We use this establishment every year when we visit Whatton. Food is 1st class, service is great! Guess what! We'll be back next Year too 😁

Ordered delivery and accidentally made 2 orders. Panicked and called the place only for the delivery person to knock a couple of minutes later. Luckily they understood and I apologised for my mistake. Great food to get if you don't want to cook. And quick as well. Thank you again pizza pluss.

Fast service, I have used this place several times and everything I have ordered has been fine.

Unfortunately already twice was missing my order and no response.

Hi Pizza Plus, Just to let you know how appreciated you are. Today we have ordered our dinner (again🤣), we are so, mega and very happy with our food. Thank you for the colossal effort and performance, friendship and understanding, we deeply appreciate you because we know that in the kitchen ( we all know also that the delivery drivers will do anything to keep us happy) there is titanic work. We have been ordering for 9 years, 3-4 times a week, always very satisfied. Keep doing what you are doing, From a very happy customer. Thank you very much!

I would give 0 stars but I can’t, ordered at 7pm tonight with an estimated delivery of 8pm (no problem) by 8:15 our delivery had still not arrived so we called the shop to be told our food was on its way. 40 minutes later our order arrives stone cold (we live 5 minutes away from the shop ). We told the delivery driver it was cold to which he told us to call the shop so we did. Manager refused a refund and said we should’ve sent the food back with the driver for them to send us a new order. My partner had work at 9pm so this was not an option which was explained to the manager however no refund. We usually order from here and have never had an issue so it was a complete shame we wasted £40 tonight. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

Never been dissapointed with there food, specially the pizzas. Well stacked, freshly made and tasty.

Do the best burgers and pizzas in Watton

The Pizzas we ordered were nothing special. They were edible but sublime. For a Pizza restaurant called Pizza Pluss I was expecting a really nice tasting Pizza. The Pizza was dry and I would say provably originally frozen. There was nothing in the way to make it tasty. We order 3 Pizzas, different types. All had the same issue. If you want something perfectly edible these were OK. Sublime is my summary.

I Ordered the pepperoni plus bread was soggy and very greasy I could only eat half of it made me feel awful! Delivery was fast though!

I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant in over 2 years of regular usage. Chicken is succulent and crispy, pizza's are the best in town and the fact that I can order Chinese food too, is what pushed this review from a 4 to a 5 star. The prices are very reasonable, the food is always hot and freshly cooked. The staff members are always smartly dressed and very friendly in nature. Even in the event of mistakes being made they are prompt to correct them and apologise. I have even received free food as an apology. Take a look if you are in town, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a Chinese costing 30 pounds the lemon chicken had 3 pieces of chicken like nuggets the dishes were half full cold. called pizza plus to be told that’s standard amounts which is untrue. The guy on the phone was not helpful and wasn’t going to do anything I’ve never complained in 5 years of ordering! And the one time nothing done so i said I won’t use you again to be told okay that’s fine! Customer service at its finest willing to lose a regular customer because you complain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time i have ordered here. Chinese. Absolutely blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed. Arrived hot, on time and delivery man polite and friendly. Thankyou will be ordering again.

Would normally wait and get pizza in Dereham glad we didn’t very very well presented good tasting food looked like they had actually thought about what they were making ! Yes it’s pizza however it was good pizza will be driving to watton from now on

poor food,poor delivery service always getting orders wrong then arguing when you ring up to complain your order is wrong. Food quality been getting worse, there are better pizza's to buy in watton. Just having read the shops response still no excuse for getting orders wrong and not accept responsibility when pizza plus staff has got it wrong.

Don't tell you they buy their Chinese from a Chinese down the road. Would not have gone there had I known

This place is fantastic with very competitive prices and excellent food. They work with the Chinese restaurant to also provide a limited Chinese menu that can be delivered to your door. Really is a take away that is well worth using over and over. I know I will be a return customer especially for delivery. Unsure if they support card payments for delivery, but know you can use cards in person if collecting. They may be able to take payments over the phone?

As others have said the driver tries to con you out of more money. The burger looked like it was put together by an elephant.

To say they advertise 15” pizza’s is a joke… always run out by 6pm surly if you know they are popular you would order more…. Really poor service … if you want a pizza bigger than a 9” then you are out of luck at pizza pluss Watton!!

Ordered a 12" Meat Feast calzone. It was a giant, meaty, cheesy sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted flavour wise. Absolute perfection and pleasure with every bite. Well done Pizza Plus 👌🏻👌🏻

Well what can I say. I've been to other pizza shops and tried one particular pizza and none of them ever come close to how Pizza Pluss make them. The smell, looks and taste are always on the money and I will always order from them. A big thank you to all the Pizza Pluss staff for always being friendly and kind.

Fabulous food, cheap prices. Love the variety of food. Great for me and hubby as we can have both Chinese and pizza from the same place!! Staff are so helpful, if you ever do have an issue they sort it really quick. Will recommend to everyone who asks!!!

Have to say best pizza I have had! Beats all others hands down!!

I'm an expat from Texas living here in the UK. Tonight I had the Texan Burger from Pizza Pluss and I felt transported back to burger joints I grew up going to. It was a dirty burger in the best way. The chicken portion was huge and the flavours worked very well. Only thing I would say is maybe the bbq sauce could be a little spicier. The mozzarella sticks hit the spot as well

I allways order from there as it's the Best but yesterday it was a complete disapointment as it looked Like stuffed thin raw pancake burned at some places!Not Happy and will check before payment next time!If the same will switch somewhere else!

Warm and friendly family run pizza shop. Always hot and tasty food on time. The atmosphere in the shop is always fun and you leave with a smile. The delivery drivers are so helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure our orders are on time and to our satisfaction. Plus, the red haired manager is a scream!

Gotta be the best takeaway for miles around! The staff are so polite and professional and make sure you get the best value deals available too. The Christmas pizza they're doing this month is so good as well!

We use these guys way more than we should! Great selection of pizzas as well as the burgers, which I love! Delivery has always been on time and food is always hot and delicious. Can't recommend Pizza Pluss enough.

Sadly last few times the pizzas have been over cooked.

Brilliant place. We called 7 places before here and all were very disappointing. We ordered from their chinese section and wasn't disappointed. Chicken was fresh, dishes were big in size and hot when they got to us. VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS, won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Pizza Pluss is literally the best. Ever. The staff are phenomenal, the food is out of this world. If ever you order home delivery, ask for the chap who looks like Russel Crowe to deliver. He's a total legend, friendliest chap you could hope to meet.

Absoloute rubbish waited 1hour and a half for two cold pizzas cold chips and even forgot the drinks ! Rang up they didn’t want to no wouldn’t refund just offered to replace chips n bring drinks . Never ever again I will use these always something wrong with them .management really needs to get his head out of his arse n learn customer skills 😉👍

Ordered Chinese for delivery, order totalled £44. Driver arrived handed food over said £54. Showed him menu and prices, agreed we were right and went to leave. Sat down to eat, knock on door. Needs another £10. Phoned shop, bloke gets shirty says we can't have the food. Already got it. Sent driver packing. Couple hours later new driver turns up on doorstep, wants another £10. They might deliver, but try to scam you on delivery. Get confirmation of the price on the phone before they arrive or you might find yourself with the same issue.

The longest wait ever was meant to be 20 minutes we sat in the shop for over 40 minutes to receive cold chips

Phoned at 10 tp 10pm. Open till 10.30 or so they told me. No Chinese as its to late. No kebabs either just pizza or burgers. Then l was tild 45mins wait!!! Been there lots of times but am dissapointed today.😕

Very much a hit and miss service. Sometimes good sometimes poor service. Depends on what pizza based you require as often short of stuffed crust.

The Chinese combo meal is amazing and great value! Burgers are always cooked perfectly and the delivery time is always great highly recommend :)

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering,2 and a half hours of my life wasted waiting for pizzas that in the end gave up on and told them thanks but no thanks .terrible service.

Ordered calzone and chinese, was told it would be less than an hour. An hour 50 later we got our food. The calzone was only warm and was the worse tasting I've ever had. It was very greasy and only had one slice. Never again.

awful experience, made order, thought we would give them another chance as the last time they left some of the order off our delivery, this time we ordered, online, and order was accepted, then waited, and waited, and waited, nothing, went past delivery time, so checked email, nothing, then eventually we got an email saying we are too far away, and order refused! useless! so had to start all over again, ordered from another take away, and waited all over again, take a chance if you like, but they are a bunch of cowboys.
