Fantastic little cafe!! Don’t normally write food reviews on TripAdvisor but considering the last 18months we’ve all had, I think more people need to pay RT’s a visit. Excellent food and great staff to go with it. Will definitely be back!!

My family have been using this takeaway for a while now as its the best takeaway we have had, the food is amazing and full of flavour, the staff are also very friendly and the food is well priced and very generous portion sizes. I would highly recommend. Madeleine

Just incredible! Lovely, friendly staff who can't do enough for you, which only compliments the truly delicious, special cuisine made by the chef and his team. Would recommend to any foodies out there

This Pub re-opened in 2024 after a period of closure, it is now under the same very experienced management as the White Horse down the lane. Dropped a star as I feel the selection of cask ales could be better, otherwise an excellent traditional proper village pub where you can take your dog. Note it's a pub not a restaurant, therefore the only food available are cobs and bar snacks.

Lovely food and lovely service let down by bland decor and a cold restaurant. Not sure if the heating wasn’t coping or it had not been put on as there were very few people in due to it being a Sunday. A shame as the dishes really were very tasty and there is very easy parking across the road in the carpark.

Fuimos a cenar el domingo, los dos comimos el cordero, no sabías qué carne estabas comiendo en él era bastante insípido y una textura divertida, la verdura era agradable, pero solo 1 plato pequeño para 4 personas nunca más.

Met a friend here, on a weekday for a meeting, first visit. We were one of the first in as we were quite early. It was a pleasant suprise how the soon filled up and was gently buzzing with chatter. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Tiny little place. Modest but reasonably priced.

I visited today with my daughter, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The woman at the counter was rude, offering no greeting, goodbye, or even a simple thank you. It seemed like she might have been put off by our small order of just chips. I always try to support local businesses, but this experience really left a bad impression. A little basic courtesy goes a long way. As for the food, the chips were undercooked and greasy—definitely not something I’d want to have again.

2 Years ordering from mas cottage. Words cannot express how much i enjoy my food from here.The spring rolls are crunchy and delicious. Noodles are cooked to perfection. However they are busy on the weekends and do have long time limits but that won’t affect your food. The wait is worth your while.

¿Qué le pasó a Lees de Birstall? Mi cena del domingo fue más china, se suponía que era un chow mein de Singapur. No fue bueno.

We usually enjoy our takeaways from here, tonight it was even more tasty than usual on the spice front, thumbs up there, but... I had the chilli salt ribs and thought I might break a tooth on them. Heavily over cooked, dry, hard, just nasty. Seemed like they were left over from 2 days ago, so I won't be ordering those again, or recommending them ever, a shame as I've had good ones before, so it spoilt a valentines takeout tonight. We don't eat out yet, so hoped we would get our usual good meal, so very very disappointed.

La pizza tardó más de una hora en llegar cuando están a diez minutos de la carretera. Llamé para preguntar por el retraso y me dijeron que era porque estaban ocupados. Llegó bajo Luke warm. No volveré a pedirles nada.
