Morrisons Cafe in North Norfolk

Went here today had 2 large breakfasts and 2 children’s meals the food came out 30 mins later everything was stone cold. No teaspoons and to top the lot no knives. Ask for a refund as not edible which we got but turns out the food sat on the side for 15 mins before it was brought out 3 staff in the washing up area 2 staff behind the counter and 1 staff possibly on a break . Wouldn’t have been so bad if they were all busy but they weren’t . If I could have put zero stars I would . The cafe needs a damn good shake up

Myself and my husband decided to have lunch today, we ordered Burger and chips and Fish and chips. The food took 40 mins to arrive! The chips were overcooked and dry and the Burger was really dry and flavourless. The fish was actually really nice and well cooked. with my fish and chips came mushy peas but they were disgusting! Really awful like baby food and cold!! The staff were soo slow and looked like they didn't care at all. The waitress was so rude to her coworkers in front of paying customers. She was sighing all the time and saying godsake etc under her breath. Not a great experience at all unfortunately.

There were 6 staff that I counted and as many customers but still took over half hour for our food to come. The servers were miserable and unhelpful. We asked for teaspoons that never arrived. We asked for ketchup and half the packets were blown so can only assume that they were off. The food came and was not very nice. I had avocado toast and poached eggs.... No seasoning and lack of presentation. Overall I'm never going back

The old lady on the till ignored my existence despite me standing right behind the previous customer with my card in my hand, went off removing trays to the kitchen, returns after 2mins without any greeting and simply asks are you paying by card? There's now 5 people behind me, I say yes I am, she asks could I use the self service, I say no I don't want to, she asks would you like me to show you how to use it? I reply with im the first person in this line and I'm a paying customer who prefers human interaction. She simply tuts at me and put my bacon roll takeaway order through and doesn't even say another word. I thanked that miserable old woman for her service lol as with everything in this store, I felt sorry for old woman who seemed run down by morrisons unrealistic targets of running a kitchen with 2 staff. But that sums up everything about this store, no care for the staff or customers just simply run by a terrible human who only cares about profits.

Good value for money food...just coyld be hotter eg. Breakfasts. Maybe serving on a heated plate would help.

I had an ultimate breakfast, because for £6.99 it's well worth it to make sure there's enough on the plate you enjoy. And as a breastfeeding mum I certianly have the appetite. I enjoyed it all, it was crispy where it should be, tender where it should be, and the meat was well cooked without burning its skin, the fried bread is beautifully crunchy with a lovely taste, not the over cooked fatty nonsense you find in some places. I must say I'm massively impressed with the value for money, the quality of the food that you'd pay double to get less anywhere else! Thankyou very much for this wonderful breakfast experience 👍🏻❤️

I had gone for breakfast on the 23/08/22 the food must of been off or something the only thing I had ate all day and had been sick within 2hrs of eating it and had continued to be sick until early hours of next morning... witch means 2 days of of work ..... I will NOT eat at a morrisons again I would give it no ⭐️🤢🤮

Terrible service ordered on the app and asked a manager the day before if it was possible when I came to collect found the two woman staring at the screen saying we will let someone else deal with that and just ignored it until they noticed me waiting there i then continued to wait over 45 mins while a single person out of 3 made my order and also tried to run the till other customers were waiting over 20 mins to just pay for a pastry and a drink . Food was terrible sausages burnt bacon cold rolls a day old also i emailed morrisons to complain heard nothing back

Had to walk out because the staff said 25 minutes to be served she said it to 4 people in front of me so I left I wouldn't even give it one star

I went to the cafe in morrisons today and I went to have a diet coke from the machine but was not working I asked the lady why it was not working she said that there had know cypru for the machine I said that there should be a out of order on it she said the lights was of and got told were to sit not happy

0 people in the cafe and took 1 hour to arrive

The food is good but they are slow at getting it out.

It's ok the food but the only thing is they don't have to serve a lot more food

Isabelle and Maureen are the faces of the Fakenham Morrisons Cafe. These ladies are very pleasant and helpful. We had a bowl of delicious porridge followed by a full breakfast. I'd be very happy to enploy them. 10 / 10

Never used the restaurant before but on this occasion we had breakfast. Used the machine to order although you could do it at the counter. Food came quickly and was cooked for us. It was lovely food. Pleasant staff. Clean.

Have freshly made breakfast then do your shop excellent

This morrisons at Fakenham is the best one around Wisbech and kings lynn we travel to have our dinner from kings lynn to Fakenham as they are always polite and 5 star for all they do to make u feel welcome and at home should take a leaf and send it to kings lynn and Wisbech thank all Fakenham x

If the chips weren't cold they were burnt, my 3 kids all had different size portions and only there plates were hot. The cokes just tasted like syrup.

Cant give 5 stars as when I visited a while back, I ordered a bacon and cheese toastie. I did not expect the toastie to come out with bacon and melted cheese in between 2 slices of toast. That is not what I would call a toastie

A bit slow when shop is busy but food & drink is hot & good value.

Went on Sunday morning and asked if they had napkins. No, so they brought out a roll of kitchen paper. Breakfast tasted okay but it was delivered late and I nearly asked for free refills of coffee since we'd drunk what we had. Fast forward to Friday, went for breakfast on the last day of our holiday, and still no napkins. Breakfast was good and served faster than on Sunday.

Not as good as usual. Had gammon, was full of gristle. The other two meals were OK according to their recipients. But I can only give 3 stars for mine.

I give it a one star because the foods always cold when its meant to be hot. Tables are always sticky.

Battered Fish and mushy peas excellent.

Food was wonderful! Atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely be coming back

Small portion sizes don't get your moneys worth. burnt sausages burnt hash browns and slimy fatty bacon NASTY!!!!!!!!
