I came here for breakfast a few times and the staff were lovely. the queue was going by quick and didnt need to wait an awfully long time. amazing food and impressed

Always a long wait to pay for items you want to buy as the staff seem to be too busy preparing orders for home deliveries and ignoring people queuing in the shop. If they do get to you before you walk out of the shop there is no apology for the wait, Over the last month the shop has been closed and shuttered on at least four separate occasions without any explanation or apology attached to the shutters. This morning I waited patiently behind the customer who was being served. There were four members of staff behind the counter. Only one person was serving walk-in. When she had finished with this customer she completely ignored me standing there with items in my hand along with my debit card waiting to pay and disappeared to the back of the shop. I then left my items on the counter and went elsewhere. Using the Greggs complaints procedure only gives a standard non-committal reply.

Orderd some chicken biryani..on justeat and never came .i paid 28 pound ..now no way to contact justeat or restourant not answering phone...i have to fill up the fourm to request a refound ...so messed up restourant ..i strongly advised to people its a gamble to order from here.

⭐️⭐️ Not Their Best Day Visited Ice Box and ordered the Falooda Kulfa, which they usually do really well—but this time it missed the mark. It came out as a big lump of ice cream with a few bits around it, not the usual well-mixed dessert. The paper straw kept disintegrating, making it hard to drink or enjoy properly. The young lad who served us seemed disinterested and gave one-word answers—definitely not great customer service. That said, they’ve been good in the past, so I’ll give them another try. If the experience improves, I’ll be happy to update the rating.
