Lovely breakfast again. I come quite regularly and always get what I ask for even though I can be a little bit funny with my eating habits. Thumbs up lol

Wednesday night for the best quiz night 😁

Went as a large group for my mother’s birthday. Even though we had to order starters and desserts in advance there was still a huge mix up and missing dishes. Thai fish cakes were just normal fish cakes with a chilli sauce. Carvery was distinctly average. Beef was very sinewy. For a nice setting bang average food and service.

Burnt duck chow mein so couldnt eat it. Duck black bean no flavour and lots of skin - but salt & chili prawns were great. Wont be returning.

Fish chips and peas straight out of a packet I think. Not good value for money either.

Serious restaurant staffing issues and a lack of food choices - No vegetarian main meals; starters out of stock; a two hour delay for any food arrival. Remaining staff doing their best under difficult circumstances, But Not a good experience.

2.5 hour wait for food on a sunny day with everyone else ordering beer. Never again. Not enough staff for the number of tables these guys have out. Absolute joke. We spent £100s but the food was bought out at different times so wasn't exactly a proper family meal. Either get more staff or close.

We had a fantastic time on 9th March here with friends the food was amazing the cakes were georgous thanks to the staff we had savoury treats too would definately recommend they made us feel so welcome ♥

When it comes to kebabs, there are very few places in this area that do anything half decent. If you live in the nomans land areas outside of Derby and Notts, you're left with Castle donington, kegworth, east leake, and long eaton to find a good kebab takeaway. I have gone through every single one over a 4 year period and I can safely say now, hands down, THIS is The best, without question. You get a right size portion of meat for the price. The kebab meat itself isn't dry or wafer thin, or overly salty. It really tastes like some sort of ground lamb, and it's not overly greasy either which is surprising. They always give a good amount of sauce, and when it comes to kebabs the salad is so important, this is something many places simply cannot do properly. However these guys give a really excellent blend of finely chopped salad with the all important red cabbage. The shish lamb is also excellent, not fatty, cooked well but still retaining a moistness. The fries are also pretty much spot on. Even the presentation of it is really top notch. I cannot comment on the pizzas as i've never bought one from here, but both the Lamb shish and donner kebabs i've had have been top-tier. The only way you'd get something better is buy paying £15 or more from one of those dedicated Istanbul turkish restaurants. The place also looks very clean, the staff are always on hand and acknowledge you even when busy. My latest rankings for kebabs in the north west leicestershire boundary region now put Casa de pizza in first place.

Fantastic place. Fresh as can be and taste amazing. Fantastic prices for fish and kebabs. Only downside is they don't deliver and no menu online.

kathleen in the soft play area was amazing and incredibly kind enough to allow us in to play just after 7. would 100% recommend for anyone with children as the staff are lovely.

Order placed online. Order was accepted online, email confirmation received and credit card transaction was posted, but when I turned up to collect, the shop was closed.
