The best restaurants in Ipswich East of England

Back in March I had a delivery from this company, when it turned up a portion of fries was missing and a burger was badly burnt, since then I've been fobbed off constantly while trying to get a refund, they clearly do not care about customers , the worst customer service I've ever experienced

A lot of options to choice from for adults and children. Food was great and the service was excellent, very polite and helpful staff.

The spot is in the middle of Ipswich. It is a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere. One problem was you had to get up to order, and there was a bit of a queue, but there was a major football game that day, so I would put it down to that. The food was very good. I had pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and a dollop of cream, which was very filling but very delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Take away ordered through UberEats - the irony being a notification from them recommending this restaurant. Pretty much everything we ordered (my wife enjoyed the veg spring rolls) was completely bland and soggy - literally zero flavour. Contacted UberEats who said nothing to do with us, tell the restaurant, which I did through their review service on the app, however no refund/apology. Won’t be using either Uber Eats or this restaurant again. Hope this can serve as a warning for anyone else after a tasty Chinese takeaway on a Saturday evening.

Really nice fast food and curry love their hot wing an star fry kebab also keema naan . Always friendly .keep it up .

Good for coffee and basic snacks,busy not many staff,but were friendly. a little disorganised.First time visit,might not bother again

I've been disappointed many times when walking in and found that there were very little sandwiches to select from. Also, the staff are generally not exactly happy and friendly....

Ordered 2 doner meat and chips overcooked not very nice at all use to go regularly with previous owners but will not be going back now

I'm allergic to shellfish. After three bites of my non-shellfish order, I had an allergic reaction. It's fairly safe to say that this restaurant cross contaminates utensils, and probably uses the same wok for shellfish, nuts, soy etc as they do for everything else. AVOID if you have any sort of food allergy. My allergy is fairly mild, but it could have been MUCH worse for someone else.

Experience was ok but not brilliant. The barista didn’t even speak to me when my toastie and coffee were were ready, just pushed the tray towards me

My goto Chinese. Good food at a fair price and great customer experience. Tried other Chinese restaurants in stowmarket before finding this one. No I go nowhere else.

It's a Toby, always good food but service has fallen

Terrible service. No gluten free chips. No leaway I wanted vegetarian breakfast as it’s gluten free. Can’t do after 11:30 but have nothing else to substitute
