I have been extremely ill and unable to eat. Today my appetite started to come back and I wanted to try something light, so I decided a plain tuna mayo with cucumber and this was what I received. Half of the sub didn't have cucumber (there were 4 pieces of cucumber in total.) And they decided to dump a bucket of mayonnaise in it. I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how bad they have made such a simple sandwich. Needless to say, I couldn't eat it because of how much mayonnaise there was. It made me feel sick and now I've lost my appetite again. Thanks. Absolutely terrible.

Food always delicious especially the new crispy chicken curry, always wait approx 1 hour for delivery but in my opinion food is worth the wait

They never delivered to me & still charged me. I have sent them an email and since 3 days still waiting to hear from them. NOT EVEN ONE STAR

Not too bad. theres a lot that could be improved but the ultimate breakfast was quite filling. It came very quickly to the table. But a pot of tea is only enough for one cup and theres not much atmosphere here. Plus I could probably get a better tasting breakfast for cheaper or the same from a local greasy spoon.

Was over an hour late being delivered, food turned up cold , hardly no chicken in the masala , naan was like cardboard even my dog turns her nose up food was disgusting straight in the bin waste of £40

I went to order a pizza and i was waiting for a long time. No one at the front desk. When someone finally came he was very rude. He refused to take payment using a gift card that could be only redeemed at store. When we tried to discuss it he ignored us and start talking to another person.

Ripped off for almost £20 for a small pizza, called the store they said its the set price, wouldn't do anything! I could have got 2 medium from pizza hut for that, avoid avoid avoid

A truly woeful joint. The staff seem to be law unto themselves. Today at the drive thru, there was nobody manning the order point and nobody in the cubicle before the collection point. So I drove round to the collection point to be told that I had to drive round again to the order point. Not wanting to be difficult I got out and went in to place the order. The staff who gave me the food shoved the food into my hand almost angrily... The food itself was salty and almost uneatable. KFC Waltham X is to be avoided at all costs.

A rude older blonde woman literally told us to shut up while we were having lunch at their place. I was bringing colleagues to showcase Lithuanian cuisine, and we had this unpleasant experience that will make us avoid this place in the future. On top of that, the establishment has no toilet or even a place to wash hands. We won’t be coming back or spending money here anymore.

Very disappointed - quickly told no longer do a side option included with a main meal would have to pay extra for plantain etc. I ordered jerk chicken with rice n peas. Got a dry drumstick and a dry thigh. Husband had curry goat but got only the goats bones. The rice n peas was mushy. And on top of that didn't get the plantain ordered but a dumpling instead. An used to west Indian cooking and this is not good and ver overpriced for What you get.
