We had a late breakfast here whilst on holiday and found something for both sweet and savoury tastes. Fresh scones and cakes along with breakfast items along with a good choice of hot and cold drinks for a great visit. Staff were very friendly and the prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend

Popped in whilst waiting for a bike service. Great service, the staff were brilliant and friendly. The panini was delicious and the home made flapjack and treacle tart were superb. Thank you to the staff.

Have visited twice during our visit to family in the area and on both occasions had lovely coffee and yummy home made cakes. My children were both made very welcome as was the family dog!

Only popped in for a coffee...it wasn't the greatest..the place looked very run down and wasn't very hygienic. Had to walk through the food prep area to get to the loos.

Wanted two teas. Had to wait almost 15 minutes! Whilst waiting noticed that none of the waiting staff had their hair tied back as they should have. The place seemed run down and tatty. The tea, however, was good, but did not really make up for all the other shortcomings includin having to go through the food prep area to reach the toilets. Will not be giing there ( the cafe not the toilets) again

Jimmy and I called in for lunch and chose sausage rolls, in bread rather than pastry, plus a tea and a coffee. The coffee was particularly good and we each had three sausages sliced in a wholemeal bread roll. Very tasty with a dash of English mustard. I went to pay, wondering if £15.00 would cover it, only to be asked for a mere £9.45!! This is a lovely place and the two staff were friendly and helpful.

Came here a few months ago for a breakfast in Babaco. Had 2 Bacon sandwiches, a fairly meagre portion with 2 pieces of bacon and a tougher bread would have been better. Can get a much bigger portion at better quality for the same or cheaper price at the Ace Cafe. Apart from that, service was brilliant and staff welcoming.

I always take myself off for a walk whilst waiting for my disabled friend gets ready so I decided to surprise him by (after having my fab veggie wrap) to take him back a bacon buttie - he was delighted and raved that he had not had one in months and it surpassed itself with the full works i.e. ketchup and a hot piping coffee!

I have visited this little cafe a few times in the last month or so and am likely to continue to do so because it's a nice place for a pause. Good coffee, varied and reasonably priced food, great cakes and friendly staff - what else would you want?

I visited a further time yesterday, while on a Break from work. Again I have found Babaco to be a consistently great local cafe that provides good quality food and drink in a pleasant environment. i had the daily special of macaroni cheese topped with ham, followed by a cake to follow. What is noticeable is the prices in Babaco are lower than your average high street cafe-cakes are only around £1.40-£1.60 and the special was only £3.95 however the quality is still there in the products.

Babaco is a charming, very reasonably priced cafe. It serves quite standard cafe fare - hot and cold drinks, paninis, soups, jacket potatoes, home-made cakes etc. it also has a specials board with a further choice of lunches. The service was quick and attentive and I really appreciated the decor! Probably the highlight of any trip to Watton!

We've visited three times in as many weeks, once for lunch and the other couple of occasions for their excellent coffee. Home made cakes etc, and prices are reasonable. Babaco can get very busy at lunchtimes and the food can take a while to arrive - but the wait is worth it.

We were travelling through Watton one afternoon and were desperate to stop and have a cuppa somewhere and as there is an hours free parking in the street we spotted Babaco's so parked up and dashed in! It was 3.30 and they closed at 4 but they were happy to serve us two pots of tea and two toasted tea cakes at a very reasonable price too! The decor had a warm feeling to it and the two young ladies serving behind the counter were very warm and friendly too! The tea cakes were very nicely presented on a tray with butter and jam. There is a daily board with specials on which include soup and baked potatoes to name a few items. We would definitely recommend this little place!

First and foremost the staff in the whole garden centre including the cafe were charming and helpful. The food we had was good. The service was good. Two gripes - there was no fresh fuit offering on the menu - just a pear, apple or banana would be have been good - or berries and yogurt? The other gripe was a dog in the dog friendly area (fairly close to us) incessantly barking. I do not agree with dogs in restaurants. How have we managed in the past? I have two much loved dogs but I do not feel the need to drag them everywhere with me. Perhaps an outdoor area under cover would suit everyone?

Spontaneous decision to eat out, didn't book but we were welcomed in, table found and settled. Unrushed service, delicious food.. the garlic mushroom starter was fantastic, the brisket melted in the mouth ... and the cheese board!!!.... great portions... First class.... no complaints from us. We will be back ❤️

My mother and I arrived for lunch on Saturday. Firstly we were shown to a dirty table, rings from cups and salt or possibly sugar. As my mother has a walker and had taken her coat off and sat down I didn’t ask to be moved but cleaned the table myself with antibacterial wipes I always carry. We ordered drinks and food which you have to pay for upfront so no opportunity to refuse to pay. The drinks arrived, one of which was a bottle of water but no glass. I asked for a glass which the waiter came back with. The glass was dirty. I waited until the food arrived and asked for a clean glass. No apology was given for bringing me a dirty one. My mother had loaded fries at £11. Well I could see the crispy onions, crispy because they were those dried ones you buy in tubs in the supermarket, but no sign of any cheese. I started to eat my bacon, Brie and red onion chutney panini. Well I had bacon. I looked inside for the Brie. There was a sort of stain which was obviously the Brie. I’ve never managed to cut a slice of Brie that thin myself, I suspect they could see through it when they lifted it up. As for the chutney, I found a few soggy bits of tasteless brown stuff. I noticed my mother poking her chips about and asked her what she was doing, she said ‘looking for the cheese’. I asked if she’d found any and she said ‘not really’. She pushed the bowl away and said her legs were cold. We had been sat in front of the entrance and the draft was awful. I asked her if she wanted to go and she was out of her chair faster than I’ve seen someone of 88 move in a long time. All in all a most unpleasant lunch. £11 for a bowl of chips and dried onion, and £10.50 for a bacon roll. Very poor indeed.

It was totally packed out to mark Remembrance Sunday. I had quite a wait for around 15 minutes, but the staff was really pushing out orders and getting the queue down. Quite a few empty places to sit in and staff clearing as customers left. Good team work 👏
