A good business opens at the time it said it would. Why does it say it opens at 10am when you are still closed at 10:15am?? So disappointing...basic rule: keep to your schedule or at least update it!

Nice and tasty Deserts and Good Service. Prices are slightly elevated. Overall its not bad place to visit. Could do with new branding and the place needs a bit of renovation. Competition on london road is very fierce and the decorative aspect of a Desert parlour needs to be there.

The waiter seems to be racist for some reason. Never makes me a good cappuccino. i mean the presentation is always bad only for me. Replies rudely. The girl that used to work there was really sweet, I don’t see her anymore. I don’t know why but the guy always treats me poorly. He seemed like ann Asian. Always asks me to sit in the basement and doesn’t let me sit in the ground flooor. Like he does not want me there and racist. It hurts, he should really learn to treat everyone equally. After all, I pay the same money as everyone else. But I really like the cafe. That’s why I still go there even after being treated so poorly.

Awful hot cookie dough worst I've had. The hot cookie dough was rock hard. Wouldn't recommend and extremely disappointed

Try to come in here as I go past, the luxury hot chocolate is amazing. Always friendly, great drinks, well worth it.

Great service and friendly atmosphere as was the cheesecake but possibly one of the worst chicken wraps I’ve ever had. No flavour, chucked in the microwave so pipping hot as it arrived but after 60 seconds the wrap went rock hard. Really disappointing!

I go there every Saturdays with a couple pals. Staff really friendly, coffee very nice.

Great selection of treats as well as drinks and teas, a lot more seating downstairs and the servers are always friendly. Just one star less as downstairs sometimes dishes have been left

A great little dessert place to hang out or to grab a coffee/ light snack. It has a great underground set up with sofas to chill out. The only negative thing was the cleanliness of the downstairs bit. Other than that the ice cream and drinks were fabulous

Lovely place, just up from the train station. Great service, friendly and quick, and the loaded hot chocolate is fantastic 👌

Coffee is good, but chairs are quite dirty specially downstairs and the sofas. Needs cleaning it's kinda off putting.

Very disappointed with staff member behaviour , had very bad experience. Ordered cup of tea and cake , total was 5.85 pounds, given him 6 pound . He didn’t give me back 15 pence but when I asked for it he was so rude and said I already given you and staring at me weirdly like I stolen his 500 pounds and said check your pockets , i saw him my pocket. He was continuously staring at me weirdly and very rude with me . Made my day very bad . It’s not about 15 pence but it’s about how staff is behaving with customers. Need to give training to staff that how to behave with s customer .Very bad service

The drinks and snacks are good. Music is loud and intrusive , turn it off or down so can have conversations. How about playing some nasheeds ?

Ordered dessert - 2 waffles and a gluten free dessert, all tasted delicious and prices were fair. Lots of seating and value for money , much better than the desserts opposite at chocoberry
