Love this place. What a gem. Fab coffee in nice big cheery cups. You can pick up some lovely clothes here too. Very friendly staff. Music was playing which added a good atmosphere without driving you mad. Will visit again.

I had the English breakfast and it was boom , everything was cooked to perfection the ladies were loverly and the little seating area out back was tidy . ( also the bathroom was really clean ! ) 10/10

This is a small but excellent tea room, almost like sitting at home for a meal. The staff are helpful and friendly, paying particular attention to our two young grandsons. The menu is limited but in a good way. They concentrate on what they are good at and do it well. That is perfect. It is a good place to eat even if you are not visiting the Erewash Museum.

I had delivered two adult picnic boxes, which where each filled with delicious sandwiches, salad, pork pies, sausage rolls, cakes, and much more. I also ordered a lovely little kids sandwich box too. Overall They where fantastic, lovely friendly staff too! The food was very tasty too! This made a really nice treat for me and my babies, I would most definetly recommend.

Been getting takeaway kebabs from here for some years now - always great food! Highly recommend.

Come here usually on a Sunday, really friendly staff, always smiling. It does get a bit noisy sometimes as you see quite a few regulars in here but apart from that I would recommend this one in particular.

AVOID. Pretty appalled with our experience. ordered breakfast and it was really late. I understand things can happen and orders get delayed. food arrived stone cold and the owner was really apologetic. We was then informed we'd get a refund direct, and NOT to do it through just eat as it'll take longer. Since then we've had no response and no refund, even after a few messages and phone calls. Unhonest and unprofessional. too late now to ask for a refund on just eat. won't be ordering again and will advise other locals to avoid it to.

I’ve been to Harper and Finch a few times now and every time it’s been wonderful. I took my grandparents last time and they absolutely loved it! The service is always so friendly and the food will never disappoint - especially with the size of the slices of cake on the afternoon tea! We’ll be back very soon!

Fantastic little Cafe. After a new management and staff change the atmosphere has been lifted. Always get served with a smile and the quality of food is bang on. Highly recommend

Went for dinner last night for sisters birthday. What a fantastic find. The food was unbelievably good, beautiful meal, cooked perfectly, couldn’t fault it, the flavours were sublime. The atmosphere great, the staff brilliant. So welcoming and made sure everyone in the place were happy. Loved the spring menu, duck starter!!! OMG, the lamb main, If you are ever in the area, find time to visit, you will not regret it. Top marks Durham Ox, I will be back for sure. Thank you for making my sisters birthday special. xxx

First time visiting since 2017 when let's just say it was a haven for drug heads. How ever on my visit today I can't tell you how pleased and excellent the service and the atmosphere was 1000% completely different experience. Met the landlady Coady friendly, really wants to give the place a good go. Personally I wish her and her staff every success and I urge people to give this place another go.
