The best restaurants in Watton Breckland East of England

First visit today and will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had tea and cake yummy. The rhubarb frangipane and cup of leaf tea, cake was to die for and a good cup of leaf tea made nicerdtinking from china cup. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back for something more than cake.

I've only ever popped in for a coffee and a cheese scone but have found both to be excellent. The staff are wonderful and always smiling and courteous. I hope to make time to pop in for something more adventurous soon. Would highly recommend a visit if you've not been already.

I went into to get something to eat when I got in. I was welcomed the chief who there he was very friendly. We always order from here. You guys are the best. The guy who worked there gave me a drink for free and he said that is on me which is him . I would recommend this place.

Food was great. No complaints. Said it would be half an hour and it was a bit longer but they were busy. Need a bit of work on there offers though. Spend £70 and get a free can of drink :)

Twice on two different days we got food here delivery drivers polite food the first time was missing a milkshake but we didn't stress over that food is great quick delivery and hot food and delicious will be coming here regularly now 😀

Massive portions, super tasty fish & chips and kebabs. Fast service, friendly staff. Top of my takeaway list. We used several times on holiday and were never disappointed. Highly recommend

Not sure if Gary still runs the place or not but it’s gone massively downhill hill…especially the service. We rang ahead to order and when we arrived it was complete chaos with customers in front of us complaining about waiting too long, being charged incorrectly and missing items. The lad taking the orders was struggling to cope and on more than one occasion used the “f word” when things went wrong…in front of customers! He was also constantly touching his face! Luckily a lady seemed to have more control of the situation and our order was done correctly. However the Foote alarm also went off which isn’t a good sign when cooking. The fish and chips were ok, a bit too greasy compared to previous visits. Sadly we won’t bother going again and are on the hunt for a better chip shop locally.

We had a late breakfast here whilst on holiday and found something for both sweet and savoury tastes. Fresh scones and cakes along with breakfast items along with a good choice of hot and cold drinks for a great visit. Staff were very friendly and the prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend

It's a small town cafe, with some Italian, some burgers, some miscellaneous stuff. Waiting person was really friendly and quick on a Wednesday night. It's hardly authentic Italian food or ambience, but it's tasty and quick.

There had been alot of bad press filed by some disgruntled sobs on Facebook. But I heard good things about the 2 young lads who are chefs trying to turn it all around. Went in for valentines, and the menu was amazing well done boys, topped off with the most amusingly sinful stunning chocolate tartlet. So don't go by Facebook. Go in and try for yourself. It's absolutely amazing Lovely wait staff and nice and cozy. Great selection of drinks. Well done... please put more events on and show the town you should not be forgotten.
