WARNING: Eating at Mohamed Fish and Chips is a full-body workout — you'll sprint to the toilet in record time.
Ordered the grilled chicken thinking I was getting food.
Instead, I got a science experiment gone wrong.
The chicken was so rancid, it could've filed for a death certificate — TWICE.
Everyone got sick. EVERYONE. Even the cat, who (tragically) licked a crumb off the floor and immediately looked like it regretted being born.
Imagine food so bad it crosses species barriers. Mohamed’s managed it. Congratulations, I guess?
If you enjoy playing gastrointestinal roulette, Mohamed's is your casino.
If you enjoy actual food that doesn't double as biological warfare, RUN — don't walk — in the opposite direction.
Never again. I'd rather chew a car tire. I'd rather eat my own socks marinated in rainwater. I'd rather fight a seagull for a half-eaten chip on a pier than ever step foot near this disaster again.
Zero stars. Negative stars. A black hole of disappointment.
We popped in for a snack while out shopping on Melton Road. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The decor is quite nice with plenty of gujarati quotes on the walls. The service was good and our food arrived quite quickly and was nice and hot. The food tasted home made. Great place to pop in and grab a bite to eat. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Now you've banned dogs. Even at times your mostly empty, which is most days your open. WHY. iv never seen or heard of an incident with anyone's pet. Rediculas.
Huge big massive pub with a beer garden on the edge of Leicester city centre.
No parking near by that I can think of.
The food is OK & basic but £5+ a pint in the East Mids is scandalous.
Careful with the cider as everyone who had it in our group got bad guts the next day!
What used to be one of the nicer pubs in Leicester is now an absolute dump. Embarrassed that I took my friends there. Drinking a pint at the bar and the till area is full of large cockroaches. Cleanliness is obviously a real issue. Owners don't care either they just shrugged our concerns off and dropped the roaches on the floor. Not even a sorry. Disgraceful. Won't be coming back which is a real shame.

This is the first time trying food from here and I'm so glad I did. The food is fantastic, fresh and hot the naan bread is amazing, the chicken tikka kebab was cooked to perfection and the chips are the best I have tasted from a takeaway. I will be back to order again and I would recommend anyone that reads this to try here too. You will not be disappointed 😁
