Ordered a pizza + chicken wings and chips if you can call them that . Just thrown there menue away . Took 1.5 hrs to come ,chips were soggy and cold cicken was overdone and dry ,warm ,pizza was nearly cold .not using them again

Worst kebab I’ve had. Tried this place multiple times to see if the bad food was a one of but not the case. I don’t know how they serve this rubbish annd how do people eat this rubbish. The food is truly awful. Poor quality meat and stale pitta bread to cheap nasty mayo and sauces. I’m told it’s a good food shop but clearly not. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

im a bit of a critique when it comes to food. watching hells kitchen as we speak. had a mix kebab and chips and salad. turned up just on time. meat was cooked lovely and still hot. chips lovely and still hot. seperate pitta so wasnt soaked in grease. salad was small but thats a minor in my eyes. really impressed

Brilliant food, can’t fault it. Quality and quantity. However if you order on the phone, and go to collect at the time promised, expect to wait an extra 20-40 minutes for your order to be ready. They quoted 30 minutes for my relatively small order, we arrived, and had to wait another 25 minutes before they’d even started cooking it!!! For that reason, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Just a waste of time when elsewhere is much faster. Shame considering the food itself is good, but not worth waiting for.

You ask kebab with extra souce and salat and they delivery chips , and when you ring them they say sorry😡😡😡

never ordering a delivery from here again, it’s not worth it. norfolk kebab had my boyfriend & i waiting 1 hour & 50 minutes just for some doner meat & chips - they said it would be an hour which even then is a while just for two simple meals… i refused to pay the whole price because of the wait & they only took £1 from the original price.

Food was s*** not what I ordered when I phoned up to complain I had no respect or conversation with the person on the phone it would be nice if the person you talk soon speak the Queen's sorry the Kings English would not order from them again as all they are interested in is the pound note if it was Marks out of 10 it would be a -10 my advice would be go elsewhere.......Steve xxxxx

Food took 3+ hours to arrive, despite being told it was an hour and a half for delivery. This is not the first time it has happened. When talking to the staff, they seem to promise it’s on its way and we would continue to be wait longer than the journey should take. When the food arrived, the pizza’s were cold.

Not been here for a while due to bad reviews and going to other takeaway but decided to give them ago and we ordered the 2 pizza meal deal and the kebab meal deal. And i can say the pizzas were awesome and probably the best ive had in any takeaway shops in fakenham

Not happy at all 27 pound for dry food . Chips was like they had been sitting in a hot plate all night. The potato in the middle had completely gone. They were like crispy shells filled with oil. Chicken strips was practically burnt soggy in the middle and made us feel sick. . Large chicken, kebab, more like small chicken kebab filled with salad didn’t even put the filling in the actual small, pitta bread, just loaded it on top . It was all cold. . What a waste of money I wouldn’t recommend going there, unless you like overcooked and overpriced food for small portions .

Doner kebabs great value, lots of 'extras' on and plenty of meat, only drawback is if you have home delivery it's never on time average 1 hour over time booked

Best Kebab House in Town. Definitely recommend them, amazing service and the food is always fresh and piping hot. By far the best food in Town.

Popped in after my shift on the way home from work, just fancied something quick and easy so I ordered Donna meat and chips with salad and Mayo. Absolutely disgusting. Chips looked as if they were days old and had just been chucked in and out of the fryer. Donna meat was cut up in to tiny bits with grease dripping of it. Mayo looked like water and salad looked days old too. If Marmaris Grill was open I would’ve without a doubt went there. Took the food back as I wasn’t happy and was told to never return. Bitter excuse of an apology from an owner in a town with much better on offer. Won’t be returning.

absolutely disgusting attitude. They were absolutely incompetent. We ordered a rather large order and they gave us a wait time of an hour which was absolutely fine. We waited and then when it didn’t show we enquired. they told us an extra 15 minutes and it eventually showed up after about 30. they had forgotten a pizza we ordered and proceeded to tell us we didn’t order it. we had multiple witnesses of them re-reading the order to us where they read it back to us. After some back and forth they agreed to deliver it. We then realised they had forgotten a drink too so we had to call up and the person was very very rude. was hesitant about sending our food, told us again that it was our fault and put the phone down. We then phoned back because we were mid sentence where again, they had an appalling attitude. The food that did turn up was cold and tasted like cardboard. I have had better kebabs from iceland. It was absolutely shocking and I will never ever be ordering again.

What a brilliant service from these guys, I have come after work a few times now, the opening times are very flexible with late evening times. The food is always cooked to perfection, a really great place -added bonus of card payment too! Keep up the good work!

Been going into here a few times lately as there open late, always a warm welcome from the staff & nothings ever to much trouble. The food is really nice no complaints from me, pizzas are lovely & the wife likes the kebabs Everyone moaning about delivery it seems why not go pick it up 😖

Great food done fresh for you. Sometimes takes a bit long for delivery, but the food is still hot for when you get it. Feel for them though, having to deal with some real nasty people thinking they are entitled to more than they actually are. Keep up the good work Ali and team!

We called and ordered food at 3:34 we then waited nearly 2 hours 45 minutes and still no food granted we live in wells-next-the-sea so we called up and was told now leaving Fakenham another hour past and still nothing then took half hour for someone to answer the phone just to be told a bunch of excuses that's there low on staff and very busy which is understandable but 3hours+ and we still haven't had our food about half hour later the food turned up and the driver wouldn't even explain/give us the managers number absolutely fuming 🤬🤬🤬

Don't come here if actually want the food to arrive. Was extremely rude when I came for my refund, been going for all my life won't be anymore.

Took over hour and a half for delivery after ordering by phone, cost £35 for a cheese burger with doner meat & chips, two doner wraps with chips, chips popcorn chicken , chicken strips & including delivery cost for 9 miles. Food was cold, chips were hard and they forgot the cheese in my wrap. Chicken strips were tough and cold my dogs enjoyed it more. Won't be going back.

Great place with large menu. Go there almost every week as a treat and never had a single issue. Really polite staff and a staple of Fakenham.

First time in a while going here and I’m pretty glad we did, food was the best, tasted so nice. The guy was so nice on the phone and understood what I meant exactly! Waiting time 45 mins exactly the time he said. Definitely recommend

Friday night collection- No bacon for bacon burger, no salad on any of the 4 burgers ordered(asked for all salad), no Dr Pepper available,(none of this advised on ordering). Dryest burgers/chicken burger ever , no sauces. chips taste like nothing. Sad Friday night takeaway - won’t bother again 😞

Almost 2 hours for local delivery ..... !!!

Had these many times but lately there delivery and food has gone downhill almost cold on arrival food missing and the last straw was I put a order in and was told 40min wait a hour and a half phoned to find out where it was and was told its now on the way another 50mins passed and nothing finally turned up 2hrs and 40mins after making the order and yet again close to cold food. Never again I'm going elsewhere.

Really bad for delivery waited 2 hrs for food and food just so dry gave them a second chance said delivery would be 1hour 20mins after waiting 2hours & 10 mins I phoned them to be told my order would be a minimum of another 30 mins , I cancelled my order & no more chances . I have been a customer of there’s for years

Food arrived late. Chicken in both kebabs dry, greasy, no flavour. Tasted burnt. Chips in both other meals dry and tasted funny.

Ordered a mixed chicken. 4 bits of chicken 6 bit of other meat. 6 small bits of lettuce. 8 bits of mushroom. And a pita you could use as a paving slab. Worst meal ever.

Does not understand his own menu. I asked for number 50 (4 pieces of southern fried chicken and chips) with delivery as part of a £32 order. Sent something completely different. If you order from them do not phone the order through as they don't understand their own menu numbers. Go in the shop and order in person. If it is wrong you can get it sorted before you leave shop. P.S. ignore delivery times, when they say 45-50 minutes they mean 1 and a half hours. Food has always been good.

Chicken wrap was stone cold covered in red cabbage so wrap was like soggy tissue. Ali should feel ashamed of him self

Mouldy old reheated food. Abuse from whoever was answering the phone tonight. Absolutely disgusting service. Only plus is that the food was hot despite being delivered to wells.

Very average pizza. Only tried these guys because Pizza Time was closed. Nothing at all special. Pizza’s are low par with next to know topping and very greasy. Shop is in serious need of renovation. Albeit polite staff I’ll give them that.

Twice we have ordered and food has turned up after 2 hours... we used to get our food in about an hour and it was good piping hot food now it's warm and hard... such a shame as used to be my 1st option here.

Just ordered from here, they've not delivered part of the order, the food was barely warm on arrival... Phoned to explain missing item only to be told I never ordered it in the first instance, customer service is zero along with the quality, overall pretty awful and definitely won't be using them again!

Not impressed tonight. I ordered food for delivery online at 5:45 to come at 6:30 it’s now 7:55 and still nothing. I’ve rung them 16 times and no answer. Not impressed by them tonight

Ordered a home delivery, they got a couple of things wrong and not to mention it looks absolutely terrible, phoned up to complain only to be told the guy taking the orders isn't that good at English so what we got was what he wrote down, no offer to sort it out or even a rufund, as for the look of your food take some bloody pride in your work 😡 so that's £22 straight in the bin, looks like i will be cooking again tonight, so much for a nice easy night 😡

The driver couldnt find us, I saw him drive by at 840..and at 8pm he pulled up..are house is very easy to find. The food was vile, the food was cold and extra greasy.was total waste of money

Normally don't have a problem but tonight we order bout 5.10 and we been waiting over hour it now 6:15 And to be told we had to wait another 10 mins for it to come. Angry anit the word!

Best doner kebab I've had anywhere in the country!

Placed a telephone order to be collected, they denied ever receiving the call so had to wait in the car for it to be cooked. I ordered Donor meat and chips, and Burger and chips but only received one portion of chips. Donor meat wasn't cooked through, tasted bland and was excessively greasy. My partner and I now have food poisoning. Avoid this Kebab shop.

Despite the negative comments I have seen. I can only speak as I find and I have to say the delivery was bang on the time quoted. As for the food it's self, it was hot and very good. (don't quite get the pickled Cabbage but added a twist I suppose).

Made an order at 7pm for delivery and it's now 10pm and still no food rang them at 8:45pm and they said it would be here within 40 minutes!! Fuming isn't the word

Possibly the worst business I have ever come across, have used them in the past and deliveries have always taken too long to come but unfortunately they seem to be the closest establishment that deliver to my area. Called at 10.30 to order a delivery and was told it would take 45 mins which I agreed to, even though the business is about 10 minutes from my flat. An hour later I called to ask where the guy was and was told he had left ten minutes previous so I waited another 15 minutes before calling back again only to be told that the guy had been to my apartment twice and got no answer when he knocked on my front door (it's a small apartment if he knocked the door there's no way I wouldn't hear it) I'm not really sure how this is possible as he would have to get through my security door in order to make it to my front door. When I asked how long was it going to take to get my food told me he then told me he was very busy and if I wanted my food I'd have to come collect it and he slammed the phone down. This is the worst customer service have ever come across in my life. I will never use these people again and will make sure as many people as will listen to me will know how horrid and rude they are.

Great food. Always best to go in and order food to gurantee good food otherwise you'll be waiting over an hour for delivery for something that takes 20 -30 minutes.
