the pub is lovely realy old world charm staff very helpful and welcoming the food was good but the veg were so hard it was inpossible to eat them I dont like my vegetable soggy but do expect them to cook them this di spoil the experience I would have rice if I went againwhich is doubtful

Yet another visit to this fantastic pub. The lunchtime baguettes are amazing and great value for money. The only issue I have is with the guy complaining about his steak as the George has not had steak on the menu for quite some time. My advice is to ignore that review and try the pub for yourself, it's brilliant.

We were staying at a nearby campsite in winteringham And we booked a table here for 8 of us We were very impressed with both service and the food. The waitress and barmaid were very attentive and the food was really lovely We had the steak And wine Deal the wine was very and the steaks were cooked to Perfection ! The deserts were also great value for money too Thank you

Popped in as we were looking for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately we live an hour away otherwise we would be back! Lovely food and great pub. Google maps directions are terrible though!

A really jolly village pub with a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. Great real ales with guest beer changed on a regular basis. Very tasty, well cooked food served at the weekend. Well worth a visit.

Been here so many times and never disappointed. Today was a full breakfast, chicken burger and Caesar salad with chicken. All amazing. Staff are all fabulous.

Cuando entré, en realidad había uno de los artículos que aún quedaban en el estante, pero mientras el personal intentaba encontrar un pedido para mí, alguien más lo compró... así que todo lo que pedí y hice el viaje se agotó por completo. El personal me ha animado un par de veces en el pasado a hacer pedidos, ya que una gran cantidad de artículos tienden a venderlo bastante temprano, así que el pedido es algo que alientan activamente. Pero estoy harta de perder tiempo y dinero viniendo aquí y siendo decepcionada.
