A bit of a bleak setting inside but the food was served fresh and hot which is a rarity nowadays. We sat inside, ample space. Ordered on digital screens, no receipt obviously, just remember your number and beware you can't see your number on a big screen either. The staff worked hard.

Rude staff Naveen cannot even bring herself to look at the customer let alone say hello - just walks up and shouts number at you like you are not even there. Coming to a counter to find a sign saying go to machine to pay. No wonder you are empty

This is a second time I found that the food appears to be stale. The chicken batter was not crispy and fries cold. Possibly the turnover is not as brisk as other places, but nonetheless.

I'm so shocked that anywhere would deliver a chicken burger looking like this and fries for over £3 when they're cold and u don't even get a decent amount. I will never go to KFC again...more than disappointed....really awful value for money...if I could post a phot I would...hardly any lettuce, a limp bread/burger and quite cold. We only live 5 min drive away from the restaurant...KFC Birstall services

Drive through staff very pleasant

35 minute wait in drive through at 8:15 pm Wednesday night. Would of been quicker to go home and defrost something!!!!

The serviced facilities looked a little run down with some vacant outlets. Was unimpressed with the toilet facilities which were entered via the convenience store and the smell of toilets was very noticeable in the store.

Serves KFC but seems to always be understaffed at most times. Food is decent for being fast food. Expect to wait a while.

Bins always overflowing and prolonged periods of waiting to receive the food.

Went to KFC after long time with my wife. We used to visit this KFC before but long time ago. The quality of this KFC has not changed since it was open. There was one employee called Dev who looked after us very well. We are very pleased with his customer service. I would highly recommend other customer to go here especially for the quality of food, cleanliness and excellency customer service.

first of all, it's so dirty it's unbelievable. The ordering display is so dirty that your fingers stick to it. Secondly, I didn't get what I ordered, just common thieves. And thirdly, just don't go there!!! worst KFC I've ever been to

Standard KFC fare, but if using the drive thru always check the order, its rarely correct.

Decent food as usual from KFC. Narrow single lane and sharp corner drive-thru so need to be a little careful when navigating through. Only one customer at a time.

I don't know about you but you have to ask for salt to be put in the bag..also a wicked zinger tower meal should be burger and chips a side like gravy or sweetcorn and 2 chicken wings... all you give is the chicken burger and the chips..wheres the rest if it?

The hot food area is a sad, neglected area, not inviting at all.

Large, well stocked petrol station shop, but very tired looking and slightly deserted inside eating area next to KFC - not very welcoming. Ended up sitting in the car to eat!

How many times do I have to give it a chance until I’m not shafted? Multiple occasions snappy at the order speaker, sorry if I interrupted your convo but I’m hungry.. I get round there and it’s £21.99 for a zinger stacker meal and a £1.50 extra corn and chicken piece.. I say that ain’t right maybe someone was engaging in something else when I ordered.. then it’s sorry and charges me £8.49.. not right either. It’s never what I ask for. A single piece of chicken ain’t a zinger stacker is it? It’s just annoying I can’t get kfc cos of the lack of attention at mine. I got charged over £20 for a single meal a few times ago, went back and ‘got a refund’ and hey presto I never got the money into my bank. It’s just constant terribleness. Swerve the pink chicken outlet.

Overall Everything is good, we bought meal with oreo shake the shake is not good it's like oreo with only crushed ice not worth the amount

Staff member was quite rude. No one waiting behind us in the drive thru, but had to pull forward and wait at the cone for no reason

Good amount of seating around here inside. The toilets can be dirty at times but they are alright. Range of food to buy in the supermarket here. The shell gas station is right next to the store anyways so it’s a good place to park your car temporarily or at the other side.

During my training, I stopped by KFC. The staff was friendly, and though I ordered a meal deal, I wasn't a fan of the drink options. They kindly substituted the drinks with extra chips for me.

Stopped at the drive thru today, ordered mighty bucket for one and a large gravy, nearly twelve quid! Smallest packet of soggy limp chips and the smallest pieces of chicken they could have selected. Didn't enjoy the food, expensive, won't be using this KFC anytime soon.

I had small complaint turned out I was wrong about it I apologised and obviously withdrew complaint they went above and beyond to make me happy even though the fault was my mistake

I usually visit reasonably regularly and usually order the same thing, so much one of the managers knows my order. Unfortunately they have new staff and they are not trained so I have had disappointing visits. They missed an item on my order and now didn’t do as asked (plain burgers) so have completely ruined my takeaway for me and my children (2).

Ordered off the app & collected from the Drive-Thru, so didn’t actually go inside. Very quick at supplying my food & pleasant staff member handing it over.

5 times out of 10 they will miss an item off your order

Horrible place. We went through the drive through and we said hello to the speaker multiple times. The woman didn’t respond and didn’t even tell us to wait. Went to the window instead and she STILL didn’t take our order. Instead the woman told us to go back round again as there is other people waiting even though we’d been in the drive through for about 10 minutes.

Collected my order placed through the app. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. In drive through, I was told to park and collect the order from inside the service station instead of drive through like I usually do from McDonald's. Something to consider for KFC.

Staff aren’t bothered at all. There could be a massive queue but only person on the till while the others just gossip and stay on their phone. Wouldn’t recommend

Ok. Nothing special. Had to ask for a receipt as the self service machine did not produce one. Food sat on side for 3-4 mins while second burger was prepared. Annoyingly, (as per all KFCs) only diet drinks. Would happily pay extra for a fat Coke/Pepsi!

It was a take away order. I actually needed for a family Feast but they had a long waiting hours to prepare

Cold and tough chicken pieces. (Three piece classic) Cold pop corn chicken. Had to throw away one full piece due to being dry and tough. Will be a long time before I go again

So won’t be using any kfc again. They don’t accept Scottish pound notes, even though they’re legal tender for all of the uk. I assume bloke was in charge, he said they’d had an email from head office not to accept them anymore, very racist company then 🤬🤬🤬 Guess someone else had my order.

3rd time unlucky sadly the last 3 orders I have had have all been wrong with items missing may be that's how they make money .. tonight was fillets missing after all the hot wings ended on the floor and had to wait 20 mins for new ones to be cooked while my order was left on the side to go cold then offered no dips not given any wipes or knives and forks. Still as bad as ever. No improvement on tonight's visit staff very ignorant.

Couldn't even get the order right. Very disappointed. Ordered 4 meals on gir 3 didn't think it necessary that we would have to check as all items were clearly read out. Paid for 4 meals but only got 3. Very bad serviceman would not recommend going here or ordering from here.

I didn’t eat at this location, but used the services on a long ride home. The KFC seemed popular and there was plenty of seating. The services did seem to be undergoing renovations and there were limited facilities, so don’t expect too much until these have been completed.

No good at all staff don’t understand how to do there job they over changer us! Didn’t hear what we ask for we had to tell them 4 time my dad talk to them all he had was abuse we been kfc In Loughborough and Coalville never had a issue i repot it to kfc and also reported it to tradeing stands. Cashier jesspc need retraining she is no good at her job doesn’t have a clue what she doing

Ordered through KFC app however my Deliveroo driver broke down on the way to delivering my food. Rang the KFC and they not only got my money refunded but the manager Donna made me the order again. Can’t thank her enough for her brilliant customer service.

Just stopped there for a couple of Zinger burger meals. They were the most pathetic burgers we’ve ever had. Brioche bun, ok, chicken fillet, ok, a tiny drop of mayo and one lonely salad leaf. Is that what you get for £7 nowadays? Was there a shortage of lettuce that day? No spicy sauce? Cheese? Don’t think we’ll visit KFC any time soon.

There is lots of space with tables and chairs here. Several empty units for food businesses. Excellent mini Waitrose tho and good parking.

Is a KFC with a shell garage at the back. That's it.

Awful, in fact Abysmal, me and my wife had been out for the day, on the way home we were stuck in traffic in Kings Lynn, after driving for approx 4 Hours and being Diabetic I needed food so we stopped here on the way, we entered the Services building at approximately 9.46pm, after waiting for about 5 minutes to be served by the only member of staff at front of house I eventually got served, we sat down to eat our meal and got part way through it when we were told that we had to leave as they were closing, I asked what time they closed and was told 10pm, as I pointed out at the time it was then 9.54pm, using my mathematical genius I worked out that we had at least another 5 minutes before closing, they put the shutter down about 9.55pm. One member of staff threatened to call the Police so i told him to do it. And the food turned out to be awful as well.

Good hot fresh fast food. Always enjoy this KFC. Staff are fast and polite. We ate in, the tables weren't cleaned which is my only issue as I visited with my family.

Didn't eat there, fuelled up and got a drink , has a seating area with just a kfc , rather underwhelming, srea was cold and lacking the actual service station was much better well stocked good service at the tills and friendly.

A small truck stop about 12 spaces,easy access from A46,pay by phone or machine in carpark, not alot there but a welcome site if you gotta park up and out of hours

Hit and miss. Sometimes tge food us good, other times the chicken is terrible (overly cooked and burnt). Service staff is hit and miss.

Halal food available. However, it was too much oily and salty.

Food was FFC and ok, staff very cheerful, and made the visit with a good laugh , atmosphere was overall pretty depressing with a second large food unit closed down and empty , was OK for a quick stop, but not a destination , very quiet.

One day, just one day, I might receive exactly what I ordered from this place. So far, I think we're running four of my last five orders have been incorrect. Usually something missing from the order.

Food was old cold not great for what pay for

In my opinion this is by far the best KFC in Leicester. Our family all like 'the Colonel' and whenever possible we travel the 8 miles to go to this one. The service is better and the restaurant is light, airy and hardly ever busy. This makes it easier to get back to the counter after you've checked what's, almost inevitably, missing from or incorrect with your order.

9/10 times they get your order completely wrong, wouldn't recommend

Possibly best to wait until you are on the M1 ... Friendly staff, but half empty and feels really neglected.

All the standard goodies of KFC

Called into the services to use the facilities on the way home. Outside it states that there are a couple of food outlets but one has closed. KFC have a drive thru'. The Shell petrol shop has a very good selection of all foods tinned, chilled and frozen.

Staff are rude, they get your orders wrong and the food is always cold and literally thrown in the box. I use this branch because it's local, I won't make the mistake again 🚮
