McDonald's in North Norfolk

Always had good food here in 'Fast Food' times. Clean and friendly 5*+ will return 🍔🍟🍵

What we ordered: burger with only onion What we got: no onion in any and the roys toilet smell nearly made me throw up and my burger looked like it was all made with throwing like a Frisbee and there are bugs and a straw missing and 2 ketchups and the windows are dirty!

Better than cromer. Food always hot.full of idiot grockles in the summer.

Use the car par at Roy’s opposite for 2 hours free parking. You can use that time to further explore the area

Always check your food if you're taking it away....they always seem to miss something and occasionally it's an entire meal! It's a really nice McDonald's though

Service is extremely slow, took 20 mins at 8:30 at night with nobody inside, and food was cold by the time they gave us it as they put the fries out once the order came through and let them sit the for the rest of the time we waited

Was busy but staff were on point

This is the only McDonalds in its area and therefore it can get pretty busy at times. The food is normally great, but there is always end of the day fries sometimes soggy but never stops people coming. I think the staff are very helpful and seeing as it's a fast food chain that is a welcome suprise. Often there is a beeping alert from the kitchen that doesn't stop at some times of the day but that's not a problem unless you really try to hear it.. The McPlant is very good too.

It’s really messy a rubbish is under the seats!

Siempre haciendo mal los pedidos, las papas fritas solo están medio llenas y la comida generalmente se sirve casi fría a pesar de que el último anuncio dice que la comida ahora se sirve más caliente. Este es nuestro McDonald’s local para que sepas que no es solo uno de los pocos. Claramente hay algunos problemas de administración / personal que necesitan ser solucionados, ya que hace unos años realmente lo valoré altamente para un McDonald’s.

The food is good but I put ketchup in 3 times and they still didn’t put it in the bag.

Good efficient McDonalds. A little lack luster as with many you order on the screen and order left on the counter. You never see any staff. When I did see a couple of staff in the eating area, one was sitting in the corner on their phone and another twice walked past an uncleared table where a customer didn’t tidy up after themselves. The bathrooms needed attention as were dirty

Had McDonald's with my family while on holiday in the area, my 3 year old son dropped his burger by accident which caused him to cry, a member of staff from McDonald's (his name was Craig) came across to see if everything was ok, I explained what happened and he said he'd go get my son another burger for us. Craig went above and beyond for us he was absolutely amazing and he cheered my son up.

Waited 20mins but it’s Friday .ordered Two Hat trick mid meals, 1 without Ketchup. Drove home to find, nothing like the picture’ known as mis-sold product’. Smear of ketchup but no onion, mustard or relish of any discription… you need to up your game mc- d. Pic 1 what I got pic 2 what I should have got…. Big disappointment 😌😞☹️

The meal took 13mins to be prepared then our fries weren't even in the food and my burgers meat was half out of my burger and my milkshake was supposed to be strawberry but was vanilla

Great fast service. Staff was friendly and efficient. The place was full of tourists (seems like a coach was parked near by and many people came here for lunch). Enjoyed our coffee with deliciuos crispy chicken wrap.

My partner picked up our food and the kitchen floor was filthy with garbage on it and the service was slow and the manager had an attitude

Unusual to see McDonald's joined to another food cafe.

Food always cold and missing items. Long waits for "fast food" and almost always an issue here when ordering on the app.

Usual nice burger and milk shake made even better when I peeled the sticker of the milk shake and won a cheeseburger for my next visit.

Literally just took a bite from my cheese burger and spat it straight back out, its covered in what looks like powder that tastes of the strongest salts !! I choked it was thay strong and my eyes are watering ! And the black bits all inside absolutely disgusting !

This was the best meal of my life, definitely recommend 👍

Ordered on the app . My Daughter walked all the way up to collect it then got home to find that her burger was missing . !! Not the first time either. Your useless skeleton of a staff member had one job and it could not even do that absolutely useless. My question is what happened to the burger?? Did it get stolen or eaten by your useless staff member and were is my refund!!!

Ordered our food on the app....arrived and registered on app as there, waited 25 minutes for our food due to problems with the pies, got home and order was missing the chips and everything stone cold.... normally check orders before leaving due to this happened a few times here to myself and friends but just wanted to get home tonight after waiting so long

The food is standard for Mcdonald and was hot, sometimes service can be slower than expected for a mcdonalds but by far not the worst

Great service as always at the Hoveton/Wroxham McDonalds. Paul the lobby host greeted us with a smile and hello, he always makes us feel welcome. My wife and I had breakfast today, porridge and cappuccinos. Merry Christmas Eve to all the team.

Can't complain & even didn't mind that we changed our minds, so that we could eat in...

Mediocre food, pulled my laptop out and the plugs got turned off after about 30 minutes, unfriendly atmosphere and just one of those cash cow McDonald's that are there strictly to make money by keeping the seats empty for newcomers. It's a far cry from my own local mcdees and after I came back later in the day they accused me of sitting there all day insisting I should buy something, so I did! I bought spam fritter saveloy and chips and went and enjoyed it with the swans.

Local child sharing hub for all the nonces come here to trade kiddies for a holiday destination, wouldn't piss on any of the staff here if they were on fire cos they all turn a blind eye!

Perfectly OK. In a god position for a day in the broads. We often visit Wroxham & this McDonald's is handy. In at least 20 years of visiting, we have never had a poor visit.

There wasn't a queue when we arrived and there was seating so we ordered straight away, server was patient with us as we wasn't sure what we wanted at first. Food was brought to us freshly cooked and everything was lovely.

Service was appalling, machines broken and not offered alternatives. Then messed up ordered. Only decent thing was the use of toilets.

The burgers were good, however once we got home we realised that the apple pies were missing once again but we were still charged for them.

Foods really good but not worth the wait. I ordered a small drink and small fries, everything was good except I had to wait 30minutes. Was not worth it.

Grandson spilt hot chocolate asked for help to mop up !was given 1 sheet of kitchen roll !!so got serviettes to mop up !!

What can you say really, it's a McDonald's. It's a little small inside so you'll have to sit cheek by jowl.

How hard is it to make a cheeseburger 🍔 to order? Clearly, a little tricky at this branch of Maccies. All I wanted was lettuce 🥬 & Big Mac sauce. Nothing else. Guess what ….. !! Ah well. At least they tried. But failed. Tasted good all the same.

This is my local Mc Donald’s it’s situated in the heart of the Broads attached to Roy’s of Wroxham. On entry there is plenty of seating as it’s attached to Roy’s Cafe. In fact you have to walk through the cafe seating area to get in. There are two digital screens to place your order but unfortunately they seem to often glitch but staff are on hand to sort it out. Then it’s over to the counter to collect your order. Everything you need is on hand. There is no drive through at this location. However it’s located close to other shops other than Roy’s and close to the river and boats. It’s located directly in front of you as you drive over the river bridge coming from Wroxham. Once over the bridge you’re actually in Hoveton. There is a parking area running besides the take away but this is for disabled vehicles only and there is a warden with a camera who will take your car details. So park in Roy’s main car park and walk over. Roy’s are quite relaxed about this as you will need to go into their shop to get to it. Roy’s supermarket is in the same building so handy to get your essentials at the same time. Staff are friendly. Seating is adequate. It’s kept very clean.

Spicy chicken burger. As described and very spicy. Sat by the window and ate it all.

Was in the restaurant with my 7 month old baby and my 8 month pregnant sister when we went to use the toilets my sister who is heavily pregnant nearly slipped over by the time she went to tell me I had already slipped with my 7 month old baby in my arms. Not only did non of the staff bother to ask if myself or my son was okay but by the time we came out of the toilets someone had dried the soaking wet floor and removed the signs that was no where near where the floor was soaking. Very annoyed and angry at the service given by the members of staff and don’t appreciate a member of staff laughing at me when I fell until she realised I had a baby in my arms.

Ok so it's a McDonald's and they're all the same, but not this one, they seem to have more staff and they actually give a s**t which is nice

We love our morning coffees and breakfasts, especially with the wonderful friendly welcome and service from Carol who keeps the restaurant looking clean and tidy always with a smile, and friendly service by Sheila.

It was quite busy but they found us a table quite quickly. They are a nut free place too.

Nothing special about the place, it's a McDonalds, so I don't expect much.

Great place to visit if you've got children. Craft stalls/shops are good also the deli filled with local products. Cafe service was a bit slow, tea and snacks were of decent quality.

Staff at the Wroxham branch are exceptionally helpful and keep the tables very clean. You can get a variable experience with food heat and quality at some maccy ds, this one was very good.

Breakfast is probably better but portions of fries and burgers are ridiculously small. A burger should be a meal in itself not a floppy bite size snack.

Food was as you expect hot and fresh from the fryer. And the staff were very helpful and polite. Only reason they didnt get 5* is because the condiments station didnt have any ketchup or BBQ sauce or tissues restocked. But i would go there again. For sure. Oh and plenty of seating in this place.

It’s pretty good. Arrived in Wroxham for holiday after 3 hour drive and stopped in McDonalds. Service was fast, food was delicious. Nice staff and piping hot and salty food.

It is what it is… another McDonald’s in a tourist hotspot. To note, staff were friendly, accommodating, and tirelessly working to provide meals for the many young families that frequent this corner of the world. The premises were located inside Roy’s Food-hall and was kept clean and fresh looking. I did notice the staff seemed quite young and took longer than average when taking orders over till - but who doesn’t use the interactive robots that have replaced human sales assistants?
