The best restaurants in Long Buckby Daventry East Midlands

We came to 70 one for the first time and had the cheese bombs, samosa chaat to start and the butter chicken, green chicken curry, and the lamb biryani as mains. All of the food was great and the service was also delightful including our server Naheem.

Proper food, great little find. Staff lovely too. Was looking for a sandwich bar in Daventry and couldn't find anything but google led us to this amazing place.

The food was OK, but a bit greasy. But the toilet were disgusting, shit all over the seat and top of the pan. Who ! Behaves like this in The 21st century

Really good food, we had ‘pie of the day’ which was so tasty and really good quality. Good atmosphere, highly recommend!

We had a very nice night with friends. It was my first visit to Voujon Indian restaurant. The food was lovely except for the keema naan which was undercooked (still doughy in the middle). I showed it to the waiter who removed it without saying anything and didn’t return with a replacement naan which I was very disappointed about. I was part of a large party and maybe the staff were under pressure as I didn’t find the staff very attentive and smiley and we had to leave the table to go to the bar for a drink during our meal which wasn’t ideal.

With many curry houses in our area going downhill, we decided to go back to what we know and have a takeaway from Village Spice! We weren’t disappointed! The takeaway was ready waiting and hot when we arrived to collect including a paratha requested online that wasn’t on the menu. Lovely rich curries packed with plenty of flavour and punch, great stuffed paratha and pilau rice. Our daughter loved her chicken tikka and ate more than I’ve seen her eat! Definitely back to our go to after a couple of terrible curries elsewhere in recent months. Well done Village Spice 👏

Last night I collected a cod, mini fish and large chips from The Big Fryer. As always the customer service was excellent and the fish was cooked to order. We live a 12 minute drive away, so popped the fish and chips in the oven on a tray, just for a couple of minutes when we got home. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious. The batter was light and crisp and the fish firm and flaky. The chips were also extremely good. All in all - 100%! Thank you!

Bought a latte which had just a smidgen of coffee, could just about taste it!!! Maybe try the Costa just before or just after at Northampton services.

Worst customer service the lady on the till is so rude she is the supervisor as well because I asked for a manager then the lady on the machine said she is a supervisor unfortunately for costa !!!

Poor experience, was told theirs a system update and they can’t take me order yet the says 24 hours🤔. Not helpful staff and very rude

3 coffees ordered £15.60 2 completely wrong when we got to the car . I ordered on the screens so I know the correct orders were put in maybe the staff just didn’t read the order Guess you just have to drink your drink before leaving to double check .

Asked for a triple cheese burger PLAIN. YET ONIONS ON ALL THE BURGERS. In the cheese so not able to eat. Chips were alright.

Amazing food and service every time. Probably the healthiest option for anyone regularly using the M1.
