Excellent dog friendly cafe. Friendly staff, good selection of reasonably priced food, including vegetarian and vegan options. Our dog loved the home baked dog biscuits.

We had a coffee and cake before a walk on the beach here. Cakes were delicious and it is a lovely setting. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend you call in for a drink & cake.

First time visited the beach cafe, what can I say. Great food, great service, great place. Had bubble and squeak, sausage, egg, bacon, beans and toast. Deffinatly worth a try.

When you order one of the breakfasts/brunches here, they begin a stream of questions... what eggs you want, fried bread/toast/bread and butter, how you'd like your tomatoes, which veggie sausage you want, etc. This exchange exemplifies the whole cafe for me - every time I come here, I get exactly what I want! They're also quick to offer substitutions - when my mum said she didn't want any tomatoes, they helpfully offered mushrooms instead, no extra charge. Lots of choices - often very difficult to decide because they all sound great. I usually go for a veggie/vegan breakfast or the bubble and squeak. Right next to the beach with a nice outside seating area. Queue is a bit long but stick with it, the food is really great, seems very fresh and comes quickly once you've ordered. Staff are lovely too. We have been several times on trips to Hunstanton and will be coming back several times more!

First time back here in ages but it never changes. The breakfasts are always fantastic, meats sourced from the best butcher in the area and the dog biscuits are someone's favourite. Staff here have always been fantastic and even though there was a queue waiting for it to open this morning my breakfast arrived within 10 minutes of being ordered.

Wonderful food, location, and staff. The menu caters for all tastes whether you eat meat or vegan or veggie. It's great that it is so dog friendly. A gem on the North Norfolk Coast.

We visited twice during our holiday to Hunstanton and it was excellent on both occasions. 1st was for lunch, absolutely beautiful! We had a mixture of meals which were all lovely but the jackets were amazing!! We then had breakfast on our last day and that was amazing as well! Excellent GF choices as well! I’ve recommended to other family when they visit!

We had breakfast here last year 2023 and enjoyed the food. From the outside it’s quite ‘ordinary’ but walk by and you’re missing out. We had the full English breakfast and full vegetarian breakfast with drinks and the food was great, not over cooked or warmed up and dry, hot, freshly cooked and very tasty. Dog friendly as well which is a must here as this is dog walking territory. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed everything about our visit to this beach cafe. The outside seating area was lovely and the menu had a good range of options. Between our family of 4 adults plus a baby, we had a panini, toastie, soup, jacket potato and bubble and squeak. Everything was delicious and to a very good quality. There was a bit of a wait but for a busy Saturday lunch time it wasn’t unreasonable and especially not when the food was to such a good standard. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed..ordered dog sausages when my husband got back to car opened bag to find raw sausage .. waited 25 mins for a potato that we ordered with beans and cheese.no beans!. Very poor microwaved potato , sausage rolls appeared uncooked. Will be bringing a pack lunch next time .

Fantastic spot by the beach. We stopped off after walking from the village to Thornham and back, well needed refreshment to get us back to our holiday cottage just a few hundred yards away! Friendly service, despite them getting ready to close for the day, and we weren’t rushed to drink and leave. Dog enjoyed the home backed biscuit. A real find, we will definitely return.

Without doubt this is the best gluten free breakfast I have ever had absolutely scrumptious. Reasonable price, friendly human staff, no wonder this little gem of a cafe is always busy. Can't wait to return.

A small cafe right next to the beach. We were surprised how busy it was on a Friday morning but we soon found out why. A really interesting selection of food as well as tasty looking cakes. Despite the queue, staff were lovely, service was efficient and we did not have to wait long for our food. It was busy inside but there was seating at the front outside and we sat on the raised terrace where there was plenty of room My husband enjoyed a simple but tasty sausage sandwich and I had the sweet potato patties which were absolutely delicious.

As good a full English breakfast as we have had anywhere for a long time. Spotlessly clean,good service,great beach location and dog friendly too.

Happened across this place whilst walking along the beach so nipped in for drinks and cakes – all very nice and a lovely setting. Unfortunately we didn't manage to make it back as the rest of the menu looked great too.

We stumbled across this beautiful cafe last year while doing a photoshoot for a customer on the beach last year! The menu firstly attracted us as there was an amazing selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes. We have returned many times now travelling from South Lincolnshire with our doggies for perfect beach walks and an amazing lunch and service in your Cafe.

We were staying in a village south of Heacham for a short break. Looked online for somewhere near the sea for a vegan brunch and found this place. It was worth the 25 minute drive, it's an absolute gem of a place. Wasn't expecting it be as good as it was, the vegan menu was vast and varied. I decided against the full vegan English as I dislike Richmond sausages (might be good to offer Linda McCartney sausages too?) and so I had the avocado and mushrooms on toast with a side of vegan bacon. My partner had a full English bubble and squeak dish. The food was exceptional. And it's so refreshing to see an interesting and creative vegan menu. Staff were also really lovely, and the vegan cakes we took away were amazing. Extra mention for the homemade dog biscuits sold at the till. If you like to sit in the sun and watch the world and their dogs go by, this is a great place to be. Cheap parking is immediately next to the site and the access to the beach is perfect.

We had breakfast on a cold wet Sunday morning and found this place cosy warm and welcoming. We had the the super food bubble and squeak and it was hot fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly, the service was good and the price very reasonable for the quality of the food. A great find

The superb team at the Old Town Beach Cafe kindly hosted a charity event for 50 people at this gem of a place, nestled in the sand dunes alongside the RNLI station. The food was of high quality, the atmosphere was cosy and the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We will be returning in the summer, as will most, if not all of those who sampled the excellent hospitality.

... I'm happy to make exception for you. We joined the short, but slow queue at about 14:55. At 15.02 we were told nicely, but firmly that they closed and were no longer serving; even though the doors were still open for anyone to join the queue. The queue in front of us, as far as I'm aware we're allowed to remain. I now see, according to Google, they are open until 17:00! Very unprofessional!
