Amazing from start to finish. All homemade cakes and a lovely selection too! Definitely worth a visit!! Tucked down a little side street so a little hidden gem.

Saturday night It’s the weekend, so, time for a take away We fancied a bit of Thai, seeing as it was a Saturday Let’s try the Royal Thai kitchen, it’s £25 for the set meal 2 starters, 2 curries, rice and prawn crackers, it’s a bit of a deal 7.00 o clock, in the library car park that’s where you collect It’s a weird experience, your not sure, what to expect Waiting in the dark leaves a lot to your imagination But then Matthew turns up, and starts feeding the nation So we started with chicken satay and Thai fish cakes, served with complimentary dips With a side of spring rolls, all cooked to perfection, a taste sensation on the lips Beef Panang curry, along with jasmine rice Spiced just right, it’s more than nice There’s so much food we couldn’t manage the Thai chicken curry So tomorrow night I’ll be cooking up some rice, no waste here , no worry

First time at the Palmichael and it won't be the last. Wonderful food and fantastic service from the girls and none of them called us "you guys" once. What a refreshing change! Will definitely be back.

One of the best curry houses in the area, service is always fantastic and they always make time for you even when it's (inevitably) packed.

I've been using golden gate for several years. Always fast delivery, hot food, generous portions and most importantly tasty good quality food. Had a variety of dishes and all have been great. Because they're currently closed I ordered from the other place tonight and it literally all went in the bin. Cold greasy mess. I shall definitely be treating myself to a decent Chinese when golden gate are back open.

Today I took over 20 friends to Seasons Restaurant, Burton Latimer for a Buffet Lunch. to celebrate my 80th birthday. It was the first time they had organised such a feast, but feast it was. The area was decorated and cordoned off for us, with balloons on the back of chairs etc.. The range and quality of the buffet was excellent, and plenty of it. The manager, Dawn, made the birthday cake, a chocolate delight and apparently with no calories on a Thursday !!!! My pals were so impressed that they want me to organise another trip there. Their care, service, food, cake and friendliness made my landmark birthday a very special occasion. A BIG THANK YOU to Dawn and her >Team. Like Arnie we will be back. David King

Just got back from another exceptional dining experience at The Old Victoria, this one for an extra special Valentine's Day meal. The set menu food was amazing, with service from Matthew and all of team to match. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, thank you for a wonderful evening.

It is so rare as a very gluten intolerant person, that I get to eat Chinese food. Sometimes it's as if the places think we have no taste buds and others just seem baffled or are misinformed so you end up unwell. I have found the App. Find Me Gluten Free to be so helpful when travelling so "on the off chance" I had a look ahead of coming to Kettering for a family funeral. I saw Wongs and set my heart on trying to eat their food. I even packed some disposable cutlery! Despite being physically and emotionally very tired, it was worth seeking out an ATM and driving out to Burton Latimer. It was prepared quickly and was still really hot back at the hotel 4/5 miles away. Everything was exceptional. So tasty, fresh, and you can tell the ingredients are decent. No nasty bits: the chicken, duck, pork and prawns in our dishes were all very delicious and not bland or overcooked. I can't rate it highly enough. Absolutely outstanding.

Excellent food, and lovely atmosphere for a relaxing dining experience. My go to restaurant for great Indian food in Kettering.

We enjoyed afternoon tea at this friendly cafe. The food was great. One of the best afternoon tea we have had. The staff were very helpful.
