Brilliant all round food price & service

I was told to try this place , so placed a delivery order. DISAPPOINTED Min del £12 - my order £11.80 - Arrived & cost me £13.80p. Food was bland pizza baze was THIN and BURNT HARD EDGES - Topping was even THINNER. Never again. Waste of £15. (More frozen chips than) well say no more... Shocker..... & woke up with awful belly ache.. I don't think I've had worse. Sorry but say it how it is/was....

Called here on an off chance it was open, glad we did as the food was great and plenty of it. Had the chicken meat special (I think that's what it was called) which is advertised on the wall. It came with chips and salad too and sauce if you required it. The food was amazing, just a little too much of it for me but it will definitely fill you if this was your main meal of the day and waited for it. The staff was nice and friendly too and made you feel welcome.

We ordered are food to night and it was not what we ordered I phone them up and the person who answered the phone was very rude will never order from here again

The rudest cafe workers I have met in many a year. What more can I say but it costs nothing to be polite Even the toasties couldn't be bothered to put the effort in to get warm.

Bought some tomato sausages went to cook them and they all split open turned to mush and to bin them as couldn’t tell if cooked or not waste of £4

Rapidly gone down hill. Staff don't look interested at all. Drinks machine broken, wasn't told till after I had paid. I asked what we should do......took 3 members of staff to think of a solution. All cups dirty/stained. Only stopped in after shopping for a drink. Will not be stopping again. Shame really.

Nice cafe in lovely setting next to the canal. It's a bit old style cooking. I found the staff most helpful. I would recommend it for any just a cupper.

Called for a coffee, no please or thank you from either of the people working in there! Have they not heard of customer service, somebody needs to teach them some manners, my 2 year old grandson has better manners, give it a miss here😡

We visited Willow Springs cafe and soft play regularly prior to lockdown, and this was our first visit since they re-opened. The new outdoor play area is a breath of fresh air for families desperate to let their kids get back to normal - a clean, safe space for children to play whilst parents can enjoy a drink at the spaced tables. Staff were really friendly and we had a great time. Will definitely be returning!

The fried rice chips and curry deal is a belly filler. Good price, great taste. The BBQ ribs and sweet and sour chicken is worth a try.

Bought 6 beef burgers of which the 2 i have had as chunks of bone in. The 1 piece of sirloin steak I had cost £8 and cooked medium rare left to rest for 10 minutes was like eating leather . Pork Pie that was recommended by many people was very disappointing when I cut into it the jelly just all ran out ,very disappointing
