Stopped for a break after long journey, and went Costa to grab a nice iced coffee , BUT the lady with pink hair on the till apparently she hadn't heard me what I ordered and she add different coffee from what I ordered and had a properly attitude saying to me that I didn't say that and been loud at me and carry on saying that I didn't say that , I told her it could be her didn't hear not me saying it because I did I know what I ordered , also I told her to open the CCTV to see what I said bit she was carrying on saying the same thing , terrible staff very rude , not recommended

I'm not usually someone who complains or even leaves reviews but I popped into this place yesterday and felt very annoyed after leaving. I popped in and asked for a decaf whip latte and seemed to be being served by two people making it confusing as the older one of the two serving kept talking over the young girl and it made me feel uncomfortable. The older woman said she could make it for me but she'd have to make it a bit different and it would taste the same. The younger girl was really friendly and helpful and did advise me that it wasn't a drink they would usually make decaf as it wouldn't taste great but the older woman insisted it would taste fine and she came across as very patronising towards myself and the lovely young girl. I wish I had listened to the young girl and stepped in and changed my mind as the drink had no taste but I was too annoyed to wait around. I'll stick to my decaf iced lattes in future and avoid this place!

7/05/2024 6:40 a.m. and closed. Of course, the ladies are inside, one is standing behind the counter, the other is laying out the goods, and yet the entrance is blocked off with tape. Most costs are open from 6 a.m. and here I also see such information, even updated by the owner 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to drink coffee

We regularly travel to Manchester and stopping for a skinny Flat White and a strawberry frappé at this Costa Coffee is not to be missed! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Harri for her friendliness and amazing multitasking powers! What an amazing experience!

I have visited quite a few Costa Coffee shops, and in my opinion my hazelnut latte that I ordered here is one of the best that I have tasted. We'll done Harry for such a lovely creamy latte. Your friendly, quick service was much appreciated too. ☺️

We are on a long drive and stopped at Costa for a meal. Josh and Stacy were really wonderful. They added extra touches to make our meal feel special, rather than feeling like we were at a rest stop on the motorway.

We ordered 3 chai latte , and it’s very bad , we ordered just 20 minutes before , they prepared worst coffee in the world , we always orders same coffee in other costa but this time really spoil our morning

Manju served very early this morning with a smile and a cheerful demeanor, despite my caffeine-deprived brain being very slow 🐌 Toastie was hot and delicious 😋

holy hek this place is lovely. you walk in - lovely. you order - lovely. you chat to the baristas - lovely. in fact, they are so lovely that you then leave forgetting to bring the coffee you ordered with you. if timeout had a top 10 list for “coffee spots with added bathroom facilities on the drive from liverpool to london where you can also buy diesel” then this should be top. edit: blueberries sold separately from the porridge

Our server, Manju was really nice and jolly. She brought smiles to our faces and we really enjoyed having her as our server.

Service and staff were great but flat white tasted horrible, this isn't the only Costa I've had this happen at, for some reason motorway services it's hit or miss if I get a nice flat white, the regular Costas seem to be more of a safe purchase. It's just after forking out £4.25 for a coffee from one of the main coffee chains I'd like to think id be guaranteed a nice drink, yesterday I was left feeling ripped off a bit.

Vyoiet and rubery are a key asset to the company they are polite, well mannered, respectful, and very happy and go that extra mile

I stop off here every day on my way to Birmingham. Regardless of the time of morning or how busy the services are, the staff are always amazingly friendly and very efficient with the service. A special mention must go to Manda, Harri, Ella, Robyn and Damian. Keep up the good work guys!

We were served by a lady named Andreea on our morning visit today. Absolute credit to Watford gap southbound Costa, we ordered a oat milk latte and a hazel maple latte with coconut milk, she was on her game with allergy warnings so we avoided that drink and went with a coconut milk latte. She was amazing with pointing out the information that wasn't on the boards or tap screens. Thank you for knowing your products Andreea and for also being polite, helpful and well mannered.10/10

5/10/23Visited here today south bound. Two of the friendliest staff, had a laugh and a joke. Fantastic coffee and to leave a shop with a smile makes the rest of the journey a happy one. Hard to find these days...

Ordered 2 much needed coffees on a break into a long journey. Oliver who served us was efficient & very friendly. Gabbi who made an excellent latte & americano was just a polite. Oliver even prompted us to use the Costa App. Great service.

Really lovely staff here! I get nervous taking things back but I couldn't taste coffee in the latte, I know there was some in it as I watched him pour it in, just for me it was really milky. I offered to pay for an extra shot but the guys were so lovely and put two extra in free of charge. I usually have the guest roast but sadly they stopped doing it here, and I think that's why it tasted so milky to me. Anyway thank you 😄

Went in July and was not very good after the latte, it was slightly better this time but still really strong. May miss in future.

Costa Coffee Road chef Watford gap southbound is open for business. A good place to relax staff always polite and friendly very clean and safe to stop in this horrible times. Lots of hand sanitizer and free masks.🥐☕🐓

A little bit of an odd layout for a coffee shop. There is not much seating in the shop, but it is comfortable, and there is more seating elsewhere in the service station. The food and beverages were great, but because it is open to the rest of the service station, the atmosphere isn't great.

Slow service, staff didn't seem to know how to make the simple lattes with syrup we asked for, coffees we got weren't even drinkable: barely warmed milk almost coffee would be a much more accurate description of the drinks that we ended up pouring out after a couple of mouthfuls.

I had a good coffee and cake. I won't drive for more than 2 hour's without a break. this was it.
