Really enjoyable food, fresh ingredients and served really well. Service initially was good yet many missed opportunities to make additional sales from us. We asked many times for extra drinks and told yes-yes we come to you, nobody did. Anyway, like I said, the food was great.

When I first thought of an afternoon tea wedding, I wasn't sure if this would work for our family. I was wrong to doubt it. The Woburn Coffee House team arranged everything so well and the day was fabulous from start to finish. The setting, food and staff couldn't have been better. Thank you Ian, Katie and your fabulous team for making our day so special.

After the change of management, this place went downhill. Poor service, quality drops dramatically. Visited 3 times under new management and would not recommend. Before they serve quality food, always spot on unfortunately now is not the case

Firstly, the farm shop cashier staff, fantastic, friendly, had a chat, great experience. The cafe, staff cleaning tables were friendly, and welcoming, however, the cashier didn’t smile, gave the impression she didn’t want to be there.. came across as rude! The breakfast I had was delicious, good quality, well cooked, presentation good .. which I would expect for what it cost, the price wasn’t bad, however it did state on the menu, no swapping of items, which I can sort of understand, 1x sausage, 1x egg, bacon and toast, baked beans were included but I am allergic to them, so I asked for a tomato instead which after looking at the receipt cost over £2 for 1 tomato, they made money on keeping my beans, charging me an extra £2 for a tomato .. come on!!!!!! Not very good customer service!!!! I will not be going back ..

We couldn't have been happier with our experience booking with the Waterside. From the moment we first visited we were put at ease by Kevin who is a most thoughtful host, continually on top of everything we needed right from the early planning stages through to the big day itself. Nothing was a trouble to ask and both ourselves and our guests felt superbly taken care of throughout. The venue itself is beautiful with its converted English pub in the front, its spacious, wonderfully decored back room and marquee and its elegant gardens, river and bandstand out the back. All of these locations felt cozy, looked fantastic in the photographs and worked fluidly and with great cohesion on the day itself. We can't stress enough how perfect of a venue this is and how welcoming and hardworking the staff are here. This is a perfect venue, at a reasonable price and in the most perfect of locations- words can't express how pleased we are with all of it.

We loved the bottomless brunch. Amazing breakfast with perfect eggs and delicious sausages.

They are very friendly and you get service with a smile the Rookery Cafe is very clean and the food it is cooked to perfection I had sausage mushrooms 🍄 and bacon 🥓 😋

We visited Sundown at the Grove and we had a wonderful evening ... Great food ... very friendly staff and excellent value for money .. we will be back next year .. thank you

Found this restaurant a year ago when I was visiting with family. The food was fantastic then and went back again this year. It is still as good as the last time and wouldn't go anywhere else. Can thoroughly recommend both the food and wine here.
