Food came late and was missing part of the order when we rang to complain they said they’d deliver the rest of the order in 10 minutes and they never delivered it then tried telling us we already have it

I cant believe I have just paid £10.00 for a large chicken kebab only to receive 5 lumps of chicken in a soggy tortilla, a handful of lettuce with some onion & a single slice of tomato. Dont even offer sauce with it. I want a refund.

we ordered onion rings and got curly fries, we bought large chicken shish kebab, it had four bits of chicken with lots of grisly bits, also no sauces....we have ordered many times before, but tonight might be the last, sorry guys 1/10 this time

Fast delivery but the food was poor quality. Just had a margarita pizza that was very chewy with lack of taste. Had chips as if was warmed up a few times ..very disappointed would not go hear again.

Food came early. Ordered 3 pizzas and one came the wrong size. Didn’t ring Valentino’s to tell them of the error as we got free garlic bread. 20 minutes later, delivery driver came with correct sized pizza. Really honest place, we were happy either way but love the fact they tried to rectify the order even though we never raised an issue. Many thanks guys.

The food was just warm enough to eat, After ringing the shop to find out where the order was, was told that the driver had already been and had just gotten back to the shop and he would speak to the driver and ring me back. Funny that the driver then knocked at the door barely seconds after ending the phone call. Not impressed with being lied to.

Never had bad meal. But this last one was near enough stone cold. Chips had be thrown as tasted soggy when reheated

Thought I'd try this place as my friend recommended it. Best kebabs in Chesterfield! Portions are true to size! Ordered large chicken and the other lamb shish kebab both great! Came with a free cheesy garlic bread which was lovely too!

The way that i have been spoken to by the staff here is absolutely vile. Due to an error somewhere with the address i was spoken to like rubbish. i was told they had been here and been ringing but got no answer. I had no phone call and no one had been here. The driver then went on to say they was not bringing my food and if i wanted it i had to go to the shop for it. When i explained i couldn't as i dont drive and my 2 year old is in bed his response was i dont care if you want your food come and get it from the shop. I repeated that i couldnt but was interrupted by the driver saying he didnt care and then said bye and hung up. I rang back and spoke to who i believe to be the manager who also didnt seem bothered about how i had been spoken to and also spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. when i told him i was looking at the order on uber eats and it says my full address i was told i was incorrect and i should have done the order right. He then continued to say he was unable to send his driver back out as they only have 1 driver and i needed to come and get the order myself. I once again explained that i couldnt and the reason why but was told there was nothing that they can do. This continued for a while. It wasnt until i said so what your telling me is that me and my daughter are not getting fed tonight because of an error on your system that he agreed to resend the food we had ordered 2 hours prior. Even then i was told he would resend it but next time make sure i do it correctly. The staff were very abrupt and spoke in a very aggressive manner and i will not be returning and i recommend everyone else does the same because the way they treat customers is disgusting.

Wouldn't order from here not worth the money at all and don't get your order right

Ordered burger and chips twice,salad,fried onions, 2 cans off pop,we received 2 burgers,and pip,rang them up,to tell them,at first he was abusive and then said l was lying

Ordered 2 pizzas both was under cooked. Raw dough in the middle.

Food would have just about reached average if it was not for the hair in my pizza. My order came with an extra pizza which I assume is complimentary but to be honest there was then too much to eat so it ended up in the bin and I hate throwing food away. The hair did it for me though so not going back. The food standard people should insist people making food should wear hair nets like they would in food factories.

Bad food & rude staff, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I won't eat there again

I ordered from this place last night through FoodHub and spent the rest of the night and today with all the symptoms of food poisoning. I called the takeaway to complain and I was called a liar and verbally abused. I will be reporting the issue to the Food Standards Agency first thing in the morning. If you value your health, don't order from here, they're likely to kill someone with their food hygeine practices!

Very quick a d friendly service when I went in here. Clean place and service with with smile. Great range of takeaway food on offer and reasonably priced. If I'm ordering for delivery they always provide provide great service here. Never had a bad product so will continue to use. Thanks Valentinos

Waited over 2 hrs for an order & when I rang they kept saying the driver is on the way, then I rang again & they said the chef didn't get the order, & we'll cook & send now , I said no cancel the order, its taken too long , they still taken the money out of my account, nightmare trying yo get my money back , still waiting on a refund I order every week normally, I'll never order from here again

delivery was pretty fast, but the food was bad. my pizza didn't really taste of anything - cardboard has more of a taste than that pizza did. the chips and chicken nuggets were mediocre. the chocolate gateaux was alright, but i would've appreciated it not arriving frozen. also ordered a strawberry cheesecake and got a strawberry gateuax instead. never ordering from here again

Our absolute favourite. The staff are fantastic with our son and always friendly, professional and polite. There are lots of food options to choose from and whatever I have it's always delicious. Fast delivery and again great driving staff who are always friendly and polite. Go ahead and treat yourself you won't be disappointed. Xx

Every time I order from her the food is on time even at rush hour and I've orderd a variety of foods on the menue each one been cooked to perfection you wouldn't think this was food in chesterfeild feels like I'm at a 5 star burger van in New York

Very regular at ordering from here...lately our past 2 orders have been wrong. So, just waited 50mins for our order. We ordered our regular pizzas (always the same order).. 1 10" garlic bread pepperoni and 1 10" garlic bread and donner meat with a tub of garlic mayo. They sent out 3 pizzas instead. So we politly said the order was wrong but he said he couldn't return it. So stood at the door we rang back to say it was wrong. After a lot of confusion on their side by the end of conversation we were called liars?! What the hell. He was very high rate,he was yelling down the phone and continued to call us liars. He wouldn't accept that we wanted to return them for the right order either. Customer service has gone down the drain recently. Never ordering from here again

If i could leave 0 stars I would. 1 hour and a half for 2 kebabs. Two strips of pitta. One slice of tomato. One slice of cucumber. Never seen a worse kebab in my life!

Base always soggy, minimal toppings, soggy chips and try putting price up on meal deals

Ordered a doner kebab, it came with a handful of salad, a few peices of red cabbage which was nice, 9 peices of diner kebab, on a Mexican tortilla! Very poor nice for a wrap but a doner kebab it's not Thought doner kebabs was pitta of flat breads stuffed with doner meat loaded with salad Very poor

Really not worth the money. Just ordered a Shish Kebab and the salad was completely no existent and a small handful of actual meat... you basically pay £6.50 for a pitta ... won’t be using again

Placed an order for my place of work, delivery was fast and received a call from the driver as requested to which he queered on directions after finding the road close ( which I wasn’t aware of and in very poor English ) I then advised him to take an alternate route to which I was asked “if You knew the original road was closed, why would you order from us?” I replied “because I thought the delivery driver would have some common sense and use a map or something” at which point I refused my order, disgusting customer service and a disgustingly rude response from a poor representative of Valentino’s, won’t be wasting my time ordering again.

Phoned up last nite to get rudely spoken to after I asked about 6-a offer 2 calzones and 2 chips and 2 cans of pop all I wanted to know was can we swap chips for cheese chips to after wards to get shouted at down the phone what! Such a shame the customer service has gone down hill as we always used to order from there after that I will not be ordering food from them ever again lost a customer and I’m shocked how they speak to customers on the phone especially when you have a speech impairment frankly I thought the man on the phone was 100% rude and they should go on a customer service course as they don’t know how to speak to customers this is the 5th time ordering and my last time after last nite 2nd June 2018 1030 pm

Firstly, I was given the wrong change. The bill came to £6, I handed over a £20 note. I received change for £10. I pointed this out and I received an apology and the correct change. I ordered a Hot Shot pizza. Service was very quick. When I got home, looking forward to my food, I opened the box to find a BBQ Chicken pizza! My first and last visit!!

Rather unassuming exterior hides a food gem. We had burgers while visiting area, once we got them to where we were staying, I was gonna moan about not having sauces or dips with burger. I need not have worried, the burger was so tasty it didn't need any additions. Even though it took 15 minutes to drive back the food was lovely and hot. The staff were genuine and friendly, with food prepped in an efficient timescale.

A regular here always have the mixed kabab witch u get a decent amount for the price and is spot on no faults at all.. iv also had other things from here and yet agen i cant complain.. very friendly delivery drivers and very quick service..
