Greggs in Luton

I usually come with my daughter after i have taken her swimming, we have been two times so far and the person that was preparing my order got my order wrong last time I asked for a cupcake for my daughter and then when she took my payment and I was checking what I had in the Greggs bag I asked if she packed the cupcake and she said no as in her mind apparently I didn't when I know I did as I was getting it for my daughter. Then today when I went I asked for a chicken bake and a pink Jammie, same server again, she asked me twice, not once twice! Of what I wanted and I told her a chicken bake and a pink Jammie. As we was in a rush I didn't check on what she packed I trusted my gut that she packed what I asked for. I get home and I see that I had another chicken bake, I had the chicken bake that I asked for on the bus home. So when I was home I was really looking forward to having my pink Jammie with my drink. I am at a point where I am put off from going to this Greggs after my daughter's swimming

5 members of staff only one serving at a snails pace food was cold bacon and sausage baps seem all Greg's stores are the same prioritise just eat orders rather than customers queuing out the door

Love the staff here very friendly and cheered me up this morning and made me laugh 😆 Not quite sure why people leaving reviews about the car park, 🤔 jansel house own it not Greggs.

The disabled bay is too far from Greggs and the car next to me was on the line so i was made to go on the line, then received a £100 ticket for incorrect parking when the disabled bays were full (of which are only 2) normal bays are narrow and i need room to open the passenger door.

Parked in Jansel house car park to go Gregg's. I spend a lot of time and money visiting to go the shops at Jansel house but won't be visiting again after a receiving a park ticket.

Popped into Stopsley village Monday morning and popped into greggs. Sandra and her co worker were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Normally when you go in here you leave feeling annoyed as most of the staff are very rude, so it was nice to leave with a smile. And the hot chocolate, wedges and sf chicken strips are just delicious

greggs, there are always great for the sausage rolls, pies ect. just as long as you get them hot.. as they are not able to warm them up.

Greggs store - S1267. The Mall - Unit 160: Great staff. Very friendly, polite, very kind and professional. Nice food

Like all Greggs shops, you know what there is on offer before entering, but in some instances the speed of service lets them down

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the take-away food being supplied. A decent selection of lunchtime food at very low cost prices. Yet tasteful as well.

The vegan sausage roll was very tasty. It's a good idea to now supply them. Sat outside with my tea and food just watching the world go by. Two guys were serving, very polite.

just the job when you fancy some thing hot,or a cold sandwich.plenty of car spaces, not the biggest shop but nice.

This place is great for cheap but great food and I love the new vegan sausage roll my one bad thing was the time I was given a normal sausage roll instead of a vegan one I am so glad I realised rather than biting into it otherwise I wud have been so upset

This is a handy Greggs in the Jansel House building in Stopsley village, which has plenty of free parking when you drop in. Usual Greggs selection although it's not uncommon for them to run out of food items.

I occasionally stop off in this Greggs of a morning to grab a coffee and something to eat. I got a bacon and sausage baguette which was bang on! As usual. But the thing that always stands out is he customer service in this place, The staff really go out of their way to put a smile on your face. I had a good laugh with Mike especially, so funny and chirpy. Hats off to you my man

Sausage rolls!!! Jam doughnuts!!! Yes yes yes!! Great choice of filled rolls, some available hot... bread all freshly made. Steak bakes, chicken bakes and all the others! I’m salivating thinking about it...

Brought a sausage roll and bacon roll. Not cooked properly. The sausage roll was stone cold. Will not be going there again.

you're always served with a smile and the cakes, sandwiches, chicken bakes etc are made and cooked in the shop and are just brilliant highly recommended

My biggest complaint for this Greggs, is that after Lunchtime, they never appear to restock the fresh sandwiches/baguettes. If i call in after 13.30 you have not a great choice to select, but look at the labels, for items that are not available.

Popped in for a change, familiar format and offerings, great prices (remember to ask for take away!) and jolly staff. Parking outside is tight though

I used to like popping into Greggs once & awhile for a nice hot sausage roll. Well never again after today. I asked for a hot sausage roll and was given one on in a bag that was on the cold side. I asked for it to be reheated to be told by the sullen cold server that they couldn't do that. A colleague then whispered to her & she told me it would take 15minutes. (Er microwaved???)) - 3 seconds)) When you are hungry and in a rush you dont have time. I said I wanted my money back, she told me id already bought it and couldn't. Fine I said and walked out, throwing it in the bin as i left the Mall.Rubbish!!!!!! Most annoying thing though is why at 945am did they not have hot ones still.

Picked up a Mexican baguette , lady asked did I want it heated. Thought that be good - BIG MISTAKE , totally burned it's now inedible, also only two pieces of chicken in for £3 ! And of course I didn't find out till I got home and now thier closed. Won't be using again

Visited to get some quick lunch for me and my daughter this morning. Usual greggs food, but carpark v busy. Also staff didn't seem very happy
