Got my delivery on time and warm

Firstly I asked about any collection offers he said no and said wrong prices for online orders aswell then I placed a order online for a pizza , wasn’t the best half the pizza base was thin and other half was thick like they rushed it and never evened it out properly . Hardly any cheese on it totally not a standard of papa John’s . Was hungry and tired so didn’t bother complaining just ate it .

Leicester Birstall store. Order was placed for 3 XXL Pizzas. Delivery was pretty quick and can’t say anything bad about delivery guy. But pizzas were terrible. Cold! Dry! It seemed that all 3 pizzas were like 3 days old! We only had it because everyone was starving and there was no time or willingness to wait for different food or argue with Pappa John’s. And this is second time when we order pizza from this store and it is terrible! We usually have large parties and like pizza, but we are never going to order from this store again!!! You need to learn how to make Pizzas from Sandhurst store. They are the best !

Order online and get a deal.. always! Cheapest if collected and then you can also be sure to get it piping hot. Never been let down this way. The team crack on and make pizzas, they're great. Again - collection is the way! Best price and best pizza. Win win. Good to have locally.

Disappointed pizza was so crispy could have used it as a frisbee, staff not bothered barely speak English. Paid online went to collect asked for payment again. Definitely avoid

I spoke to a colleague and he refused to believe my order was in the system. He also continued to berate me for not advising him of the order number even though I was not asked. I had to phone the wife, and all of a sudden my order came out??? Not impressed!

Complete disgusting would never order here again. Sides where chewy and rubber chicken bbq wings full fat. Pizza was meant be stuff crust but was like chewing though cheap butter as if they swopped out the chesse for butter was completely horrible like I have had before so disappointed 😞. For big company I would never return has but Me off every using again

Do not use Pappa John's Birstall delivery, as its always cold on arrival. Two years putting there pizza in the oven. That's why there closing 100 stores. Well done

It's a lovely tasting pizza. But I had to wait 20 minutes for it and the staff were okay but could be a bit more friendly.

Thought we would try this Pizza outlet as we’ve tried all the others. Tracking said it was delivered 9 minutes before it was so we sat waiting for the doorbell ….and then…….. the food was luke warm so it’s in the oven now. Haven’t tried the food yet… maybe it’s best staying with what you know…. But if you don’t try others you may be missing out..

Pop into the Birstall branch after lots of confusion, research and negotiations the staff finally responded! We collected our pizzas on time, thank you to the young Indian lady for her patient and understanding. Lovely warm, filling and tasty pizza. Thank you 🙏 from the two well dressed, softly spoken business men. See you soon without the confusion.

So i wanted to order the buy 1 get 1 free pizza. The staff said its not free. You have to pay for the other pizza except its only 3 pound cheaper than paying for two pizzas. So its not free just a tad cheaper. So then I asked for 1 pizza with stuffed crust and the total comes up to 17.50 when a large cost 9.99 and stuffed curst 3.50. So how it that so expensive? Lastly I said no after this dumb service and experience. Next time improve your calculations and dont say buy 1 get 1 free if its not.

It's a Papa John's - if you like their pizzas that's great and the friendly, hard-working staff are a bonus

I am a regular customer, but the last few times i have ate here have left my family unwell. I will never order from this place again.

We ordered take away collection on a Friday night and our order was ready within 15 minutes, very impressed. Didn't feel it was overly salty as other take away pizzas. Not quite to our preference, still prefer pizza hut/dominos pizzas but that's just personal taste, nothing wrong with the food.

It's been delivered...the main thing is it was lovely and fresh lightly crisp outer soft inner.. nice and warm..just perfect we enjoyed it !!

I ordered ten Cross pizza 🍕 after the collection I took it to my home it was normal pizza. Staff don't wash hands and making pizza. very disappointed never again very poor hygiene Very bad quality pizza avoid

Twice ordered on two separate occasions, both times food was out for delivery for over 45 minutes before we received the food and both times was stone cold

Absolutely delicious pizzas from this Papa Johns store. The use of fresh ingredients definitely adds to the great taste of their pizzas! Their pizza's base bread is really well made and does not give you a bad stomach. Ok their pizza's cost more than their competitors but you get what you pay for and is worth it. Best tasting pizza's and recommend to anyone

their special garlic dip is the best

Heard a lot of good things about this place, but they didn't live up to them. The pizzas were very average and much like the ones that you get in the supermarket. The toppings were non existent and cold the base were dry and almost tasted like cardboard. Won't be trying them again in a hurry. It's pizza hut and domino's for us.

Placed a order this evening delivered in less than 30 minutes and must say very nice indeed. And the cheesy garlic bread is the best I have ever tasted brilliant service thank you.

Because first they touched money and then our food then they were cleaning not washing there hands both times went and touched d our food the dirty tramps

Far better tasting Pizza than Dominoes, Pizza Hut and every other fast food Pizza chain in the country. If we want extra sauce on the base we should get extra sauce on the base.

Always has good pizza, tastes just like the papajohns in USA. The food here is delivered quite quick and always fresh.

Best pizzas I never had before! The base is so soft and nice! Topping was great! Good pizzas around birstall! Would defi buy the pizzas again soon! That boy who wore hearing aid is probably the hardest worker! He made a lot of hard effort for my pizzas! Absolutely spot on boy! Ps// I know he made a lot of noise but he is a hard worker who bring us nice pizzas!

This was awful. We decided to stay in for our anniversary and get take out having had lovely Papa Js pizza in the states. It was barely edible. The garlic butter tasted of cheap marg. My pizza cost £17 ...I worked out my toppings..if I had bought from lidl...would be about 60p. Hardly anything on it. Cold. Chewy. Tasteless. This shop is new to Birstall and we shall tell everyone we know about what an over priced, tasteless shoddy effort this was. Should be ashamed at themselves trying to save pence on toppings and sacrificing tasty food and customer satisfaction.

Ordered and paid online and delivered within a reasonable time. The food we ordered was awesome and nice and hot. Will defo order from here again!

I love Papa John’s pizza, but the customer service I received from this branch was SHOCKING. The person I spoke to on the phone literally hung up without saying goodbye or apologising for my order being over half an hour late. I’ve dealt with Papa John’s staff elsewhere and not had this problem. The staff at this branch needs some training in customer service.

Nice alternative to Dominos, friendly staff and good pizza.
