Premier Inn Thetford hotel in Breckland

Stayed in February 2025, AVOID room 108!! It's above the smoking area so noisey and you can't open the window unless you want cigarette fumes in the room, masarator electrical noise all night and then when people went for breakfast the hotel chocked open the room doors and let contractors in to change door locks with all your goods on display! Managers excuse is that she's been away!!

Good value, good food and accommodation

Standard premier inn, Very clean, friendly staff, good location, very helpful and attentive. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Had the breakfast and it was horrible. The apple juice was diluted with water, the scrambled egg was wet?? And horrible. And the sausages was more herbs and stuff than sausage. And the bacon was nearly raw, and didn’t taste like bacon at all. Also, we stayed in a family room and I had to sleep on something that looked and felt more like a sofa than a bed. I would not recommend, ESPECIALLY FOR PPL WITH AUTISM/SENSORY DISORDERS. Also, there was no lift for my mum to use so she, a 60 year old woman with back and knee problems had to not just walk up two flights of stairs but down two long corridors to our room.

We use this hotel a few times a year. It's very convenient for easy access to Norfolk. The hotel is just as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, however the attached eatery is crap. The staff are always rude, the food is very average but the breakfast is ok.

Lovely little hotel, clean rooms, spacious car park. The best bit about my two day break was John on reception, so helpful, advised on where to order food from, even delivered my food to my room on two occasions when the delivery driver dumped it on his desk. That guy is honestly such a top bloke, he deserves a promotion!!

Pub food, deserts were nice. Service was slow and had to ask several times to order the desert and for the bill.

Very warm room as no air conditioning in this Premier Inn but friendly provider us with a fan which did help.

I came in to have lunch on Monday and got served by a lovely lady called kat. She was very helpful, Service was quick and kat was very polite. Will definitely return.

Great food and great breakfast I find it at a reasonable price

Lovely room as usual, fab shower, clean and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and attentive. We had an evening meal (on Mother's day) and breakfast, both meals were delicious and again staff were super friendly and helpful after doing the breakfast shift aswell as the evening before. Would definitely recommend.

Room clean, basic WiFi was unusable, didn't test the upgraded version. No Aircon but ok for this time ok year, staff good, food/bar great.

This is a fine premier in but ridiculously expensive I cannot think of a Premier Inn which is more expensive.
