The best restaurants in Lancaster South North Norfolk East of England

Very very slow and chaotic, I waited for 40 minutes for a pasty and chips to be served to me on a stone cold plate. Numerous customers at the counter complaining about the slow service. I doubt I shall return.

Hello, I had a day out on the Buses from Cromer to Fakenham via Norwich. And I had an hour and a half to spend in Fakenham. So I popped into Costa Coffee and had a iced latte and cake. As it was a beautiful day. Lovely quiet location on Bridge Street. Perfect opportunity to chill out before catching the bus home via Sheringham.

Very average coffee. The staff where nice enough, but it seems strange that a place will have "bean" in the title, yet use the cheapest, basic tasting coffee beans?

chicken was wet and soggy, chips where still frozen , hair in my food avoid this place

My wife and I visited the store to look for a sofa. Feeling hungry, we used the restaurant. We both had salads, one ham, one prawn. We had a pot of tea & a bottle of orange. All for £21. The food was excellent, service very good. We couldn't fault the food or the restaurant.

This was our second consecutive Friday visit for the early evening bargain menu. We both had the excellent smoked haddock, leek & asparagus risotto followed by lovely mango panna cotta. Where else can you do this and (should you so choose) watch a bowls match at the same time? The bar staff are friendly and welcoming. We have also been here for our wonderful garden club annual dinners, our weekly yoga sessions and occasional coffee & sausage roll meetings with friends. How do they do it all so well? All I can say is wow! Food was out of this world and all staff friendly and helpful. Hubby and I spontaneously decided to stop for something to eat and even through they were very busy fitted us in and still the service was spot on. I am a fussy eater but nothing was to much trouble. Well done guys we will be back very soon!

We often eat here at the Limes and the food is always very good and the bar is clean & tidy. Service is quick and the staff very pleasant and a particular reference must be made to Carol who is a very pleasant and efficient server. She is always on the move looking to ensure all customers are well looked after. We visit many Spoons around the country and we would say that Carol is the best server we have encountered on our travels not only in Spoons but also in many other establishments.

Popped in for Sunday lunch. It was dreadful! Cold limp veg,cold roast potatoes ,the veg looked like it had been taken off someone else's plate after they had finished with it.The only good bit was the lump of beef.
