Friendly staff and good atmosphere, pool table, sports and live singers, bex (singer) and dj castro are highly recommended to go and see when performing.

over an hour late. called to see where it was got told on the side waiting for delivery. called back 25 mins later to see where it was to be told it's on route and still don't have my food. nearly 2 hrs

We went here on the recommendation of our 14 year old daughter! She wanted to go and told us about it. I went on line and got a table booked for the 3 of us, when we arrived we were presently greeted from members of staff. I must say from when we arrived the service was first class! The staff are so welcoming professional and polite very helpful indeed. The food was so nice from starter main and desert, so so tasty full of flavour, we didn’t have to wait long for any of our courses, very well presented. This is my number 1 Resturant, I will highly recommend Erman’s kitchen We will be back with friends and family, I only write a review if I think it’s worth it snd this Resturant most certainly is so a big thank you to the staff, bar staff, and kitchen staff . Your all fantastic.

I go here all the time and it amazing! The chicken kebab is so flavoursome only once have I had the chips and a saveloy and the chips was lovely but unfortunately the only bad thing to say bad about it was the saveloy, just tasted bland ! but since moving here I always go in there and the staff are lovely and now always make sure to get a chicken donner kebab taste just like if not better then GDK

Avoid this place at all costs! We ordered £38 worth of food at 7:50 and it didn’t arrive until 11pm ! We waited 3 hours for our food, called them several times to be blatantly lied to and told they are on the way 5 timed. The customer service is terrible they were rlly rude on the phone and no apologies and acted like this happened all the time.The food arrived at 11pm only for it to be cold by which time we were extremely upset having it ruined our night! We called them and were offered money off our next order and no refund, when asked for a refund they were very rude and asked us to contact Deliveroo who told us it had to be sorted through them. The other reviews on here are definitely not exaggerating. Terrible food and customer service - avoid at all costs!

Updated delivery address before ordering but the delivery went to previous address. Order and receipt showed address we wanted it delivered to but it went to a different address. Luckily we were able to pick the food up from the other address but was a big inconvenience and not what we would expect and food was cold

best kebab ever eaten, fully cooked and food always warm, sauces are even unique and enjoyable would 100% recommend

The food was cold, the rice lumpy and chewy, the chicken was tough, chewy cold and inedible. The mushrooms were cold in the middle implying not totally cooked and the wholt meal had a Horrible smell. the worst takeaway ive had. It went in the bin.

Food was 45 minuets late and once it finally arrived was inedible. The cod and chips were soggy and dripping in grease as well as being freezing cold! The battered sausage was like it had been cooked yesterday it was so hard. Will never be ordering from here again. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a pizza for delivery waited 80 mins. Rang them it was still in shop waiting for collection but I ordered it for delivery had to wait again and when it arrived it was cold
