I am delighted to say as always the chicken teriyaki Bento box was delicious. Thank you so much for delivering it. This box ticks all the boxes, it’s arrived on time with the lovely lady who delivered it. Best Japanese Bento in town -Best wishes and thank you to the guys and the ladiesLiz xxx

At best, I'd say it was 'average' n that's being nice about it. The portions were small, chicken tikka was very chewy , garlic Naan wasn't at all garlic tasting, and it was very expensive for what it tasted like and the quality. Sorry Madina, we thought we'd try your food again after a long time not using you, but it clearly hasn't improved, so we'll not be using you again !

I’m a regular customer in this shop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The shop is always spotless.

I've ordered regularly here through deliveroo since early 2024 and I've never had a complaint. Food has come hot and its been super tasty!

Was over an hour late being delivered, food turned up cold , hardly no chicken in the masala , naan was like cardboard even my dog turns her nose up food was disgusting straight in the bin waste of £40

Underwhelming, I know it's new but service is slow and seems that the young team can't cope. Slow order taking, fruit toast ready long before coffee made! Dirty uncleared tables. On a hot day the heating was ON!

Ripped off for almost £20 for a small pizza, called the store they said its the set price, wouldn't do anything! I could have got 2 medium from pizza hut for that, avoid avoid avoid

I went to order a pizza and i was waiting for a long time. No one at the front desk. When someone finally came he was very rude. He refused to take payment using a gift card that could be only redeemed at store. When we tried to discuss it he ignored us and start talking to another person.

Queued for ages ,nobody answered the the smashed up screen , so drove to collection window to be told I had to go round and Queue again. Every time I come to this KFC, the staff are rude, incompetent and do not care.

Rude sour old women, we come in and eat here nearly every other day, my and my friends were talking about the night before, slightly loud but with no one else in the shop, she basically shouted us to shut up from the other side of the shop.

Very disappointed - quickly told no longer do a side option included with a main meal would have to pay extra for plantain etc. I ordered jerk chicken with rice n peas. Got a dry drumstick and a dry thigh. Husband had curry goat but got only the goats bones. The rice n peas was mushy. And on top of that didn't get the plantain ordered but a dumpling instead. An used to west Indian cooking and this is not good and ver overpriced for What you get.
