Enjoyed the delicious crepes, but the use of such thin paper underneath posed an issue. While cutting, shreds of paper ended up on my crepe, which was a questionable choice. However, the service experience was subpar. It was around 14:00 on a Monday. The guy serving just dropped the crepe tray on my table and walked away, I would slightly understand if they were too busy but we were the only ones sitting there, maybe a “heroes you're crepe enjoy” would be nice. Despite sitting with my partner, we were given no cutlery. After asking staff member. They gave us one knife and fork after requesting utensils. It's a basic expectation to provide enough cutlery for the number of people present.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, as I also work in hospitality myself, but today it was just… When I was ready to order, there were 4 people just chilling, laughing and speaking loud, and then the person that I assume is the manager, came to take my order. Appalling service coming from the girl that is possibly the manager, wavy hair. No eye contact, no “thank you, enjoy”, nothing! It actually made me feel uncomfortable. I know how hospitality can be exhausting, but people have to understand that their attitude has a HUGE impact on guests. Of course this didn’t ruin my meal, but a welcoming attitude would’ve, definitely, made the difference. When people are chosen to assume a higher position, it’s because the employer sees in them the potential for the site/company to develop. It’s because they have a positive attitude.

Appalling service and customer care. I asked whether they were making gluten free pancakes (clearly advertised that they were) but only received a clear NO with zero eye contact as well. Well done for being so lacking in care and with enormous attitude issues. Stay clear. I don't think I would would personally now trust you even if you did serve something on the menu. Just felt like they really couldn't be arsed to do any work whatsoever!

Advertising gluten free but never available, maybe I have always a bad lucky.

We cannot confirm the negative experiences...on December 24th. cheerful and friendly staff… the crepes were ready in a few minutes. We were there around 12:30. The lady at the checkout was super nice and in a good mood. The crepes were mega delicious. A great end to our stay 🫶. We were able to linger without any problems and I could eat in peace. Nobody was sent away or treated unkindly.

I can say I have the worst coffee in my life and really rude management.........!!!

Good fast food place if you’re waiting in the airport. The waitress was very friendly and the food was great, the wiltshire ham and cheese especially.

Whilst at the airport I fancied something sweet and didn't feel the donut option was value for money but came across this. I was told the one I wanted with strawberries and bananas wasn't available so I ordered a different one and asked for strawberries and bananas and they were able to do it which made no sense but it worked out for me. The service was good and whilst the place is small every table was full. I enjoyed my crepe and would recommend trying here.

I was waiting in Big Smoke for breakfast 20 min….. first 10 to be find by staff (4 of us) then in front of me I saw my refugee place 😅😅 crepeaffaire - ask the staff how long I should wait for my order ? 5 min only she respond. And food was 10/10 and I wait only 4 min. Highly recommend

We had our crêpe breakfast and sweet with coffees at Luton Airport and it was absolutely delicious, freshly made with love by Kayla & Gabi. Very tasty,good price and friendly staff. Definitely recommend ☺️ I'm now ready for 5.5hrs flight 😉

Having breakfast was a total delight. Never had this good buckwheat crapes - yum! Number 1 to go to for meal at the airport.

Friendly, warm staff that were so welcoming, and amazing crepes!!! My husband and I shared an eggs benedict one and then a love you lotus one. Both were top class 👏🏽 ❤️. Highly recommend.

Only three customers but a 35min wait for a crepe; same as on my last week's visit. Why? The food is good but the place lacks a manager. Serving a crepe should be a brisk.

Came here upon waiting my 6am flight, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, the food was amazing for breakfast. They had a great selection of gluten free options, couldn't have asked for better service!! :)

On my way to Poland Got breakfast crepes and party of 4 3 breakfast crepe , gluten free crepe which were out of this world on my first taste 👅 in morning and got served very politely By a lady in a blouse 👚 very cheerful 😀 service was spectacular.

The menu lists several vegan options so my daughter and I were looking forward to pre-flight crepes as a treat. After waiting in line for ages, I was told at the counter - no vegan crepes. Yeah, I haven’t had time to make them. Riiiiiight. So you advertise them all over the shop then don’t actually have any. And don’t even bother to put up a sign advising customers of this so they don’t waste time queuing. Frankly, poor service and a poor excuse.

Only after I have placed the order I was informed that I cannot pay by cash. There was no information about it. When I said that I cannot pay by card, extremely unpleasant lady who spoke polish said they are making a cash up (at 11:00 AM!) which was a lie. Avoid this place!!!!!!!

Miserable staff… I had been told that they do not make savoury crepes anymore. Both waiter and the cook told me that I can go and eat somewhere else. They also did not want people to sit down and eat there. Pancakes was okay but the service was a massive disappointment

Ordered an ultimate Nutella and a banana split, the ultimate Nutella came with no Nutella and came whipped cream when asked not too. When my partner went up and said, they just put sauce on top as the staff couldn’t be arsed to put any effort into them getting the order wrong and couldn’t even present anything with a smile. Terrible service!

Stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes while the staff chatted with eachother. A staff member eventually came up to us to apologise that they were out of crepes.

This place was extremely busy, so you know it's good! Don't let that prevent you from going, because the service is fast if you need to take your items to go. If you have the time, it's worth it to stay! The food was excellent. I am very gluten free and dairy free, and their gluten free/vegan options were perfect for my needs. I was able to have what normally I cannnot (bread and chocolate) and flew without a single issue (thanks be to God). My friend had the normal crepe and gives a similar review. It's worth it to mention the employees as well, Sally to be specific. I'm not sure if there's a better employee for the early morning shift. She helped us with the order and even found us a place to sit when I couldn't find a spot - and it was right next to an outlet. Also, something I have not seen before, and that was super convenient, were the two departure monitors right there in the dining area. Not only did we eat in peace, but timing it just right we finished our meal when it was time to head to our gate. Truly one of the best aiport dining experiences I've had. I've never written a google review, but this little place was worth my time to do so. From my experience I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through Luton Airport, most especially those with Gluten/Dairy Free (even Vegan by choice) needs. Bacon bap, bacon over cooked, hard and cold. It is basically 3 rashers of bacon on bread roll + coffee £8. And guys (staff) if you don't like your job, just move on. It's depressing being served by you all.

I ordered a 'vegan' crepe at the airport, it came back as chicken. The guy at the counter laughed when I brought it back to him after having accidentally eaten some, with no apology. They haven't had the gluten free crepes for 18mnts by now. They really should remove the gluten free option from the menu.

I visited this store in March and it was my first time trying it. It was a very pleasant experience, as I had never tried it before I was asking ALOT of questions and the staff were very attentive and happy to help. Kamali and Sajida were great. I ended up buying a bbq chicken crepe after they suggested it, it was delicious. I bought two. I even ended up buying an Oreo crepe to share with my friends. Thanks to the staff that day, they make such a difference to a persons experience in a store, they were both awesome!

Very bad place to eat! Avoid! Both pancakes were very dry because it took the two colour boys !25 minutes! to make them and only after I reminded the staff 2 times about my order. And when I finaly got it, it was without icecream, as requested, and served "to go". When I reminded them to put it on a plate like I order it, 25 mins ago, the "lady" shout at me: you can eat it like this! Very very bad, avoid it! (Picture with the "lady" for reference)

Great Crepes, cooks know their stuff! The food was well priced and well portioned, and the restaurant had a good atmosphere!

I was surprised to see such a low review on here, this was honestly the best breakfast place I have ever been to at an airport, and one of the best Crepes I have ever had. Note, I am a pilot so I eat a lot of airport breakfasts! The price was good, and the food was well portioned, I was sad I didn't get to come back through Luton on the way home from Scotland! The food was certainly better than what I had on the Caledonian Sleeper on the ride home! The review on the receipt didn't work, but I wanted to mention the staff of the day there of Kazi, Chante, Elesha, and Mckayla! See you next time I am across the pond!

I came by the shop on Friday but I just wanted to acknowledge the young man Mario for his bubbly energy and lovely attitude towards me and my family.

I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. I've flown through the LLA a few times now for business trips, and always pop in to grab a quick latte and a savoury crepe, usually in the mornings. They are always delicious and it's nice to see some familiar faces each time I go back. Today morning, I flew with my husband and kids. I recognised the same young gentleman that served us our crepes that I usually see for my business trips. After my meal, I went back to get his name and thank him for the delicious crepes. A big well done to Kazi, they were made perfectly and my kids really enjoyed them. I hope to be back soon. My kids have a sweet tooth and ordered the "I'll have what she's having". Which if you know, is a lot of sugar! My husband and me ordered an eggs florentine. I requested for the sweet crepes to be handed to us after the savoury ones were finished as I was planning on feeding my kids some actual food before their sugar rush lol! The gentleman understood and accommodated to our request, he was very friendly. I also ordered 2 hot chocolates, and 2 lattes. Both were made perfectly. I sadly didn't take any photos as we dug straight in, but I wish I did. My kids are already asking if we can go back to crepe affaire in the LLA after we land back in the UK. Well done Kazi, and well done to the other staff there. Crepeaffaire, you have a wonderful team, and I hope to be back soon.

Belgian chocolate crepe. Decent size. Served on a metal plate. We were served by Amira who made and gave us the crepes. She did a great job. My only criticism is the that the tables were all very wobbly which was quite annoying as the drinks were spilt. There was a very good selection of crepes savoury and sweet. Some croissants were also available as well as the usual hot drinks. Definitely a place I would recommend.

For a restaurant specialises in selling only crepes, they were the worst crepes I’ve ever had. I struggled to cut through it with the fork and actually broke the fork before they gave me some metal cutlery to eat it with. When I commented on how hard the crepe was, the waiter told me that the crepes are pre-made! How can you sell pre-made stale crepes when the only thing you sell are crepes. Horrendous when they literally advertise as “fast and fresh”. Don’t eat here and save your money!

There’s always something wrong, either they “just closed” after waiting in the line, either you can only pay cash and now they “just stopped selling savoury”. The lady at the cash register could not give me the reason, it was not because they were out of ingredients, they simply “usually stop selling savoury at this time”.

This is a nice and cozy place where you can eat good quality and reasonably priced crepes. I am vegan so I was happy to discover they have several vegan options from both the savory and sweet crepes. The problem, however, is that they quickly run out of the vegan options as they have fewer in stock as compared to the rest of the menu. When I traveled two months ago, the vegan options were gone by 2pm. This time I was at the airport by 1pm and managed to try the savory avocado vegan crepe. It was delicious. However they ran out of the vegan chocolate spread so I couldn't try the sweet option. The place is always packed. There are charging ports and a screen with flight information.

Come here 5.30 am on a Sunday. Lady making the crepes is rude and abnoxious. Felt sorry for the gentleman on the counter who was being shouted at from behind by her. No milk when they have only been open an hour. The lady really needs to be trained in how to speak to staff and others. Really unprofessional and seems like a toxic environment to work.

Sally was very friendly and served us quickly. The Oreo crepe was amazing, as was the Pesto. Food arrived quickly. Sadly no decaf coffee but the cappuccino we had was great.

- Supposedly one of the only "Barista made" coffees in the airport. Tastes awful, like burnt dust. Nearly £4. You're probably better off at Pret, which really goes to show how bad the coffee is. + Quick service.

Firstly, customer service person looked like she didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile. Everyone looked hot and bothered and were working in first gear. Ordered lemon and sugar crepe, eggs royale crepe and a water. They said there was no cheese - I said that was fine. No receipt given to check order so didn’t know she forgot to put the eggs royale on. Internet bad so couldn’t check payment details. Incredibly slow service and after 20 minutes the eggs royale hadn’t arrived so we asked. Turns out they didn’t even put it on the order. Husband decided to change to another sugar and lemon crepe as it was quicker. No offer of free drink or anything, which is what I would have done if I had been in that position. A small apology from another team member, but the team member who made the mistake just stared blankly at us. Crepes themselves were pretty average.

Eggs Benedict really hit the spot

Seriously why does this place even bother to open?! I fly from Luton 1-2 times a month, so I’ve tried this place at all times of day. The crepes are good for a quick airport bite, but only when you can actually get them!! They are always either closed, or run out of crepe batter. Like seriously you are creperie and you run out of crepe/galette batter?! I’ve lived in Brittany home of the galette, and it doesn’t take a master chef to make a fresh batch of crepe/galette batter in ~10minutes. Makes you question if they are made fresh or pre-made. As another reviewer also said, the servers treat you like you are bothering them for asking for something on their menu they’ve run out of. One server even told me to come back in two hours and then they would have the batter ready. Oh but of course, I’m at an airport but never mind that, I’ll just miss my flight to wait for you to have batter ready that should only take 10 minutes… Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been to other crepe affair branches which were great. However, here the crepe was extremely tough and stale and the workers were rude. Saw other people complaining about their food too - would avoid.

I love this place! It is great if you want a quick bite while relaxing before your flight. Some useful information: FOOD: They have sweet and savoury crepes. My personal favourites are "The pesto mozzarella" and "The Belgian chocolate"; but they have a big variety of options and some vegan options too. They also have smoothies and natural juices, as well as tea and coffee. The ingredients seem fresh and they are definitely very tasty. PRICE: I believe they offer great value for money. The crepes go from £5'65 to £10'95 (a really loaded one) and they are quite filling. PLACE: One of the reasons I come here often is because of how comfortable it is. You have the screen with the updated flight information easily seen from any point of the restaurant so you can find out quickly if you have a gate assigned or there is a delay on your flight,so that stops you having to worry about the time. There are also charging points on the wall so it is good if you want to charge your phone or iPad before your journey. It is not very big but there is normally space to sit down. You can take away your crepe if you rather go straight to the gate. To sum it up, I use the Aspire lounge very often and sometimes I just prefer to wait for my flight here instead. STAFF: The staff are always friendly and efficient! They are very quick and always have a smile on their faces. I would particularly like to mention Adam, who I believe is one of the managers (if he is not, he should be!) Who is not only always very friendly and communicative but he also acknowledged me from having seen me two weeks ago (and he even remembered our conversation) so that shows a real attention to detail and great customer service skills. I definitely recommend this place and encourage any Luton travelers to stop here before your flight!

If soggy crêpes and 100 degree mouth-burning coffee is your sort of thing, you’ll love it. We didn’t. It’s awful, and expensive. And they just told us their pancakes are made the night before!!

The service was rubbish, my pancake was made and then the server left without giving it to me. The crepe was leathery and with minimal topping.
