Not happy staff not helpful some time given wrong size coffee on not hot when informed , no sorry or apology what going on.

My friend's favorite place, for me just meh :/ and one of the spoon's the gave me was rusted

I go here often on my break, and staff are always polite and friendly. Coffee nice too

Brought two frappe drinks, cream was bad and told by staff it looks OK to them even after my 7 year was sick. I like drinks in nero but staff was mega poor

Lovely place for a quiet time and lovely coffee, hot chocolate, and Sandwiches. I especially love the croissants.

It's one of my favourite Nero cafés, I love the location, the baristas and the coffee of course 😀

Overly priced drinks.Given large drink when requested regular, and made too strong.

Under no circumstances order any food from here. I bought a Spicy chicken and red pepper focaccia which had a piece of wood in it.

Best coffee of all the chains, but this particular branch is a bit drab & draughty. There's only one toilet for male/female/disabled, and it was a bit 'weary'.

Not tried food here but coffee is good although large coffees need 3 shots.

Coffee, tea and 2 different cheesecakes. Coffee was fine, half a cup of water, a teabag and milk barely made a cup of tea, no serviettes. Filthy forks provided for the cheesecakes. When asked to replace the forks, the lad, begrudgingly replaced one with another Filthy fork. When challenged, he deigned to put the fork under the hot water tap to clean the tines, but not the handle. I used my teaspoon instead. I won't be returning.

The mocha was watery and under flavoured, so not enough coffee or chocolate. Had to rejoin the queue after being there for a while as I was looking at the menu, and the barista decided it was punishable enough to start from the back again. Considering that there are lots of coffee shops nearby, will likely go elsewhere

Sun was out, n I got one of their speciality coffees n it was wonderful... the photo says it all...

Had cappuccino, White Chocolate Mocha with whipped cream (and chocolate powder), and Mozzarella and Tomato Panini. I enjoyed the food and vibe. Be that as it may, required minimal additional salt in the panini. I have generally been Caffe Nero on my England stay

It's certainly not the place you'd intentionally go to for a meal, it's not their forte, but it's a great place to have a coffee and a catch up with friends or read and chill out. The atmosphere is very relaxed, comfortable and welcoming, it's my favourite spot for a coffee!

I was waiting in the queue but the staff did not serve me , she served 1 person behind me , she has done discrimination . This can not be accepted and then the other staff accused me of shouting at him 5 years ago! Although I have never been at UK 5 years ago!! Happened 27 th of May at 2:00 pm.

A member of staff (young girl) refused to let my daughter and her friend use the toilet today 21.5.23 and was quiet nasty about it.. how can someone be so heartless to children is beyond me!(Haymarket Cafe Nero)

Awful! Ordered a hot chocolate and i was given one with cinnamon flakes on top!! What the hell! Need better training. My toastie had been ready for ages and i could hear the beeping but no one was going for it. Need better sense!

the coffee is great but the waitress was really rude to me, keep ignoring me and talking to 3 people at the same time which was weird.I wanted her to stab my card by hand because apo does not work for me and she keeps arguing that I scanned it which was not true cause I hide the card and took the other one.Anyway not the best experience and I would not recommend it.Better hero is next to the big tower.Peopel there are nicer and more professional.

Nice friendly staff. Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate were good. Seats could do with a refresh as some are showing their age. Delicious cakes. It is a bit pricey but that's true of most coffee shops in town.

Doesn't open early enough, 7am is just too late...Not EVERYONE starts at 9am. I start at 0800 and have to commute so it's not convenient for me. Nice coffee, little expensive.

I thought the best coffee, latte or capacino was always at costa for me..until I discovered cafe Nero! Staff are always friendly amd helpful and better quality cafe all round. Highly recommended

Had hot chocolate and a cake each. Arlo's was nicer than mine. He had raspberry and white chocolate roulade. I had raspberry and almond tart it was a bit dry.

I just bought a strawberry milkshake and found long hair in my shake am so disgusted of this poor hygiene quality 😡😤 I wish I was still in town I left to go work and wanted to enjoy the cold drink before work and now I can't ! I need my money back this isn't work 4 pounds almost.

Yesterday, I tried to use my o2 priority code for a free drink, and the server (a tall blonde lady) completely refused. She didn’t even look at the code properly.. then her first excuse was “we don’t do that at the moment” then she claimed that she cannot serve me because she doesn’t have milk.. she didn’t even ask me which drink from the deal I wanted… and how can a Caffè Nero establishment not have ANY milk? I knew it was a lie because I had just seen her serve other customers with milk before me. I ended up wasting my voucher and I didn’t get a chance to use it thanks to her. Very upset about that, it ruined my day.

Only went in to use the toilets and someone had misplaced the key they got the door open even though we were not buying anything, great customer service.

3 staff were behind the counter, but only 1 serving. Coffee was good as we're the tables which were cleaned as soon as you left.

Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about products. I enjoyed my hot chocolate and my aunty enjoyed her cappuccino. We will definitely be back for coffee and cake.

The staff were very helpful. One member of staff went over and above with his customer service to an elderly lady who could hardly stand up. He went to her table and took her order. Then came back with the card machine and her coffee and cake...well done that man .

I am extremely disappointed, I am a regular customer and I often come to Caffe Nero, as usual, I went to the Caffe after a long shopping day to have a sit and rest. But an employee kicked me out for spending too long in my seat while I was deciding in what to buy. It was such a disappointing experience, I shall no longer go there. Never going there to be humiliated again. Starbucks has much better coffee anyways. From a very very upset and disappointed ex customer.

Excellent Ice Chocolate and Very Friendly and Efficient Staff

OK so card payments only at the moment. Really friendly staff, when I went was a little busy but no issue with seating or maintaining distance. Air con was on and was a little chilly in areas, not a criticism just don't sit under it if you are affected by it. Clean areas throughout. Really nice frappacino too!
