Atmosphere and ambience really nice. Decoration is modern and clean..Service is good and service staff very polite...The alcoholic drinks packed a punch especially the street of India which was spicy with a nice rum taste, served with a fresh green chilli..food was nice and arrived hot. However, lacked a little flavour on some of the dishes. For starters the lasooni king parwns lacked a little flavour, the lamb chops were the show stopper and tasted amazing, nice succulent and packed with flavour. The butter chicken was nice nothing wow not not anything negative to say about it either. The chicken kolhapuri dish was not as hot as described. Would have liked the curry to be packed with a bit more spice..all dishes lacked a little salt. Would have been nice if salt was availble on the table. Overall would say a 7/10.

Visited with friends and what an experience from stepping into the venue we were welcomed. From the table service greeted by the beautful waitress Isabelle who made the experience even more enjoyable throughout looking after us. From the drinks to the food was amazing, wow just wow! Everyone welcomed us and definitely worth visiting again, highly recommend if not been.

Went here for My goddaughters 16th birthday. Isn't a place I would ever recommend. Food was over spiced which took the enjoyment away from the food. Prices are ridiculous for what you get. Food served in soup bowls which is literally one serving , didn't provide condiments you have to ask for them for staff to just stare at you(awkward) Half the staff looked like they don't want to be there , they are young and sour faced and I've been to plenty of restaurants , custmor service is key!!..this one is tiny and gets very stuffy and no windows can be opened(eating spicy food sure makes you sweat)... coming to pay for the bill we all paid separately, once the last person was left to pay[his meal was £19.75] the man taking the payment then turns and says there is still £39 outstanding. I question what that was for as everybody had paid and gave tips to staff. However he was muttering and saying others must of not paid for what they had? He gave us the amount each bill was?(overal our bill was £412).., however when questioning what the £39 was for no clear reason was given but others of the party just wanted to go as it was very late and they paid it. To find out it was a service charge(tip for staff) shocking even though we all gave staff tips?... it Isn't a welcoming place and isn't a place I would be visiting again. Word of advice get friendly staff. Look after the customers as they should be , especially for the amount of money people are spending. Smile more and make customers feel comfortable asking for things. Very disappointed as this place was highly recommended. Isn't a place for group bookings areas tiny.

We had spotted the advert on the billboard on humberstone road and went at 3pm when it just opened for the day today with my 3 kids. The service was fantastic, very accommodating. Waitress was very helpful especially as the kids were running around. Moktails were very nice and the food was great. Had the place to ourselves and location is very nice. Great day out.

Ordered vegan butter chicken, vegan lamb kebabs, and fried aubergine.. The vegan chicken and vegan lamb weren’t great, you could tell it was costcos vegan chicken and the kebabs texture was off and tasted so salty. The fried aubergine was yummy and butter chicken sauce was lovely. Servers are great, but was told service charge doesnt even go directly to the servers or is split amongst them, so I would opt out of paying that

Waited an hour for food,when it came it was warm,poor quality,jumbo prawns small,larger available at supermarkets for half the price,refused to pay bill and no charge was made,would definitely not return,for around £130 for 4 people it was very poor,no apology from management

Went for mum's birthday with family. Was Saturday evening so very busy bit noisy. Everything was good our waitress lovely lady, great food, great atmosphere, amazing cocktail fire and smoke shows. Only thing we feel was 90 minutes was a little short and had to rush to finish Starters and mains. Great experience would go again. All the staff are lovely very attentive

We came to celebrate Father’s Day, Iv heard lovely things about Twentyone, and it came highly reccomended. I was sadly disappointed, the food was really lovely, tasty and of good quality. But the service let the place down as it was terrible. Our waitress was rude, blunt and not welcoming at all. The place was busy and we had groups of people hanging around our table while we were trying to eat with staff watching and doing nothing about it. Sadly won’t be visiting again for this reason

Booked table for 8 15 minutes before we got the table the seats weren’t clean and the floor had to be cleaned The drink was Ok But the food was over garnished with garlic and other spices .didn’t enjoy had bad stomach next day Could do with food not over garnished I don’t think will ever go there again and it’s not cheap

I would give zero if I could! Absolutely awful experience. Found a hair in our food, waiters ignored us the whole time, ordered chutneys and never came, neglected our whole meal, food arrived after 1.5 hours. Absolutely awful! Never coming back.

Had a visit to twenty-one a couple weeks ago on the back of a recommendation, and overall had a disappointing experience. The restaurant is one which goes for a boujee type experience, with dim lights where you barely see your food. Food itself was not flavorful, and small portion sizes. The meat was poorly cooked. Prices were on the expensive side, with charges for sauces too! Service was decent, as expected. If you pay high prices, you expect good quality food and unfortunately not the case here

Not really my scene but staff were very nice. Food combinations were interesting but staff very good at checking. I found the constant selfies with light sticks off-putting especially as I'm prone to migraines but everyone else enjoyed it so it's probably me being out of touch Staff very attentive and patient. They fixed all the errors with the systems. Shame that the tech side of the service let them down. Human side was 5*. Desserts were very retro. Drinks were spectacular. Seemed inconsistent but perhaps it was tongue in cheek 🤷🏾‍♀️

Firstly, a huge shout out to Marguerite! She embodies exceptional customer service—attentive and professional throughout our visit. We all admired her friendliness, making our experience at this establishment truly memorable. The interior boasts a nice decor that sets a welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it was enjoyable. The poppadoms and chutney were delightful, while the main dish had a bit more of a kick than I'm accustomed to, but still quite enjoyable. The naan bread was superb. During happy hour, the buy-one-get-one-free offer on cocktails was fantastic, and once again, Marguerite provided excellent recommendations. On the downside, parking was limited, and there weren't enough high chairs available. Additionally, the music was a tad repetitive and could have been quieter, in my opinion. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Went for a birthday celebration, first time trying this place. Food tasted okay but lacked flavour, not worth the price, veg options were available (these are what we got) but I think the food is more catered towards meat dishes and therefore the veg options were not great. Also left our stomachs extremely upset the next day!! 🤮🤮🤮 Drinks were incredibly presented if you're into that sort of Instagram/social media thing but again not worth the price in my opinion. I do recommend getting this dragon, it was an amereto based cocktail and tasted beautiful. There was a dog allowed in the restaurant, not considered hygienic, I have no issue with this but others may. Staff were friendly but hard to hear or understand them properly. We had a cake brought out with candles and they added some flare to this which was brilliant.

The atmosphere is lovely. We had a table booked with 7 people to celebrate my sister in laws birthday. We had pre-booked as it was a Saturday and good job we did as it got busy. For starters, we had a mixed grill which was tasty. For mains we ordered a range of curries which were okay, nothing special. This is the funny part, where we had to serve ourselves as the waitress made us pass the food along the table which I thought was highly unprofessional. All the waitresses were young so I don’t think they had much experience in customer service. I hope they can get more training for the staff.

Disappointing - We thought to try this restaurant as it has plenty of good reviews. On entry we were greeted by staff and shown to our table of choice. The ambience and decor were that of a modern cosy restaurant which landed great first impressions. We ordered and received our drinks with minimal wait. The starters (aubergine fry & Sheek kebabs) looked pleasing to the eye but lacked flavour. Very bland and dry. Naan was great and cooked to perfection. We had asked for more mint sauce for which the restaurant charged £3 for a trio, but only got 2 small pots! We eat out a lot and to our surprise this was a big surprise charging us for sauces when their own dishes are dry… Overall not impressed and won't be returning or recommending.

They were very accommodating and understanding towards this. The food was very tasty and arrived at a good speed. It was well presented.
