Sweet Toofz in Leicester

I imagine this gets said a lot but genuinely Sweet Toofz has the best burgers in Leicestershire. No contest. The fact you can get absolutely bangin' pudding to go with it 😗👌🏻 perfect. Love it 😍 thank you very much 🙏🏻

OVER 2 HOURS 15 MINUTES TO ARRIVE! Absolutely ridiculous. My food took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrive, when it finally did arrive the food was cold and I had the wrong drink! Restaurant phone was also off and a refund has been denied! Vile

Perfect will definitely use again and again

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill! Angus beef was basically a cheap dry burger cut up, chips were anemic and hard, there was no sauce like they used to do so the whole thing was just dry and not nice to eat at all.

Super fast delivery and polite delivery person. Very tasty desserts with nice sized ice cream pots too.

Cancelled order , waste of time waited an hour for them to just cancel with no explanation !

Freaking love this shop - we are often late night order-ers and have never had an issue with quality. My husband is particularly fond of the additions from Loaded Bunz, and I’m a biscoff girlie. So much to choose from with really good prices and decent portions. We’ll continue to be regulars! Highly recommend!

Don’t usually leave reviews but this is by far the best dessert place in Leicester. Utterly outstanding. Might need a better name though 😳

Was slush not tango slush a little disappointing

I was concerned when I realised after ordering how far away from the restaurant we were, but I needn’t have worried. The sundaes were still frozen and they were absolutely delicious. We will certainly be buying again. A total luxury and a real treat. Amazing.

Food lovely as usual but took 1.5hrs to be delivered!

Ordered was given a time then was told it would be later. 1.45 mins later said food had been delivered and it hasn’t been. No answer to phone number of shop.

Ordered biscoff pieces but didn’t get them

Ordered a tango ice blast and got a slushie. Rest of the food was ok to taste but the wrong sauce was put on the food

Requested dessert at 7.15 for 8.30 and it is now 9.30 and dessert still has not arrived !

Placed order at 19:09, told delivery would be between 35 and 50 minutes. It turned up at 21:07. 2 minutes shy of 2 hours for 3 milkshakes and 2 cookie doughs. Genuinely I’m baffled.

The food was soggy and melted and it was 20 minutes late

To premise the order was a few minutes late but I appreciate it was New Year’s Day plus the driver had to get to us on our complex.. the driver was nothing but lovely when he gave the food too- huge props to him! The food was sensational, absolutely amazing.

I can't believe I've never ordered from here before! The desserts are heaven. My only complaint is that I wanted more . The waffles are light and fluffy, and everyone loved their own desserts. High recommend.

The beef and chips box has halfed in size which was quite the shock for the same price. Sundae was half melted, waffle was cold as some one who has ordered 8 times was very disappointed

Was okay overall but nothing special. The savoury food I believe comes from a different company as arrives in a seperate bag with a different logo. the sweet is really nice and good portion size only thing is cookie dough is a bit overdone so it tastes more like a solid cookie than a cookie dough. The beef wasn’t great and the chips were soggy but that is a reflection on the other company who deals with the savoury food. I would order again but just the sweet puddings not savoury

We fancied a milkshake and we were passing by so thought to check this place out as the decor was very eye-catching. The shop is in 2 half's, Loaded Bunz and Sweet Toofz. We ordered 3 milkshakes, Snickers, Ferrero and Biscoff. They were spot and would have again.. The staff was friendly and very informative 👍

Closed on Monday when I went at 9:30 says it's open till 11pm, waste of my time.

Placed an order on Uber eats, they cancelled it when it was meant to arrive (45 minutes after I had placed it) too late to order from anywhere else waste of time!!

Good fast service,tasty food and milkshakes

The decor is very nice but the food is average, if only they had spent more time training the staff, the staff would get your order right. I ordered 6 items from the standard menu and only got 4. Nothing complicated just deserts and canned drinks and they messed it up. IF THE OWNER REEDS THIS REVIEW, PLEASE PLEASE train your staff.

Slow service, was told 15 minutes but was about 25-30 mins. Employees are always in the back and not front of house so have to wait a few mins to be served. Maybe should get a bell or something so they know someone is here. Waffle sticks were good and so was milkshake. Would give 2.5 stars, just the service was bad.

Sadly would have put no stars if I could used you guys a fair few time and the past two times have been stocking making orders around 7:25pm receiving food at 21.12pm after a phone call to the shop to say were is the food as been told it was out for delivery and will be with us at 20:40 and 21:00 I feel if we hadn't of rang we would have never recieved it as soon as the call was made it magically turned up, prices have gone up and the quantity and presentation has gone downhill dont know what's changed but it's not for the better only your pockets sadly lost our custom from now on

Not our first time using Sweet Toofz. Decided that we should leave a well deserved review. The food is just delicious. Although we live about 20mins away from the shop, the food is always hot. The customer service is second to none. We have and will continue to recommend. Thank you

For one they was an hour late, we ordered 2 chocolate fudge brownie and what came was disappointing it was a chocolate gateau which wasn’t even warm stone cold thankgod we didn’t order custard on it and delivery driver just knocked dead loud and then ran off so could not even check the food. I went to ring the store about the order and they hung up the phone on me.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IT WAS THE WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!. The cakes ended up in the bin what a waste of money.

These guys are neighbours of my parents, always treats us with respect and great service ! Delicious, warm, fresh desserts, cookie dough, waffles or milkshakes! All are outstanding! 10 stars wouldn’t be enough. Highly recommended

Unfortunately we won't be ordering again. Our order took 2 hours to be delivered. We only ordered 2 milkshakes and a brownie. When I called to see where the order was I was told it was on the way. 20 minutes later it still hadn't arrived so I had to request a refund but struggled to get through to the business. The dessert then arrived. The hot food was cold and the milkshakes didn't come with a straw. Delivery was expensive and far too slow to justify the expense

The best dessert I have ever tasted. The waffles are my fav, really soft and the toppings are soo good. The owners are lovely people and never had a problem. Oh their banana milkshake is too good x
