I've just never been let down by this place. From the warm pillowy Turkish bread that arrives shortly after you've been seated, to the hearty sharing platters. It's a no brainer.

Took my son for his birthday. He enjoyed the food. Service was perfect. Our waiter Mehmet, was so lovely. He made sure that everything was well. They even sang a Happy Birthday song to my son!!

The restaurant and the food is beautiful. Love the waiters manners especially mehmet, he is so nice.

Good comfort food, reasonably priced with a decent vegetarian menu on offer. Fast service. Nice decor with Turkish music in the background and outdoor seating for when the weather is kinder. Highly recommend! The only challenge is finding parking on Narborough road, not in the control of restaurant management.

20.02.2024 Yesterday I've ordered lamb ribs ×1. Bread was absolutely hard to eat. I have called the restaurant, I had a conversation with the owner, Mr Zana. He told me that evey portion comes with one bread. We received past two times only half of it . Today lamb ribs×2. Today we received half bread cut into two for both portion of ribs. It's ridiculous to pay 32.85 pounds and to receive half bread cut into two. I don't know what to believe. Every time I ordered for delivery, there was a problem with the food. In this way you will lose some customers.

We have a great time. We ordered mixed grill plate for two. The meat is okey, iI love the lamb meat, my wife loved the chicken shish and chicken related parts. The rice is good but it"s basmati rice, not the traditional turkish rice. Bulgur rice is somehow doesnt taste nice, we tell this situation to the waiter and they attend to it, so no hearts broken. Our waiter rifki-or Rifik- was very nice to us, hope to see him if we go there. We could see whenever we need a waiter or waitress, which is very pleasant. The baclava is better than expected, the presentation is very well for a desert which was not well known here. Cost was: baclava: 4 pieces, mix grill plate for two and two drinks, about 47 quids.

Za jedyne 18£ dostałem kilka rodzajów mięs, frytki i surówkę. Mięsa było tyle, że tylko facet z moim brzuchem mógł to przerobić. Kolega ma mniejszy brzuch i połowę zapakowali mu na wynos. Na koniec poczęstowali nas filiżaneczką pysznej herbaty. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie!

Absolutely horrid experience. Food was bland and servers really didn't want to be there. My self husband and my son got food poisoning. I'm assuming that the meat was bad as the manager and the staffs , just kept saying everything is made fresh , they were served old rice and old meat without cook Horrible food very very disappointed I paid £37 for nothing. Horrible horrible horrible place ever. Even I don’t want to give 1 stars

Ordered a lamb kofta wrap and a lamb beyti - did not receive the wrap. When called, they said they cannot do anything about it as they put it in the bag. Poor service, did not sort it out, rubbish customer service never order from here again!

We had another great meal here. When dropping son back to university. Great food and always a busy. Service very accommodating and welcoming and the Turkish tea and coffee great. Food is plentyful. Sharer selections are great. Highly recommend.

The Food was disgusting, meat was smelly. Chicken bland. Spent over £45 and it was covered in oil. This should be grilled food so strictly health, don't be fooled it's really unhealthy and will make you sick. Never again, until they improve drastically. Staff haven't a clue, Managers are more clueless. Very bad experience.

Had a late lunch with my husband today at restaurant. Received a great service and warm welcome from a host Claudia. She is so lovely and even offered us complementary Turkish black tea. The black tea was so good and the starter bread was amazing! (The best in the town!)

I came here through invitation, I've heard good things . So I thought I'd give it ago . The food was nice , there was a lot of staff on the night but they didn't really look after the table . The interior of the restaurant is like Turkish barbers / burger king 90s vibes . Also my table was wonky AF so it was a balancing act trying to eat . Would i eat here again , probably not I think there are better Turkish grills around but it's ok .

It's a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in its category. This restaurant has been improving a lot the las 6 year that I have visited. The menu is all new with delicious options like Turkish pizza 🍕 and combo dishes. The furniture is also new, decoration and the same good quality attention from staff.

Ordered through uber eats and didn't receive half of our order...when we rang to ask to resolve this they just hung up on us what we received basically was just salad and a cold meze (mediocre at best) no hot food that we had ordered...don't use this restaurant

Great service especially from Claudia, food was lovely, the atmosphere was great and there was amazing service for birthdays and other celebrations. They even gave Turkish tea free of charge and sang happy birthday to my dad! I would definitely recommend this place for family’s and I would love to come back again.
