Costa Coffee in Erewash

I'm really glad there was a Costa in Ilkeston. And as usual it was lovely coffee.

Only go here when have offers as prices are ridiculous now. £4.05 for a slice of cake, some drinks are now almost £5. We are in a cost of living crisis and Costa still keep on putting their prices up,they think you wont notice but its everytime they bring out a new range so come autumn the prices will most likely increase again.

My food was so dry I couldn't eat it. Top layer was like a brick

Not much choice for gluten free

One of the best Costas I've been to.

Friendly staff. Very clean and toilets too. Always great drinks serving my favourite, Chsi Latte. Had a lovely pork and apple cheese toastie.

Clean, tidy, as are most Costa's. Found the coffee was a little weak for me - I appreciate, if I had known, how weak it was, I could have asked for an extra shot!

It's definitely a four star coffee place. Nothing to wow you, just no frills coffee and service and tables. Books for the bored, toilets for all. Dont get a big cup just be on your way. Costa.

I always order 2.5 hours in advance for a specific time as I only get a 30 min lunch break, it arrive 30 minutes late, which my work break was over by then and when questioned the driver as to why it was so late his reply was "That's nothing to do with me, I was on time" I understand that deliveries can be late sometimes but this is why we order well in advance so there is plenty of time to have a driver prepared, both coffee and pizza were both cold by time it arrived

Ordered it nearly 3 hours in advance for a specific time to arrive on a 30 minute lunch break, a driver did not collect it till 20 minutes after the arranged delivery time

I ordered and paid for two raspberry and almond slices but only received one. This is the second time this has happened.

Not everything was delivered. My order was printed on the receipt stapled to the bag, yet they still managed not to include everything!!

You have made to of the coffee very small. These are not mediums, I order two medium coffee and one medium hot chocolates and the coffee is in a tiny expresso cup

Got the wrong order - which ironically was a greggs order !!!!

Good delivery service and products

Sausage cob - the sausages as always were tasty and hot. However the same can’t be said for the bap which I almost broke a tooth on taking my first bite. The bap was inedible almost like I’d been given the stale out of date bap that would otherwise gone in the bin.

Got delayed by almost an hour, by the time we got it the sandwich was cold and almost too solid to eat. Other items were tasty

Rubbish....the cheese and ham toastie that we paid £5 is the cheaper one...it's happened before at this branch....not happy as why paid for the more expensive one to just get the cheaper one..so require the refund difference

Ordered for a poorly friend, as a treat to cheer her up. Good service, quick delivery.

I paid extra for caramel but didn’t get it got plain , very disappointed

I wrote on my order to not heat up the toastie, as I would do it here but it came cooked and it was cold by the time it arrived

Packaged well with foil tops on the drinks to stop them spilling. The cakes look fresh too

Great food and service from costa but delivery driver ignored my request of contact free delivery.

Food was cold, sausages were not fully probed as some were freezing, some were warm didn’t eat

Barely anything on the menu for weeks now. No iced drinks or toasties or paninis

First thing in the morning. Everything was spot on. What a bunch of legends.
