I recently visited Pret Luton and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was terrible—it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there and were just going through the motions. On top of that, the floors and tables were filthy, making the entire place feel unwelcoming and unhygienic. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. There are much better options out there.

My comment is itended for the Pret a Manger AFTER THE SECURITY, on tge departures. I am writing this review due to the sad and discriminating experience I have just been served with in Pret a Manger. Around 2.45pm on the 23/07/2024 I have left a coffe and a 1 liter bottle (which I am refilling constantly because of the large quantities of water I need) on a table whilist had a run of exactly not even 3 minutes to toilet. A staff has cleared the table straight away. The thing is that when I told to one of the staf what has happened she went to the managet and told him. AND THEN MANAGER OFFER TO LOOK IN TO THE RUBBISH FOR MY WATER BOTTLE?????????????? Like I would take it from rubbish?????? He had a very disrespectful and SAD approach towards my dissapointed feeling I just told him what was and didn't even tried to say a word more.. because someone who offers me to look in to the rubbish???!??! What should I say to him? It made me cry. He didn't even had a courtesy to say apologies. I have then went to purchase a new water and coffe for an extra £10. In another outlet. Not to mention as when the staff cleared my drinks someone went to sit straight away and when I came my bag was moved by people that itended to sit. Anyways. So disappointed by the HUMANS with NO HUMANITY completely. It has made me truly sad and dissapointed in general. Your """"mqnager""""" "deserves a raise" for sure.. Horrible.

My flight was delayed, and I had to stay overnight at the airport. I received a food voucher, which I wanted to use at Pret and Manger, but unfortunately, it showed as already used even though it wasn't. Despite this issue, the staff were fantastic and generously provided me with drinks and food for free. I am so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Thank you! ❤️

Atmosphere was good, it was a quiet Sunday morning. The eating area was disgusting, we ended up sitting out in the seating area outside the shops as it was so dirty on the floor, chairs and table we were at. Waited too long for a skinny cappuccino and after being fed up of waiting I asked if they were making my coffee and they said there was no skinny cappuccino ordered. After waiting longer for them to sort out finding out who took my £16 order they then made it and I finally sat down in the filthy seating area to eat my now cold breakfast bap. Better value and service at Burger King across the way folks.

The service was quick. But the quality of the almond pastry and the painaurasin was awful one was qushed the other was not baking correctly. I use pret all the time and never come across such bad pasties. When I took back the almond pastry. They just said that they were all the same qushed.

The venue was not crowded on both days I was there and so service and atmosphere were fine, ie. it was clean and in good shape. The sandwiches and other savories, sweet items etc. are not cheap but at least they are fresh and nutritious which is not usually the case in airports on the continent. The free range eggs in the sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Had the coffee been better I would give it 5 stars.

I was flying from Luton Airport and rather than pay a fortune on the plane I decided to get a snack and a drink from Pret in the departure lounge. The airport was not that busy and once I had chosen what I wanted I went to the counter and was served immediately. The chap who served me was polite and the eating area was clean and tidy and well presented.

Must be great for the environment. No wonder so few people are using Pret....it will be our last time. How could a company get it so wrong?

i have the pret subscription which i pay £30 a month for. every time i get it i customise it to my liking… today as well as other days i was denied extra juice in my drink by the manager kasha since it’s not the “procedure”. i’ve also asked for less ice and got the WHOLE drink filled with it. it tastes like flavoured water and even that is a stretch. there’s also a new guy on the till who’s attitude stinks, not only does he roll his eyes, speak under his breath but never says thank you or please, basic manners, however i never got his name. it doesn’t cost anything to be nice or polite, but it costs me £30 a month to have my drink thrown in the bin because it’s got no taste. sort it out…

Ramona provided us with the best service we have ever received, she's was so friendly and attentive. She was so lovely to us as a family and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay after missing our flight which was even more appreciated as we have a 4 month old. (she was happy to gave us some hot water to feed our baby too). She went above and beyond for us and the coffee was great!

Just off a two hour flight from Prague, and in need of a British cup of tea before we went to find our car and drive home. Chose Pret as usually have a good reputation, and it wasn't busy at all, at about 4:50pm. Two staff members standing behind the counter, looking out but not making eye contact, or saying anything. We tried to catch their attention but nothing. In the end I asked "Are you open?". "Yes" was the curt reply. Ordered two teas. "Do you want milk?" - "Yes, please". The tea was made with milk so no time for the teabag to brew. You'd think these places would know this. Welcome back to the UK. Appalling customer service and tasteless tea. One of the staff members had been ticking away the minutes and had changed to go gome bang on 5pm.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the baristas. I’ve ordered my usual skinny warm flat white & got regular latte instead. After pointing that out they made my flat white using the same leftover regular milk they used for latte… when I asked to make my skinny warm flat white again, male barista with long hair started swinging milk jugs at me telling me which milk goes where ( really don’t care, I know what I saw ) & then female barista said she’ll make it again. After she made it she chucked my coffee at the counter without a word and walked away. Instead of being warm it was hot and I burned my mouth. Seriously, go somewhere else if you can.

They’ve awarded themselves two stars in their logo. I would give them only half a star for this and past experiences! I just spent another 15 quid on two sandwiches and a coffee. I ordered a double expresso macchiato like I always do, but what was slopped down in front of me was a small milky mess! when I politely complained and I asked the girl who served me if I could get what I ordered. I got the raised eyebrows and stares of thunder, the server took my coffee back to the barrister and relayed my complaint . The girl who made my coffee looked at it then glanced at me and said that this is a double macchiato and turned back to make someone else’s order. I had to raise my voice to be heard by her and said If you’re making a coffee please make it the way most outlets make it! You’ve put far too much milk in it! She argued again saying this is a double. I had to argue back asking her to please make it they way I want it! I just paid through the nose for it, at least make it the way I want it! The whole experience made me walk away feeling really angry at the fact that I’ve just been ripped off by Pret A Manger Luton airport! Again! On Friday 28/7/2023 at 08:10 in the morning. They charge so much. At least the staff could have a smile on their faces when they take your money. All the staff are miserable as sin. Which makes me think the management must be awful! This isn’t the first time, either every time I come to Luton Airport I get the same experience from pretty bloody Manger. I will now remember to get my coffee from elsewhere

The Customer service of Pret which is working in the ground floor of London luton Airport is very unpleasant and unsatisfactory. They are not even ready to customise the drinks. They are giving so much excuses. They don’t like people coming and ordering the items, especially the barista made drinks. Not even a single day, I felt bad experience from many employees in different days. Their customer satisfaction is absolutely Zero. That is the reason i am putting here the review. But the Pret which is working inside the Arrivals of the airport is very nice and they are dealing with the people in a nice behaviour.

I came here today for lunch as I had an hour to spend at Luton where there are no restaurants in the check-in area. I got a salad for 6.50 and was charged 7.80 for it. When checking the price, I discovered that indeed, the “sit-in” price was 7.80. This information was included in a miniature print under the “take away”aka regular price in large bold letters. Disregarding this lousy marketing practice, I could just about understand the discrepancy if there was any added value in sitting down and eating your meal on Pret’s premises. But all I got which others who had not foolishly declared they would be sitting in didn’t was a dirty metal tray on which I could carry my salad to a table. Apart from this luxury, Pret charges you an extra 1.30 for eating from the same paper containers with the same disposable cutlery only to be able to sit at one of their tables which they only ever clean up when the mood takes them. In my opinion, this is completely disrespectful towards the customer and if they had any kind of competition in the area, I imagine they would be forced to reconsider this approach.

Even on a busy morning I still was served in 2 minutes and had somewhere to sit. The food seems slightly more expensive than on the high street but your pret subscription does work here. So sit back and enjoy a free coffee while you wait for your flight to be called. Enjoy :)

Very very busy given it's competitive prices. Getting drinks was very chaotic, as no receipts were involved. They just call the drink and assume you know who you're behind and don't collect somebody else's drink. The sausage and egg bap was very hard and dry, because it was a ciabatta bap and, the sausage, although tasted ok, looked like a vegetarian sausage. Capuccino was good. We were lucky to have found a small table in-between 2 groups of people, so other customers either didn't see it or didn't want to squeeze in.

Pret A Manger at London Luton Airport is convinient because you may get coffee, food, as well as charge your phone there. Tables are dirty. Service is fast. Cappuccino was lack of foam and quite expensive. We paid 3,65 £ per it. Macchiato was very expensive too. We paid 2,80 £ for a small cup.

Good morning at 3:30 am on January 15th I went to the first shop you have at Luton airport in London, I asked for a cappuccino and I had a hot chocolate, I returned to the saleswoman, saying that I had ordered a cappuccino and no hot chocolate and he changed it for me, after which I asked if he would kindly put the chocolate on top of me and the very grumpy lady almost huffed! only one person in the bar, all the tables were also dirty, i don't know if she is the manager, but really bad service.

Staff is unkind. A waitress did a specific effort to prevent me from napping at a table, in an empty coffeehouse, having purchased a drink, less than 10mins earlier while waiting for check-in at 7am. This was not only completely unnecessary, but also she kept insisting that "they don't provide beds" and that "it is not a hotel". I can see why people prefer to sit outside instead of being their customers.

Went to pret to grab a drink and hot roll around 5am. The cashier was extremely rude and sarcastic. It does not take much effort to be civil. Then he made a face as I walked away. It takes a lot of effort to be unnecessarily rude. Please speak to your employees about customer service.

*** Landside shop *** Definitely not recommending. I ordered small bottle of coke and a latte. The lady asked me to wait on the side for my coffee (there were already 10 people waiting for their orders). After 5 mins of waiting I spotted that people who ordered after me getting their order first so I told the shop staff that I'm still waiting for my coffee. I said that those who ordered after me receiving their order before me. They kept preparing drinks for other and completely forgot about my coffee. After second reminder of waiting for my bloody coffee I finally got my order. The shop staff wasn't nice. Won't go there again.

Maciej the bartender made my day! Excellent customers service, positive attitude, coffee was made perfect and the food was fresh and tasty! The sitting area clean and tidy , plenty food options! Pret a manger never disappoints me! Keep it up guys and best wishes for the future !

Worse service ever ,I waited for coffee so long When I asked a lady to check fo me where is my Vanilla latte she answer"wepassed it " and shak her arms.I tried to explaine her I di6 get it ,she said it's not her problem .She told me she is a manager Congratulations Pret fo very professional and rude managers .Fortunately nice guy from staff made me a coffee.

Bought two coffees before our flight on 27 June, only filter coffee was available for some reason, it was too awful to drink, so weak and watery, very disappointed that they would serve such low grade coffee, they must think their customers will drink any rubbish, will never buy a coffee from them again, surely we deserve better.???
