All I can say is wow! Food was out of this world and all staff friendly and helpful. Hubby and I spontaneously decided to stop for something to eat and even through they were very busy fitted us in and still the service was spot on. I am a fussy eater but nothing was to much trouble. Well done guys we will be back very soon!

I visited here with my mum and dad for tea. We had never been before and didn’t know what to expect but we had a wonderful experience. We had the olive and bread platter for starters, I had Carbonara, my mum had Salmon and Prawn linguine and my dad had the pasta and meatballs. Everything is cooked to order, and was delicious. We were checked on throughout our meal to make sure everything was okay. Service and food was first class and the staff really are a credit to their manager.

Just enjoyed the most delicious cavery. A choice of turkey or pork with a good choice of vegetables. Very reasonable prices. Pensioner's... £5.95 or £6.95 with a sweet.. Standard price £8.95. Very attentive staff. We'll worth a visit.

Wonderful lunch in pleasant surroundings. Piping hot fresh vegetables and tender Turkey at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back.

Wouldn't it be great to have an even reasonable restaurant or bistro in Fakenham? Well, I'm still waiting. We had three awful, inedible plates of poorly cooked, tasteless food. Pasta over cooked, pizza dry and tasteless, waiting staff clueless, bill expensive. VERY disappointing.

We booked for Sunday Lunch in an Italian Restaurant but.... The menu was for a pub bar, sandwiches, baked potatoes, Sunday roast and the Only Italian main course dish was Lasagna! No pizzas or anything else! How it can call itself an Italian Restaurant beats me when it's the same menu as most bars and probably used in the Crown pub which it is attached too.

When I heard that an Italian restaurant was open in Fakenham I thought great a change from Fish and Chips The menu although not extensive did look good When we arrived the place was deserted so was offered a choice where we wanted to sit, have to say that I have never visited an Italian restaurant that was empty before, The waitress was friendly but seemed terribly nervous and when we ordered the Italian Larger Peroni she seemed confused although there was a bottle sitting at a counter at the end of the restaurant on display We ordered Olives and bread to start it was described as Sliced bread with Italian oils and olives, read your own menu, it came as four warmed bread buns, not sliced and no Italian oil, the main courses were OK although a special that we ordered was not that special, the Duck was over cooked and the potato stodgy . When it came to pay the bill we had to pay at the public bar counter, in it self no real issue, but having to lean across someone to enter my PIN number in full view is not on All in all it is a shame I would like to say better things and visit again, but I will save my money and get ready meals at Tesco

I visited Bella Corona on a staff meal. We were a pretty large group, but were seated together, and all food arrived quickly and all together - so nobody was left siting watching while the rest of us ate. Between us, we had quite a range from the menu, and everybody was pleased with the standard of the food and the large portion sizes. A normal person would not leave here hungry. The staff were friendly and on-the-ball, without being overly fussy and in-your-face. I heard a couple on another table making similar comments, and they finished their meal by booking a table for the following night, so that they could come back with friends. Prices were average (as in, what you'd expect from a restaurant).

My husband & I went for dinner last night & unfortunately La Bella Corona didn't deliver. I was really excited at the thought of having a nice little Italian place nearby, so it's a shame it didn't quite live up to expectations. I was served frozen lobster ravioli to start which obviously had to be returned to the kitchen. Apologies were made & I was brought another. £6.95 for 3 pieces of frozen ravioli however really is quite steep! The ladies serving were polite & friendly, but service was painfully slow. I was surprised since there were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant including ours. Our main courses were nice; I had chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham which was juicy & well cooked. The "roasted tomato tagliatelle" it was served with let it down. Sadly lacking in flavour - to be honest it just tasted like tinned tomatoes. We had dessert too; mine was a cheesecake that was clearly not homemade but it was ok & nicely presented. My husband asked for 3 scoops of ice cream & was brought 2, so another course sent back to the kitchen. I did feel sorry for the front of house staff as something seemed to be going quite wrong in the kitchen....several mistakes were made in bringing out food for other tables which in a small restaurant is hard not to notice. I really hope it's just that we caught the team on a bad night because other reviews seem fairly positive. Sadly our experience doesn't encourage us to return any time soon.

At the back of the bar area( which also serves the full restaurant menu) is Bella Corona. A little hidden gem. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had the veggie antipasto board ,one of the specials. as a light lunch which was fresh, tasty and interesting. Other meals being served looked good as well. Very good value for money. It hasn't been open long and we look forward to going back and trying other dishes.

They muck up orders, the pizza is so thin it falls apart when picked up, deep pan would be nice, food is okay, but overall quite poor, wouldn’t recommend to be honest.

We booked this restaurant for lunch and can honestly say it was the best meal we’ve eaten the whole we’ve been in holiday and we’ve eaten in some highly recommended restaurants. Great food, excellent
