McDonald's in Daventry

“24 hours open” so why is it closed when I went. Disappointing. Waste of my time. Atleast change it to say when its closed!

Usual McDonald's Menu is available, fast service and warm food. Everything you expect from any other McDonalds.

I like McDonald's in England and Holland, it's the only one that permanently serves banana milkshakes. The only reason for me to go in there.

Was shut due to fryers not working, surely could of been open for hot drinks??

In 2 minutes you are served with BigMac and potatoes? During the night the food is not fresh.

The improvements to this food outlet are like the food... Bad, and by that I mean it not in a totally awesome way but in a totally awful way. In fact stay away.

We had a stopover here while driving from Luton to Middlesbrough to have a rest and get some food for the family. The ambience was good and the food was nice. The staff that served asked if we needed any more stuff, but we said no as it was a takeaway, it was discovered back in the car the salad was without a fork to eat it. Aside from that, it was nice, and there was no unnecessary delay while waiting for the order.

Nice atmosphere I love the Macdonald food it might be not so good for you but I say it's not that I eat it all the time I love the big Mac fries and coke cola on ice as usual I don't buy the afters sweet because it worked out more expensive but worth a visit for sure 😊

Amazingly, no electronic order boards ... you actually order over the counter! Pleasantly old-school.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald's location. The staff, who appeared to be predominantly teenagers, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. My order was incomplete, missing two packs of mozzarella sticks and a Mayo Chicken. When I reported the discrepancy, I was met with immediate disbelief and accusations of dishonesty. The manager claimed that CCTV footage of a sealed bag proved the order was fulfilled. This claim was made within five minutes of my complaint, making it highly improbable that they had thoroughly reviewed the footage. It is absurd to suggest I would fabricate missing items like mozzarella sticks and a Mayo Chicken. I requested a full refund, which was eventually granted, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. The manager's handling of the situation was unacceptable. He accused me of lying, despite the illogical nature of the accusation. I have dash cam footage that corroborates my account, showing me checking the bag, comparing it to the receipt, and returning to the restaurant. I strongly advise against patronizing this location. The staff are rude, and the manager lacks basic logical reasoning and customer service skills. This branch is actively losing customers due to mismanagement. For McDonald's senior management: Please review the CCTV footage from 21:49 to 22:05. I urge you to reconsider the employment of this manager, as their behavior is detrimental to your brand. They require either immediate dismissal or comprehensive retraining. This individual is actively damaging your business.

If you've got the choice of another McDonald's..... Go there!!!! Came for breakfast. Won't accept the rewards app for a start. Hash browns were barely warm and I'm sure the latte was watered down. I know McDonald's is a cheap breakfast/meal but I've had much much better McDonald's than here. Won't come again if there's an alternative choice!!!

Staff have poor detail to attention, all the food was just slapped together and a mess. My hot chocolate was tasteless aswell as the food being so greasy it’s dropping everywhere. staff are rude and inconsiderate never again will i come back. I would get the hygiene checked aswell as all the tables were dirty

Stopped in for some breakfast on a long drive up north. Ordered 2 x breakfast wrap meals which came out promptly. Everything was piping hot and fresh, and exactly what we needed to keep us going for the day. The restaurant area was a little untidy and we did have to hunt for a table, which was disappointing considering how quiet it was at that time. Otherwise, everything was good!

Possibly the worst I've eaten at. Food was really greasy even by McDonald's standard. Some tasted off so I couldn't eat it.

The food was OK, but a bit greasy. But the toilet were disgusting, shit all over the seat and top of the pan. Who ! Behaves like this in The 21st century

Had to go in here as a last resort. Our local tip has more atmosphere and it's cleaner. Sausage mc muffin arrived in a bit of paper stuff. When I unwrapped it there was dark brown oily stuff on the wrapping. Terrible place. Definitely give it a miss again and that includes all branches.

Dangerously poor attention to detail & lack of basic customer care. Asked for black Americano. White coffee showing at the till so asked to change. Order changed to show black americano at the till and on the receipt. Why then have I just had a mouthful of white coffee!!! In a world with so many allergies you need to do way better than this.

Staff are more interested in the drive, though, n Uber. Long wait for food so long the coffee that was made sat on side for 10 min waiting for Luke warmer burger.

McDonald's when you're hungry but can't be bothered

Fast food .not too healthy But you can go once and a while.

Slow service and no proper management have no real way of telling who is managing 1 person seems to be doing all the work I suggest this gets looked into from someone higher up as it is appalling

Best Cappuccino ice had this year! First order screen not working, second one has a printer fault. Excellent service by the young chap at the counter. Clean and plenty of seating here. Ketchup dispenser empty, but had sauce from the counter. Overall excellent, unfortunately a few minor issues on me visit.

Food and service were both good. This one is purely functional. No tablets or child friendly aspects. The seating is shared with the other retailers

Motorway service station . Ordered on the screen . No real interaction with staff apart from collecting order

✅Positives : good location, clean, EV charging in carpark, station toilets clean. ❎Negative: Probably shouldn't be advertising its 24 hours and then telling you they're shut at 3am as you try to order on machines (which are on...)

Quickish service. Helpful staff. Normal Macs but a little more expensive due to being a service station location.

This McDonalds is not open 24 hours. I arrived just before 1am Thursday morning and the staff at the McDonalds says it is closed. This and Northampton services McDonalds are not 24 hours.

Simple order no salt, no ice, no sugar in the drink. What I get salt, ice and sweet drink…

Seating area was fine, kept very nice and a clean and the general service was good but the wrap of the day was a huge disappointment. The lettuce was warmer than the chicken.

Open hours shows 24h all week , isn't true story now . Mon - Thursday 🌙 night time is closed. 24 h only Fri-sunday .

Fries were served without salt, making them horrible. Only realised once I had got in the car and set off on the road. Also had the chilli hamburger which wasn't great and would not recommend.

What's the point of having a 24 hrs service if they don't do food

Food was hot. The restaurant gave me everything I needed. Maybe a smile from the staff would help.

We stopped off here on our way back from a holiday in North Wales. It was quite busy but once we had ordered, we didn't have to wait too long for our food. We don't generally eat in McDonald's, but the southern fried chicken wrap is lovely and a very good price. Also, the vanilla milkshake is really good.

Went for food at this 24hr mcdonalds Watford gap m1 north bound only to be told not 24hr this was at 0335 in morn of Friday not serving food what a jokebif sign saying 24hrs outside

No burger buns and when I asked they had arrived and hour ago but no put out. Then they got my order wrong

It is what it is. I prefer to eat in as it turns to cardboard when you leave the building!

Mess everywhere. Gentleman in dirty high vis jacket serves the food. Another person in the kitchen works with no gloves. He put cheese on burgers with bare, dirty hands. Bleh

Awful! Bought a ‘hot chocolate’ well it was far from any hot chocolate I normally buy. It was watery and tasteless with a peculiar artificial smell. Only thing positive I can say it was warm and wet and I was desperate for a hot drink - everywhere else as shut so Hobson’s choice really. Revolting. I won’t make that mistake again!

Visited around 07.30 on a rainy Saturday morning. Ordered a breakfast roll and wrap, the roll was like rubber and the wrap not much better.

This was in a small service station, the prices were better than the proper bigger service stations, service was quick and seating area was clean

Food quality was poor. The service was very poor. It took a long time for the food to arrive and they got 4 of the 6 items wrong. There was no ketchup in the dispenser either

Made specific requests which weren't followed, and then not received the correct order. They weren't busy at the time but are obviously lacking in staff or training.

Typical McDonald's, the service was excellent. A school tour turned up and it didn't phase the staff one bit, they made it look like clockwork, no delays whatsoever.

Stopped off here on the way home from a London trip. Probably one of the best McDonalds I’ve had in a LONG time, food came piping hot, fresh and well done. Plus fast service, would recommend 😊👍💯🍔🍟

Good service levels. Cold drinks were OK, but the coffee was stronger than at other McDonalds.

It's OK, mostly get McDonald's for my 6 year old granddaughter, she loves it.

It was really busy at that time of day, just after school closing hour. Most attention was to drive through customers. Walk-in spend extra 20-30 minutes wait time.
