Visited this cafe and ordered 2 meals, with drinks. Cafe itself looks nice, staff were attentive and the place was clean. Cakes looked delicious but as someone who is dairy allergic, I opted for a meal. The meals arrived, I was very disappointed- the chips were very crispy with all I can describe as air inside in them, very little in the way of potato. They were placed on top of the generous portion of sliced ham leaving a slick of fat laying on the meat. The 2 fried eggs were dry as old bones, no liquid yoke. Very disappointed for £11.50! The burger meal, apart from the issue with the chips, was fine although a little relish would have been a nice addition as it was a plain bun with a burger in. Visit for your coffee and cakes, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering a meal from here.

Coffee is nice, surroundings are nice, staff are lovely… shame they let dogs in… the last thing I want when eating or drinking is for a big dog to come in with its owner and have a good old shake. If you can’t take a dog into a supermarket why can you take them into a coffee shop..? Makes me now want to come back.

Stayed in Fakenham the night before and grabbed a coffee and a "sticky bun" before heading off the next morning. I always like to give independent retailers positive reviews but sadly the coffee was lacking in flavour. It was a mocha and the overriding taste was sugar. Staff were very nice and the food on offer looked amazing. Oh, my "sticky bun" was very tasty incidentally

A cake/bread shop as well as a coffee shop. The shopkeeper could check the recipes of the cakes as one of our party has a nut allergy. Very nice cakes and coffee.

I come in here regularly to grab a spot of lunch for my break. The welcome is always warm and genuine and the service is brilliant. I highly recommend the cheese straws, they really are the best I have ever tasted. Served warm and just the perfect amount of cheese.

The appearance of the sepia coffee in the cup was the first sign - the taste then confirmed that this brew was on the thin side of dilute. Very disappointing especially since previous experiences at the F&B have been better. A bit of slackening of the standards, perhaps? Or just an off day?

Poor quality cake and a very average tasting coffee but with a quality price tag for the privilege. Maybe it was an off-day for them, because no way can this level of service / product be taking on the local competition.

Lovely little cafe for a lunch stop. We were given a table straight away, this was a party of 4 adults. We each decided to get a meal deal as it worked out cheaper. Meals deal included sandwhich/panini/toastie and any drink (hot or cold) and a packet of crisps or cake. The service was very fast and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Just called in for a lunchtime snack. Very good Covid precautions, very popular with visitors and locals. We enjoyed a takeaway chicken, bacon and leek pasty, super good

We’ve been twice now when we’ve been on holiday in the area. I just wish I lived closer so I could enjoy these delicious bakes more often! The bread, the savouries, the sweet treats...ooo so yummy!! The chocolate oaties, cheese straws, cheese scones, sausage rolls, low GI bread and more are highly recommended by our household

Strange to be the first review as I thought I had reviewed this place a couple of years ago. We stopped for a late brunch but found the arrangement at the counter chaotic with little labelling as to what was what? There were offers on a chalk board outside as well as inside but the only menus are on the tables making it confusing as you walk in at the counter and can’t see a menu? There was a big choice but some of the displayed food looked off putting breakfast muffins still on display at 2:30. I opted for a tea cake which was fine but my coffee was not hot enough and was a very small cup for the cost. The whole place needs simplifying.

Great staff, amazing views, nice range of beers. They continue to do a great job on the pier, we are so lucky to have it. It's a treasure that has been beautifully maintained.
