's menu too! Will certainly return when we're next over this way.

Sunday buffet , meal was extremely good. Pleasant staff.
