Nice food and very good prices and portions.

Used to be a great kebab place but the order we had today was horrendous. Chicken meat was littered with bones I managed to eat a quarter of the kebab and found 4. Never again unfortunately

I ordered 5 wings and cheese chips.. food is cold and they deliver in 1 hours... very very bad experience

Always enjoyed good food and friendly, helpful staff whenever I visited F&B. Would always recommend, and the derby branch by Derby FC was very good

one member of staff in particular quite old and wrinkly spoke very rude to me after challenging me for my ID about a coca cola

Sandra and her colleagues are fabulous. They make our residents from Kiwi House so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We love our visits to this cafe.

Waited 1 hour for food came all cold sent back waited another 25 mins burgers wer hard couldn't eat them left half meal chips were very white hardly any salad cheese was melted to long very very poor food

Don't order pizza unless you want all the topping to be stuck to the pizza box lid and look like a pile of slop, to then ring them up and get told it's because there busy and they will sort it out next time! No they won't because we won't be ordering again from them as this has happened the past 2 times now.

£25+ worth of sub ordered on 17/2/23 through the app and collected from Alvaston. Returned home via car to find 2 of the 4 custom subs had missing ingredients or ingredients not liked (e.g. onions). Phoned the store immediately to be told that there was nothing that they could do, nor could they issue a refund because it was an app order controlled via head office. Contacted head office via Twitter DM to be told to email the store directly. Currently 15/3 (nearly 1m later) and still the franchise owners are refusing to do anything to refund 2 of the subs, stating that I needed to have taken a photograph on the evening and sent it in via email, despite the fact that both staff spoken to on the evening didn't mention this. The franchise has zero attention for the customer concern, and the head office twitter service is equally as pathetic. Subway Pride Park is completely different to this place and so much more friendly.

It was the best place I have ever been to the people were so nice to me there and the food was delicious.
