Cafe in The Range in Ipswich

A lot of options to choice from for adults and children. Food was great and the service was excellent, very polite and helpful staff.

I don’t think I will go back here, the customer service was awful. I ended up getting my food 10/15 mins after my family because she got my order wrong. When she did bring it over the attitude behind her voice wasn’t very nice even tho it was her mess up. My friends burger was over cooked so much it was hard and she couldn’t bite it. The only good part was our drinks. Thank you for our drinks.

Shockingly bad 40 mins for a breakfast which came out totally wrong then went back to be upgraded only to be a sausage short uncooked eggs and soggy potato rosti,s well below par we've been before and it was excellent what the hell happened

Went into the cafe in the range ipswich with my husband for coffee and cake , we observed what can only be described as a very sad selection if you can call it a selection of cake , very small slices on offer , chocolate cake and I'm not sure what the other option was , a lonley scone and a few already made sandwiches, we walked away and went to Costa across the road which didn't disappoint, I think more effort needs to be made there to attract more customers. We like the range , but on those occasion wasn't impressed , the shop was in a complete mess everything everywhere , a few staff busy trying to move things around apparently getting ready for the iceland shop , probably would have been better closing the store to do that as there wasn't alot on the shelves .

Arranged to meet a friend here as was handy for both of us and love shopping here. Cafe seems to be set out better then last time. Great coffee and good meal deal for £5 although the toasted sandwich was a bit small. Cakes were a bit expensive as well. Couldn’t find a menu on any table so by the time you wait to get served ( a long time) it still doesn’t state on the board exactly what is on offer. Could do better and have more staff on.

stopped in for a quick cuppa. no issues but noisy due to customer services constantly calling over the tannoy "Anne to the till please" good tea fairly cheap.
