We arrived late and the bartenders refused to take our order although they closed the line after we arrived. After some negotiations they accepted to let us buy some sandwiches but refused to heat them up. Also, the sandwiches at the end of the day are not tasty.
I usually come with my daughter after i have taken her swimming, we have been two times so far and the person that was preparing my order got my order wrong last time I asked for a cupcake for my daughter and then when she took my payment and I was checking what I had in the Greggs bag I asked if she packed the cupcake and she said no as in her mind apparently I didn't when I know I did as I was getting it for my daughter. Then today when I went I asked for a chicken bake and a pink Jammie, same server again, she asked me twice, not once twice! Of what I wanted and I told her a chicken bake and a pink Jammie. As we was in a rush I didn't check on what she packed I trusted my gut that she packed what I asked for. I get home and I see that I had another chicken bake, I had the chicken bake that I asked for on the bus home. So when I was home I was really looking forward to having my pink Jammie with my drink. I am at a point where I am put off from going to this Greggs after my daughter's swimming

It's good food and good range of deals when you're tired/had a bad day and don't want to cook...but don't rely on the tracker or their delivery time-keeping. Ordered at 18.59, at 19:27 (almost 30 minutes later) get an alert to say 'your order has arrived - ENJOY'. One small problem - no food arrived. Called the store (having already given the driver an almost 10 minutes more grace-time) and got the 'I'm very sorry, food should be with you soon' patter. Order did eventually arrive - almost 10 minutes later. What is the point of having a tracker that tells you your order has arrived when it clearly hasn't???
Started from not clearing the tables. We asked 5 times and the kid actually said that will do. Table remained dirty.
We had the breakfast and omelettes runny and lightly cooked. They came out in piecemeal - no beans and both the breakfast and omelettes were truly cremated . We had to chase for all bits of the breakfast. Toast had margarine - who uses that???
Staff were incompetent and provided no service. Could not see anyone taking any responsibility. Although the bakery looks amazing I. Terms of products. I did not risk it.
I would NOT recommend or maybe this is acceptable in Luton???
Would avoid completely.
I came here for breakfast a few times and the staff were lovely. the queue was going by quick and didnt need to wait an awfully long time. amazing food and impressed
I visited the Coffee Pot for a takeaway lunch, specifically looking for a shepherd's pie after chatting with a family member who had recently made one at home. As I was craving that comforting dish, I decided to purchase it instead of cooking myself.
Upon entering the Coffee Pot, I asked for shepherd's pie, which was not visibly displayed on their food shelf. However, the server confirmed they had it. I paid £7.50, and to my surprise, the server pulled out a tray of shepherd's pie from under the displayed salad without it being covered properly. He mentioned it would take 7-8 minutes to prepare, but after just 5 minutes, it was ready.
When I returned home, just under 5 minutes later, I opened the takeaway box to find that the box was already soggy. The shepherd's pie appeared excessively shiny and was smothered in watery gravy (pictures attached). To my astonishment, it came with an overwhelming amount of coleslaw and slices of tomato and cucumber, which I never asked for. The food was cold, despite my short journey home.
Overall, I found the dish to be greasy, lacking in mashed potatoes, and the minced meat was tasteless plus it was cold! At £7.50, the meal was definitely overpriced for the quality. I cannot recommend this place for a shepherd's pie — it’s disappointing, especially considering the establishment itself is quite well presented.
appalling service, half my order missing, phoned to tell them, got hung up twice then just told I'll get discount when next in store, I don't instore, that's why get delivered, and I always tip

Luton Pret , you charge £5.50 per sandwich , the baguette was old and dry… We made an effort to walk all the way to new Pret by gate 7. What did happen to your standards? I spoke with the Supervisor , but I have just shook his shoulders and ignored me!!!!

Visited on my own, seems to be a seat yourself system and after asking a member of staff discovered that it’s order at bar or with app. Lots of the tables were dirty but sat down anyway thinking it would be cleaned at some point. Visited by various staff members but they didn’t think to clean it. MSN next to me went to the bar to collect blue toll and cleaned his own table.
Ordered a toastie and an Aperol spritz, noting that the app estimated that food would take 30mins which was fine with me.
The food arrived in 10 minutes and didn’t look great, not even bothered to cut in half and the side salad was basically just a garnish.
My drink did not arrive before the food so I asked for it and it was brought. I asked asked for some more salad which was kindly provided.
The toastie itself was very dry, especially considering it contained béchamel, cheese and aioli. Mayo would have helped but I wasn’t asked if I’d like any sauces and no one checked how the food was. The bill was £25 for a toastie and a aperol spritz, including tip which is terrible value. The whole place had a CBA attitude to food and service, re training potentially required to improve food and service quality. Would not visit again until improvements are made.
Authentic, fresh tasting curries, that your mother would make at home(well, mine did anyway). Non of your chicken tikka masala nonsense, with some chicken dishes served on the bone, just as it should be.
The mutton Bhuna is a favourite of mine, and we always look forward to a "Khyber House" night.
The boss, and his son are very friendly, and always remember our regular order, and it's nice to see a steady trade going on there.
The premises could do with a spruce up, but does the job without any frills.
