Very good food, good service. Prompt delivery, arrives piping hot

Staying locally for a holiday. Saw the other Google reviews so ordered a takeaway. Very friendly staff, all cooked within the 20min estimate, the portion sizes are huge, which was a pleasant suprise. Food was very hot when we got it home too, leftover chinese for lunch today. Very impressed 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered a takeaway last night and it was amazing..... Just perfectly hot and so tasty - not oily as some other places. Will definitely order from here again...the best beef chow mein ever , they even put extra garlic in for me...

What can I say but deeply disappointed After recommendations to try. House special curry 2 small chunks of chicken 2 little slices of pork 2 little scraggly pieces of beef and 2 prawns it smelt like curry but didn’t taste like it. I decided on chips instead of rice !! I think the chips were cooked yesterday. My wife had chicken with cashews, 8 bits of cashew nuts had with rice that my said it was ok Free prawn crackers that were definitely cooked yesterday Maybe just an off night but certainly not good for a first impression. Not sure if to give it another chance ???

Ordered special foo yung...quick delivery...hot ...but it was an onion foo yung...3 small prawns...4 tiny slices mushroom and about 4 tiny pieces of chicken....very disappointed

Happy to cater to my fussy requirements. I ordered as they opened, on a weekday & my lovely meal was with me within 30mins. Courteous delivery lad. Food was hot & went down a treat. The ONLY drawback for me, on a personal note, is that it's a shame it all comes in plastic.

Food was good apart from the spring rolls which were encased in what can only be described as batter instead of the usual crispy casing.

Put an order in yesterday evening one of the choices was a mixed grill got to say i wouldnt have given it to my dog absolutely terrible the rest of the order was fine

Great food every time! Would be 5* if it wasn't for the fairly average service and the lack of online presence. This is my go to for a local Chinese and it never disappoints with taste and portion size. Definitely worth a visit 👍

During a weekend away we had takeaway from the Golden Gate. We made our decision based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed. Great food!

Really delicious - quick delivery, hot! And most importantly, crispy pancake rolls.

Firstly its a Saturday evening so me and my wife to be thought as we are working all week end we will treat our selfs to a Chinese take out, well for 1 we had to wait 1 and half hour for food and 2 as we just started to eat we figured out the the spare ribs was under cooked and 3rd thing was our crispy beef wasn't crispy and it was like porridge. I there for rang them and made a complaint well it all started, the staff are rude and very unprofessional and spoke to me like dirt. They all so said because they don't have any drivers available to come and collect the food ( while on the phone I can here the driver shouting I knew they would complain) in the back ground so to me that drivers is available!!. The next thing was they told me that I had to get some money back from them but I've stated on the phone 3 times the me and my wife to be can not drive as we have had drinks, but the just didn't care. Any way I wouldn't recommend this awful company to anyone. I've spent £20.30 for half of my order to be put in the bin.

Tbh I don't like Chinese food so I can only comment on what I go there for, chicken oblette chips and peas, and its lush, just around a Fiver, loads of fat chunky chips, easy enough for 2 people to share and outside costa Adeje the best omelette I've ever tasted

Usually great service, food is definitely some of the tastiest I've had although the service could do with some improvement. I also had the wonderfully horrifying experience recently of biting into my 'vegetarian' spring roll to find it contained chunks of meat. Thanks guys. This kind of mistake on an order is completely unacceptable.

The guy on the phone has no manners literally shouted down the phone because I wanted to change the sauce on my order I give them that he told me the sauce was already done literally 2 minutes after I placed the order now that's quick service . It a shame as The food is good

Recently moved here, best Chinese food I ever had. Tried other takeaways based on rating, but not worth it. Only the smell that I hate when I enter, but who cares, I'm having tasty food at home. Try it and rate it...

I was shocked at the piss poor manners of the people on the phone. Cancelled order. Called Wongs instead always reliable and always friendly.

Always excellent, can get very busy at weekends but never effects the quality of the food or the service. Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Delivey 10/10 Plus a lovely family

Good takeaway. Happy to collect, delivery is for lazy people anyway ( there is a reason they call it a takeaway you know :D ) - bloody middlemen like justeat etc I don't need you to order my food thanks ! Don't go by previous reviews, its the food that matters not fluffing egos.

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service we received this evening. Phoned up to make an order for delivery to be given a ridiculous price that seemed way too expensive for what we ordered, so we questioned the lady on the phone and asked her to read the order back to us. For her to then sigh down the phone and read the order back to us very rudely. We pulled her up on it and asked for some better customer service. She then apologised and said "although I've done nothing wrong". She continued to argue down the phone about the price of our order which we compared to their online prices and it was £15-£20 cheaper than what she told us. She then said "You are not my mum, I've cancelled your order, good bye." Absolutely gobsmacked at the service. Will not be ordering from here again, if I could've given 0 stars, I would have.

Refuse to deliver 5 miles away from them even when we offered to pay extra for the delivery and were very rude about it

Delivery slow they said 1 hour and they delivered 1hr....&...45 minutes!!!! So slow! I had a apology, I think 🤔 over the phone. But they didn't offer anything such as a free meal or a little of the price I won't b ordering from their again in the future, I've always ordered from here, everytime & they've been on time, but not this time and that has definitely screwed my trust over that I had with them!

The food has always been nice but in the past we have has problems with them getting our order correct and then refusing to correct their mistakes.

Good food. Good value. Order and wait in shop. Phone and collect. Or have it delivered. Lots of choices.

Had a cracking set meal, a little expensive with the basic meals not including rice or chips, but really nice flavour.

Wasn't ever so keen myself, not much flavour to what I had.
