Called in for tea and cake this afternoon. The staff were friendly, the tea was spot on and my coconut and lime cake was delicious! Highly recommended.

Very small, perhaps room for 8 people, at the back of the shop but with a couple of tables outside. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate to drink, excellent cheese scones and fresh homemade cakes (slices). First rate service paying attention to detail (eg cleaning the cake knife between cutting cakes)

We enjoyed a full flavoured espresso and an Americano in this compact but lovely cafe. Had a good chat with the owner who invited us to take in the wonderful aroma of a couple of the teas which are available.

I popped in this morning after the place was recommended by a friend. My dog generally goes everywhere I go & I wasn’t sure they’d let her in but thought I’d ask. She couldn’t go in the shop or inside the cafe, which is fair enough, but the ladies were really kind, unlocking a gate so we could go round to a nice little courtyard & sit outside together. Their latte was really smooth & the coconut cake delicious! They also kindly provided a dog bowl of fresh water, a must in this heat! What a lovely little cafe, with good coffee & cake & great customer service. I’ll be back!

We popped in to this cafe tucked at the back of the antiques centre after reading positive feedback on TA. There was a delicious looking selection of cakes under glass and a blackboard menu offering savoury choices too. We were very warmly welcomed and both chose toasted plum bread with butter (2 generous slices each!) I had a huge pot of tea there were at least 3 large cups poured and my partner had a cappuccino, again a very generous sized cup. The plum bread was just delicious with creamy butter melting into the toasty top, just yummy!

This is a very small café but the cakes and lunches are really excellent. We had blue cheese and crudités with lovely little biscuits and great coffee.

What a lovely surprise, hidden at the back of Navenby Antiques Centre - cosy atmosphere and spolt for choice by the range of delicious homemade cakes. We were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the pate platter followed by a wonderful slice of lemon cake. Will certainly return, thank you!

In the centre of Navenby village the Lounge Cafe is situated in Navenby Antiques Centre. This is a fantastic cafe with helpful and friendly staff, serving great coffee (and a wide range of teas), cakes and light lunches. There's a courtyard garden for sunny days.

The food here is always wonderfully laid out and very fresh. Oh boy are the cakes yummy. Have a look at the fantastic array of antiques books pictures etc then have a well earned tea or coffee where the staff are attentive yet leave you to enjoy your rest. We love having lunch here or afternoon tea.

... a great combination! This is a fairly small but interesting antiques centre. The café is especially tiny, but makes a very welcome break from browsing. We enjoyed really excellent coffee and very pleasant service. The home-made cakes looked wonderful: next time I'll be sure to get here less close to lunch time!

Navenby is a pretty village with a delightful antiques centre. There are lots of rooms in which to browse and admire the objects for sale, even if you don't purchase. The coffee shop at the back serves freshly made beverages and offers a tempting range of delicious cakes and scones (the two cakes we shared were very good), as well as savoury choices such as soup and sandwiches. It's a small space, but comfy and quirky, and just what's needed if you're passing through Navenby and looking for a refreshment break or something more substantial.

Warm and friendly service, lovely clean surroundings and delicious food. We shared a Cheese Platter with a coffee for Lunch, toured round the Antiques Centre, and returned for Afternoon Tea and Cake, all of which was very tasty and nicely served. Cakes were made locally, we had the Dorset Apple which was very tasty, and the cheeses were also local. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Small café that sits at the back of a antique and curio shop. Excellent cakes all home made and a good variety of teas. Only draw back is that it only sits about eight. Light snacks are available reasonable prices

This is only a small coffee shop but by jove it packs a punch.A large range of homemade cakes scones and lots of other goodies. The coffee is superb and attracts customers from miles around. When coffee is over it is well worth spending time looking round the quality antique centre which is at the front of the lounge café.

Highly recommend the chocolate orange cake if you fancy something rich and sinful - sumptuous! This is a lovely little cafe, hidden away at the back of the Antiques Centre in Navenby. Very good quality food and lovely, friendly people. We shall be back...

We like and miss this cafe for a pot of tea and cake so much. When we were local we used to go for the never ending pot of fruit tea bouquet royale by the local Lincoln tea merchants. The cakes are lovely and the lady in the cafe is very friendly. The centre is nice for a mooch and the village is quaint.

We were travelling from Yorkshire to Norfolk and my partner needed toilet stop. We called here and were told toilets are strictly for paying customers only. A bit too bad for disabled people.

Tonight was my second visit since the White Hart has changed hands and most certainly won't be my last. There is a lovely warm welcome and ambience to the place that really shows that they care. The food on both visits has been amazing, as has the service. It's definitely worth a try..

Called in on our way to Scotland for a coffee and scone. Both were good, staff and customers all friendly. Nice stop over. If you have time visit the Church, it's magnificent.

As soon as we walked into the Stone Arms, both my wife and I, was greeted by the waitress/bar maid, who was so polite, charming and very welcoming. She showed us to our table and even though we were early, as our names were reserved the night before, there was no concern so we ordered our drinks. There was no rush to order, and the place was full with customers both in the restaurant and the bar. Our starters arrived and were lovely, fresh and delicious. We ordered the small Sunday dinners (small they were not), they were cooked to perfection with the cauliflower cheese sauce to die for. I was so full that I elected for a coffee. My wife ordered the apple crumble for dessert (I did taste a small bit - very yummy). All in all a wonderful experience. Staff were very lovely and so polite. Smiles all around. In my opinion, and I have been to all the restaurants in Lincoln, it was the best and we both thoroughly recommend you book. My only issue? ? Parking! The car park was full. But plenty of side streets to park in. Highly recommended.
